Subway in Exeter

Was absolutely bad, had items in my sub sandwich I didn’t ask for. Missing items and wrong items. And didn’t even get a refund. Absolutely terrible service

Extras I paid for wasn’t put in the sandwich

Service was crap the waiters was scratching his ass when he served my food the building had squirrel running through the gutters a pigeon flew through the window

They forgot to add the cheese in both sandwiches and didn’t toast either of them

best delivery driver i have ever met, amazing service.

The quality of service was really bad. The staff wearing his jacket which is touching the food his serving. Don’t get me wrong but he got his t shirt uniform on top, I honestly didn’t eat the food.

Placed an order on the app and made my way to collect. Once the app showed my order was ready, I approached the counter to pay. The girl serving told me my order had not been processed. Apologised and asked me to wait whilst my order was made ready. I waited 10mins before I was called forward. I took my order and made my way to work. I opened my order and bit into my sandwich to find I had been given the wrong sandwich. Nothing like I had ordered, other than the bread. Won't be using this outlet again, if any thb.

Wanted a coffee at just after 5am. The guy in the shop said we had to wait 30mins as he was cleaning. We said that you offer 24hr service but he refused to sell us 2 coffees. Don’t offer 24 hrs if you can’t deliver a service when customers arrive.

Awful. Incorrect order arrived veggie patty not veggie delight, was cold, had the wrong salad bits. No nachos as ordered. Will not be ordering again awful

Worst subway ever made 2 hot chocolate didn’t even stir properly and served it. Customer service wasn’t good, staff wasn’t bothered not friendly at all.

Subway on honiton road is up to a very high standard! Very impressed with the hygiene.Thank you Faizan for great customer service:)

Food was nice, even the eggs were runny. Went in 9.45 14/12/24 and the lady who served us was very helpful and definitely deserves a shout out

We have just bought 2 ft longs & 2 6” , although I ended up with 2 6” in place of a ft long, not really an issue but the filling was disgusting! Lack of presentation, and nothing in the sub !!!! Absolute S@&T !! no customer service boys to busy talking in there language, always pop into a Subway where ever I drive around as a healthy option but seriously if you have to use this place keep an eye on what they are doing, obviously a franchise so it’s cost effective to hold back more profits. I truthfully would not recommend this place !

Food was supposed to be ready for collection, it wasn’t I had to wait an extra 20 mins for it. The fillings were all mixed up, chips and chicken bites were cold. Very disappointing.

Missing alot of my food which isn’t acceptable at all and not really right to send it out like that

I like subway I do but you lot really need to learn how to use a knife

24hr subway but when I turned up 3 rolls left all brown bread salad looked like 5 days old and staff asleep by counter had to wake them up lolol

I ordered a 6 inch sub meal with vegan cookie. I got a 12 inch sub no sauces and no cookie!! Poor delivery driver waited over an hour for them to prepare the food! Wish I’d been able to tip him!!

Ordered meatball subway and got 2 pieces of pepperoni and salami and some cheese

The last few times I have gone in here, everyone behind the counter is chatting away ignoring customers waiting to be served and ignoring the beeping to get my food out of the toaster. The salad they put in is next to nothing and there were areas that had none whatsoever so I had to ask them to put more in but then I got dirty looks from the person. I have to mentally prepare myself to go here as I know I am going to be annoyed when I leave. The only good thing about this subway is it’s convenient location

Staff were unprofessional and not at all customer friendly I work in the hospitality industry and find this to be appalling for a large franchise chain like subway

food took over an hour to come then then the driver went to the wrong place. called him to ask where he was and he seemed quite rude. telling me to wait and he will be here in a minute

I always love Subway, but the English lady taking the money was so rude to her colleagues. I felt so upset for them. She was condescending and made them feel like they were worthless. So disappointed.

Very rude person on the till named roshan I guess.. Served us so rudely tuesday night 22.10.24 and last time when I visited same rude behaviour was there and he was wearing airpods in ears and just was so so fast on me so that I can go away fast and he continue his talkings over phone Management must take a step abouth this as this was my second visit and the same boy was there!!! Very arrogant and bad behaving :( Never gonna visit here again

Wrong order sent this is not the first time this has happened

Worst experience at Subway Sowton yesterday. I genuinely use subway as a comfort food and I genuinely enjoy the service. However today was a different story. A larger chap with dark hair and glasses started shouting at me for no reason just because i ordered my food for click and collection and not at the counter? Speaking to his colleague extremely rudely and it made me and my partner feel really uncomfortable. I get it’s busy and he was obviously stressed but there is no need to take it out on paying customers and stuff. If anything I was embarrassed for him. Will never come back here again and I’m also going to write a formal complaint to the local manager. (Lastly he slammed our subs down with anger at the till) shocking service.

Not really happy with how did my sandwich.

Whilst there was nothing particularly wrong with the food I’m not certain why the store is 24/ hrs as the staff member I dealt with at night was rude in fact the words ‘ for ££££sake’ was uttered as I walked in. I sympathise with the fact he was trying to do I guess out of hours cleaning but he could at least wait till after the customers presence to rant.

The completely wrong Sub was given to me. ordered a meatball sub, and received a pepperoni and bacon which quality control looked really poor. Very disappointed.

There was no drinks that we ordered so I’m not happy

Wasn't really any atmosphere here wasn't busy at all. The service was brilliant really helpful staff. Food was great. Apart from not having certain things on the menu (deserts) but it's all good. I had the Philly cheese steak I think it was and it was amazing on the new jalapeno bread.

Delivery was great but wrong choice of bread, waffle chips were absolutely stone cold not even warm and sauce was good served but was missing. Reallly disappointing

One of the ingredients was not the one we ordered

Three bottles of drink packed on top of 3 sandwiches so they were all destroyed. All 3 cookies were missing from the order. Tamper stickers on the bag were open on delivery. Shocking all round, not impressed for nearly £40

Nice crew, a simple place with lots of options for people having allergies or diets .

Wrong food came I don’t even eat what they sent I threw it in the bin I don’t expect to order something and then get a completely different order

Delivered the wrong food and didn’t care that it was wrong

Great food and great service as always. However, as per last visit, floor and all tables were dirty and we had to ask for a cloth to wipe a table down before we could eat.

The employee who served me was extremely rude. When I asked for extra toppings, they sighed loudly and rolled their eyes, making me feel unwelcome. This was not the kind of service I expected from Subway. I suggest the staff receive better training in customer service. This experience left me feeling very frustrated, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the atmosphere for future customers.

I have never experience such bad service in my life! Delivery driver soent newrly an hour trying to find my place i saw him go down the same way 7 times and made no attempt to come near my block, delivery driver made no attempt to ring me at all!

I went in with my friend and immediately was stared down, i asked for hearty Italian bread and the woman just goes ‘no we don’t have that’ so i said ok then just italian. She begins to spread only 1 and a half scoops of the tuna i asked for with a disgusting moody face. As she moves it along to the salad section and i proceed to tell her what i would like on my sub, she puts 2 black olives on and 2 pickles in a 6 inch sub. She then asked ‘anything else?’ i said ‘yeah, more of the topping since i’m paying for it’. She may aswell have threw it on the table after half wrapping it. After that, i should have just left and said eat it yourself. However, as it took 20 minutes to get there i was hungry so i continued to pay, not a word from her. Not knowing if my payment went through or not yet, she looks at me as if i was stupid. My sub wasn’t even wrapped properly and was next to her rather than handing me it or atleast moving it over to me a bit. I have never had such bad service in a subway. she didn’t even crack a smile, it was not busy in there so ‘work stress’ is no excuse. I work in a busy fast food place and always make sure the customers experience is 10/10. However this lady has a face that needed a sl@p. Do not recommend.

Came here for dinner Friday evening 2/08/24, me and my partner have been to this subway a few times but this time the customer service was awful! The man serving us wearing glasses was constantly swearing behind the counter every time more customers joined the line, throwing the cheese back into the pot with a stroppy manner, when he took our sandwiches out the oven he put them down on the counter so harshly the bread broke off of both including the customer ahead of us and also rushed the wrapping so our sandwiches weren’t fully wrapped up. I don’t usually complain but the attitude we received from the man serving us wasn’t pleasant .

For the second order running from Subway and delivered by Just Eat products were missing from our order… I was only ordering to use up the credit I had from the first order mistakes…

£25 and half my order is missing. meat balls are dry and delivered coke zero

Ordered a 6" sub but got given a footlong. When I collected my food, I noticed that I'd been given a footlong and mentioned that id only ordered a 6". The person behind the counter said "I can't be arsed mate" so I went to pay assuming that I'd only have to pay for a 6", as that's what I'd ordered. He charged me for the footlong, and I paid as I didn't realise this as it was part of a larger order. He tore off part of the receipt and only handed me the part I needed for the points. I asked for the full receipt, and then I checked it in the car before leaving, which is when I noticed that I'd paid for a footlong, even though that's not what I ordered

Long wait for food under stuffed worker looks stressful dirty place

Food order was all wrong. Meals were missing sauce and not toasted. And cheese was put in my dairy free child’s meal!

Ordered Tuna, got chicken! I’m a pescatarian, ordered a toasted ham, for my son, got a toasted cheese, for a severely lactose intolerant child 🤦🏻‍♀️ so had to bin the sandwiches, we then had a cookie for tea, this isn’t the first time I’ve been massively disappointed, but I always make excuses, oh they’re busy, or distracted, but it’s just becoming silly now 😔

food came lovely and hot. driver was polite to my son at the door too...

Although servicexwas good, no one explained anything re meal deals and I think because of the the bill was very expensive in my eyes anyway. Food was lovely I had chicken salad and it was delish.

Was told by you company that my food was delivered when it wasn't. Phoned subway was lied to saying it was on its way when it wasn't. Then my mum had to go down to pick it up which defeating the whole object of Just Eat. Want my money back.

Cold Wasn’t toasted after requesting for it again.

Absolutely terrible service, very rude blonde serving. Completely ignorant to customers, didn't get the sauce or veg we asked for, people served before us who came in after. Very disappointed 😞

Not so good .we ordered stake and cheese toasted. They tried to give us just cheese when we told them the assistant blamed my wife for ordering the wrong sandwich .We order the same sandwich everytime for the past ten years. I think we know what to order. They then just put the cold steak in without warming it . I can sit in and get a carvery up the road for the same money . I expect better when paying that kind of money for a sandwich .

granddaughter has cheese allergy so requested none and meatballs were covered in it ...not good

The dirtiest Subway I've ever visited, hairs on tables, food left everywhere, floor filthy, nobody cleaned anything in the 45 minutes we were there. Seagull outside eating all the food off the floor. Disgusting. Furthermore, the customer service is very poor from some member of staff. Won't be back.

When I went into the subway today it looked clean but I did see some problems 1 was all the options list and add on the reviewing glass that U have a struggle to see what they have available. 2 problem was when I got to the red onion where was fly's in it. Food hygiene out the window but subway just let the fly's in not good.

0-24?? it’s open but no serving??? I went in at 5:10 in the morning…waiting more than 10 min but still nobody came to serve. why is 0-24 open if the staff sleeping at the back?

Would have put 0/5 as food never turned up! finally got credit note. Unimpressed

Usual subway experience, reasonable value. Wish they still did flat breads, that was always my go to.

How can you get it so wrong - order a foot long it says on the receipt foot long so why is there only a 6 inch

shop is 15 mins away tops, took nearly 90 mins to arrive, estimated 25-40. and was cold when meant to be toasted

I don’t usually do this but ordered a few times from here they don’t get anything right not toasted no cheese no crisps they just need to do better at there jobs

We ordered 2 subs 1 was on hearty Italian and 1 was herb n cheese and instead both of them are on herb n cheese not impressed at all, now I’m going to have to make a sandwich as don’t eat that bread
