The service was horrendous, Holly had a stinking attitude, she was very rude, and seemed to take pleasure in being as obnoxious and argumentative as possible. She refused to accept my voucher, and was insisting she was going to charge me the non voucher price while she stood there with a hand on her hip smirking. The manager was helpful and sorted it out, but I will be emailing Subway directly regarding Holly's attitude and foul manners

This place has gone downhill! I used to come here several times a week back around 2013, always great service and food. I live away now but popped in with my wife and son over the Christmas-NY period (30/12/2023) to find long wait times with a relatively short queue (circa 3-4 peeps) and 3 staff, yet a very long wait, prob around 15 mins which is ridiculous for what is supposed to be fast food. We ran into a few issues with ingredients during the “building” of the 3 subs we ordered, including no tomato sauce and no cucumber! We sat and ate in the table area, watching the queue getting longer and longer, some confusion over an online order and a delivery adding to the chaos, customers seemed to be getting frustrated with waiting times and mixed up orders from what I could see (my pics were taken before this). To be fair the food was tasty, as is the case in most Subway stores I find, but I always order the same custom sandwich so it’s my benchmark. I could moan about the parking which was busy that day, but not much they can do to resolve it so hey-ho. I get these places probably have a high staff turnover, low pay, students etc etc, but it needs sorting as people simply won’t return!

Visited today (27/12/23) at lunchtime, four people serving and first guy who took our order was abrupt and rude. Really surprised at his manner considering he is customer facing. He was coughing and clearly did not want to be there. Then girl who wrapped the subs was hand picking the paper off the sub as it had melted on!

Took my money and then refused to make my sandwich because I asked for cucumber instead of onions and tomatoes, I tried reasoning with him for 10 mins but he refused outright saying that the BMT comes with tomatoes and onions and I had to have that, I then had to walk out without a sandwich even though I had already paid for it

Placed Oder on just eat was told 25-35 minutes one hour later this changed again to one more hour I tried to call the shop over 10 times no answer I went to cancel my Oder to read, if I cancel a refund may not be given so ended up just waiting it finally came over 2 hours later, for the just eat lady to say sorry and even she said they was not busy and was waiting over 30mins for them to make the 3 foot longs, will not Oder from them again so disappointed

Served by a very miserable chap who prepared my food whilst telling me he had tested positive for Covid and forced to work the shift that evening! He was wearing gloves, however NOT wearing a mask! Paid for my food but could not eat it after knowing this! How on earth was he allowed to work serving food! Especially with no mask! Very irresponsible. I would expect serving staff to wear a mask, even if they had a common cold! Not rocket science is it? Has put me off takeaway food for good!

Gone very downhill. The new pre set subs cost more. But they don't tell you if ingredients are missing. When I challenged them after paying they just said we've run out of that sauce - should be telling people when they order that you're not actually making what they are paying for. Nachos here used to be great, but now they couldn't even leave them in the oven long enough for the cheese to melt. I used to come most weeks, but won't be anymore.

Only went there because my son wouldn’t have anything for lunch but subway. However the low standards of this particular place could not go unnoticed. Dirty counters and it was almost impossible to see the ingredients through the greasy glass. Assistant wouldn’t change his gloves, and used his knuckles to press the screen, then proceeded to serve food. Lettuce was brownish, so I asked for fresh one, and instead of replacing the lettuce, he opened up another packet and added it on top of the old one, leaving it for other customers. Bread was stale and difficult to chew. I generally love subway but this one falls way below standards. I would avoid…

Absolutely terrible service!! I was ignored when I got there… the member of staff walked over to me turned her back and talked to staff not even acknowledging me. Then took my money before putting salad on my sub to then be told I couldn’t have one of the fillings as it cost extra and I already paid. Then when I asked for a bag it got dumped on top of my sub. Terrible! Been twice and the staff are so rude. Abrupt, rude and don't speak loudly enough. Goodness knows how elderly or vulnerable would cope. There's one very pleasant lady but all of the rest are so rude and clearly don't want to be there. Also many have hair dangling all over the place near the food, despite having a cap on. I haven't ever seen anyone changing their disposable gloves. Used over multiple sandwiches and servings. I tried to use my points to get a free side and I was told it wasn't possible because the WiFi was down. This was when I got to the till. Nothing stating the problem in advance.

I don’t know what subway have decided todo with the business but it comes across more of a brain fart they have completely ruined how it was run . They now do what they call melts and they absolutely rank you can only have this one bread you can’t for example it’s an Italian herb and cheese and the staff can’t give an ancer as to why not only that once again no meatballs no ancers rude staff then tell me they won’t take Scottish notes 🤦‍♀️ when I did get outside for my food and sat down the bread was torn and dripping so soggy I rang it out and chucked it the birds £29 wasted was the most disgusting thing iv ever eaten in my life even my partner who eats anything chucked his . Loads of customers complaining about the system it took them 25 min to make 2 subs and had to chuck 2 because they was so dripping wet watch the cctv subway it was an absolute ruin never going there again never !

Visited this evening and from the very moment we started our order the male member of staff was rude. My friend stated her order and and asked for lettuce, which he rudely and bluntly replied “you don’t ask me for lettuce). He was working through the bread/meat section so quickly his female member of staff couldn’t keep up ( feel like she maybe new?) so our toasted orders all sat going cold and soggy, which myself and someone else complained about, the male member of staff wasn’t not happy about this and huffing and puffing and began swearing. He then reheated my sandwich. Which I said I wouldn’t be eating. As this food has already been heated for once before! (Basic food hygiene!) He was not happy that he would then have to make my sandwich again, using words such a “f**k sake”…. I understand the pressure of training new staff, but this was not the attitude to have towards us or his colleague (who I felt for).

Nice staff but if you’re using the app and doing collection I would say your order is only going to be correct 60%-70% of the time. Sometimes something minor, other times the entirely wrong thing. You only get to check it once you get home so you’re fairly screwed. I understand it can be a stressful job, sometimes it’s a new employee and that customers can be scum of the earth so I have genuinely let the last five or six incorrect orders slide because, well, it happens but it’s wearing thin now. Going to request a full refund because it’s sucks trying to eat something you dislike and returning to the store is extremely inconvenient and time consuming.

15/10/22. Absolutely outstanding service tonight from the young 16 year old lad who had been left to cope by himself when the last shift left. No supervisor, Manager, or emergency contact numbers were available to him. He kept his cool as people kept coming in His Mum was there to collect him and was a bit concerned about his welfare.He couldn't go to the loo and had worked 6 hours straight with no break. Subway you all need your arses kicked and a sharp lesson in staff training. The lad was outstanding and deserves a decent employer and definitely deserves some recognition for his mature way he dealt with his responsibilities forced upon him. A big hats off to his parents for raising a lad with an excellent work ethics, seldom seen in children today.

My subway was overcooked meaning it was hard and crunchy bread and was difficult to bite into. Very stingy with the meat, the scoops for the meat get smaller every time I go to subway it seems... No where near enough lettuce & other veg, too much sauce. They ran out of most bottled drinks. Wow what a place, I thought I had walked in to a Two Ronnies Fork Handles sketch. What a pair behind the counter. Tweedle D and Tweddle Dumber. Was it because it was about 1am, who will know. But you would think a simple request of could we have fresh tuna as that looks like it been there a while. After a little hissy fit Tweedle D went and got some fresh tuna. We placed 3 orders on our visit. Wow. I’m sure my friend will let you know his view of the comedy event we hadn’t planned on. Made to feel like was a hindrance to the Tweedle Dumber. Who huffed and puffed all over the wrapped food. A bit like Kevin from Kevin and Perry. After the rest of the events spraying the side and putting fresh prepared food on that area just sprayed. Good to see tweedle D stood his ground grabbed his coat and left the building exit Right.

We regularly go to your store for our Sunday salad, the two lads working were brilliant 🤩 nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and worked quickly, they had a lot of orders but this didn’t stop them really taking the time to make sure we were happy with our food. Tuna salad with cheese without cheese. Tiny bit of tuna inside of it which cost £5! Opened the nacho dorittos to find what can only be described as the most measly amount of topping the world has ever seen (hardly worth buying) Called to rectify, and was told they cannot do anything about it as it was delivered by just eat. This would never have happened had I been stood there watching and we feel taken advantage of. If the lad on the phone wasn't polite I would have scored one star. Overall, not value for money. Alot less taste due to the lack of toppings etc. Very disappointed indeed!

I have visited this Subway so many times but last time I was very disappointed, I eat vegetarian food and in the mornings I get egg with salad sandwich, it is £4.09 last time I visited they asked me to pay for salad which I don’t think it is fare. Any sandwich you buy it comes with salad specially vegetarians. I hope they change their mind .
