A lo largo de todo el proceso de pedido/preparación, el personal hablaba y se reía en voz alta entre sí, ignorando completamente a mi partido. Esto estaba en un idioma diferente y retrató que nosotros, como el cliente de pago, éramos un inconveniente para su conversación. Parecía increíblemente grosero y uno de los servicios al cliente más pobres que he experimentado en mucho tiempo.

Fui recibido por Divya, que es un trabajador increíble y excepcional siempre sonriendo y compartiendo su energía positiva a través de sus clientes, una gran experiencia volvería a pasar. Dh

Went there in the afternoon at around 5:45 pm on 19th of may 2023. where two guys working were very rude when ordering they put salads that I didn’t want and refused to change it .dont go to the one near the train station they make the food bad .recommend going to the one a bit further down .

Excellent customer service and team. Truly recommended. It was refreshing to see a team that truly work together. There was this seamless collaboration and sense of humour but professionalism. Exemplary.

Popped in for another Good Brekkie. This time we had a 12" Big Brekkie Sub to share @ £8.89 plus 2 coffees @ £2.19. All good & Tasty. Be happy to return.

Just wanted to thank the member of staff who handled a difficult situation very well. My subway rewards points were showing different on the till and my app. Conclusion is that I walked away with a great sub. As I stated before I visit regular so will see you next time

Needed Brekkie before picking up our hire car & this place looked good. It was, & with exceptional service. Recommend for a quick snack.

Puked up many a times after eating here on my lunch, awful the food did taste a lot worse then usual but womt eat from here again,

1 sandwich took 2 hours? Its must be a joke. They doesn't even bother to apologise. "we are very busy what can we do?" This is the answer from the manager? Last time I ordered a food from here.

Ideal for a quick stop off snack, service ok, if not really friendly, good food, good prices, worth checking out, if your in the area.

I thought this would be a typical subway so reasonable food at a reasonable cost. This is in the station so nearly connected to the airport and NEC and for some reason the prices have almost doubled for the same subway offering. Hard to get a smile from the staff so the experience was less than average and felt ripped off with the prices

Whilst the food is good, just like an average subway the customer service is poor, I asked for the Beef patty sub but got given the steak and cheese, I also asked for the hash brown meal but was asked did I want crisps at the end and had to explain their error to them to which they replied hash browns will cost you more. The whole process was to fast and too stressful and the communication from staff members to both their colleagues and customers left much to be desired, The Menu was also more expensive than other Subways!

If your heading into an event at the NEC and don't want to get ripped off, you would be advised to stop at thsi subway is just like all the rest (staff could due with a bit more charm and speed) but is its easy, tasty quick food you can grab and eat later, when you don't want to pay a lot more.

It was clean and the downside of this place was the hiked up prices compared to the high street i was not impressed with the price

We normally get breakfast at Local subway at about £2 > 2.5, the prices here was £5 and a tea was £2. I felt the very ripped off. especially as the cost to enter this event was £17 each.

this place is the biggest rip off, there are no prices up for the breakfast items so you have to ask the server. he told me the price but when I got to the till they had almost doubled it!! when I queried it I had for members of staff calling me a liar. the quality of the food is horrible the food is vastly over priced and staff are con artists

A good little place to go if you are peckish. Usual subway prices and menu with a small seated area. Not much other choice in the station.

As someone else here has said.....I do not generally write negative reviews.....just make a point of NEVER, EVER returning !! And I will not here either as there are other options - even WH Smith is better !!!!! Ordered a simple chicken tikka sub 6". Simples, right ?? Thought that £3.99 was a bit steep but in a rush for the train and the shortest queue available which was a pity. Expected the £3.99 take-away 'deal'.....checkout charged £4.50 which I queried. Said it was heated , so £4.50 (lets not go into the cost of energy for no more than 30 seconds in a grill. Point was that I did not asked for it to be heated. THEY JUST DID IT WITHOUT ASKING (perhaps due to rhe rip off cost for heating !!!)......and would not reduce the cost (I should have just walked away.....) and said sorry, was it not offered, no, oh sorry about that.....but still charged £4.50. No eye contact, no care at all about the customer...... Then got the call for the train and asked hime to hurry up please as he was faffing about (It would appear there was an incident causing a lot of delay and cancellations as well causing significant confusion in the station). Took the sandwich and legged it for the train........only to realise when I got home that the receipt wrapped around the change and stuffed in my pocket running for the new platform WAS NOT the change for a £20 note !!! And the receipt show the amount tendered at exactly £4.50 with zero change...... And the sandwich was tasteless and wet and sodding disgusting....... AVOID THIS OUTLET AT ALL COSTS. THE CURRENT STAFF ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF DELIBERATELY. VER ANGRY INDEED !!!!!

I don't normally give bad reviews because I realise only too well the damage that can be inflicted unfairly on busineses through poor service due to discourtious staff etc. In this case, any excuse can not be justified because what we ordered and what we received was only fit for the rubbish tip. We ordered two Subway breakfast specials with coffee which was served to us only half cooked and clap cold which we took back and explained was completely inedible. The staff took it from us to reheat as if it was an every 5 minute occurrence and showed no sign of any apology for serving such disgusting food. Within a minute they had been re-heated but having had a bite each, we quickly realised that they were definitely not fit for human consumption!!! If you have any respect for your own welfare, give this one a really wide berth. Most certainly one to avoid at all costs

Just what was needed while waiting for our Hire-Car. 2 Freshly made Breakfast Rolls & Coffee's. Very tasty. Only problem was so much choice & what to choose.

This subway is conveniently situated between NEC and station. The service was very good and the staff was friendly.

Estafa precios de todo. 60 p para una cookie? Todo mucho más caro de lo habitual. Aún tiene que servir para café y té. Lo peor no aceptaban mi tarjeta de fidelización sub!

My son had a meal deal the meat was only Luke warm not much meat2 slices of cheese asked for sweet corrn 1 small sprinkle wont be back almost £10 wish had waited and gone to McDonald's

Fantástico ver que Metro tienen una presencia significativa en el Birmingham NEC especialmente justo fuera de la estación de tren internacional de Birmingham.

Stale Italian Herb bread, fridge cold food when should have been heated up - useless and ignorant staff claiming the food was heated - it barely reached 12° (my Omron thermometer vouched for this - carry one due to my medical condition) This Subway is a disgrace and has put me off eating from this food chain - possibly for good. I highly recommend you take your own food when going to this venue, at least you know it will be safe to eat

Had a quick and small lunch at subway train station, was good, temperature of the sandwich was up to standard, taste was nice as well, had steak and cheese sandwich add on some tomato, black olive, lettuce and some sweet corn, sauce was honey mustard and just bit of mayonnaise, the taste of saltiness and sweatiness together is unforgettable, I think u should try it, ah btw use the Italian bread, cheers
