Subway in Manchester

Ordered a veggie sandwich and after waiting 40 minutes I received a Tuna sandwich. I'm a vegetarian. Absolute joke

Order food from uber eats order was completely wrong they sent me the wrong order. After calling up i spoke to carrie the manager and hangirly had a go at her we went back and forth abit i swore at her and i even put the phone down. (I was really hungry) Carrie immediately rang me back and we came to a conclusion she even made my sandwhich into a footlong for me and resent it out no extra charge Id like to thank carrie for doing that when she didnt have to and she stayed calm and professional why i was swearing all sorts at her I really do apologise for how i was and really am greatful for what you did for me today :) Might nip in store with gift for you this week i think you deserve it

Absolutely brilliant staff and service I was let down 18 hours before my daughter in law's baby shower and they were fantastic and so helpful taking a gluten free sub platter order at such short notice. They were all ready and waiting when I went to pick them up the following day. I can't thank them enough for saving the day and the platter was excellent. Thank you for being so amazing 👏

Never seem to have any meatballs. Even sometimes have ran out of bread!!! Staff are so slow as a result service is painfully slow. Purchased a BMT and never even grilled it. Woeful.

Ordered a Veggie sandwich didn’t ask me if I wanted them to change gloves , then cut veggie sandwich with a knife full of tuna ! Hence thrown straight in bin !!

After always having a great experience here today was just shocking. After ordering I kindly asked the server to change their gloves as one of the salads I ordered was for my mother in law who doesn’t eat meat. To which the server huffed & rolled their eyes which I found very rude, however they changed the gloves so I thought ok no problem. After that the server made a mistake with the toppings I wanted on which salad as I had ordered three altogether, I did mention that a mistake had been made & thought that I would have been made a fresh salad but the server just picked off most of the items that had been put on wrong, which left me with two salads one of which had things I hadnt ordered on it & the other items missing. Having already been made to feel uncomfortable and that I was just being difficult I paid & left as people queuing behind me also started tutting. The employees who used to work here were always extremely polite & I was never made to feel like an inconvenience. After my experience today I won’t be returning to this subway & can imagine other customers have experienced the same treatment. Very disappointing.

This was my first evening at the "establishment". To start, the cheese placement on my chicken tikka sub, was at best shoddy, and the attitude of the staff was lethargic. But It seems, that i wansnt only person having problems at "subway" as the gent in front asked for cucumber and was served lettuce on his sub. The sub itself quoted at 6 inches, was not the 6" I am used too, as it was, only , 5.77 invhes. Surely, false advertising is the only fact attracting customers to 'Subway" . 6” Veggie Pattie loaded with salad and chilli sauce makes a great quick and very cheap lunch. I tend to avoid busy times but when I do go, the staff are friendly enough and like to make conversation. Would like to see some other veggie options as the Veggie Pattie is not overly healthy and people can get sick of cheese, plus you can make a cheese sarnie at home.

Still a favourite local haunt of mine. I am now especially loving the soup at lunch time with the weather getting colder. Always find the staff friendly and helpful, although when I ask for a little sauce / even a tiny bit please understand that I want a tiny bit, not my sandwich drenched in sauce. I think the next time this happens, I am going to have to ask you to remake my sandwich, until the message gets through!

A fresh footlong Sub with Chicken Teriyaki and loaded with salad, chilli, tomatoes and olives. A good quick meal which we ate in the premises. Our server made our sandwich without saying much. It got very busy after we'd been served but the staff seemed to cope okay.

I frequent here a lot being my local Subway. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not... I’ve only ever had one bad sandwich and I thought the steak on a cheese steak may have been a little off on that occasion. They seem to have a major problem with flies in this store. The door is often left open inviting them in and they can often be seen buzzing around the open salad and fillings which at times can be a tad off putting. Also found recently that the tables and floor do not seem as clean as it’s normally been. They also seem to have a frequent problem with the card machine going down, so often it’s a cash only sign on the door. On the plus side, the staff are always friendly.

Like most Subways chains, this offers good value sandwiches in a choice of sizes and fillings. This particular Subway can get rather busy during certain times with being on a retail park and a number of large businesses in the area, but generally you get served pretty quickly. Recently there has been a change, they have swapped from serving Coca-Cola to Pepsi, which I hate, so I’ve opted for having hot drinks! Favourite sandwich, Steak & Cheese along with Turkey Salad – and please bring back the Pastrami you did for a limited time last year! I am also a fan of the choice of soups they have on offer. The staff are always friendly and I have got use to the regular faces. I’ve only ever noticed one problem with a staff member on a visit, and that was some months ago. A young girl who was wearing a festival type bracelet on her wrist which was filthy, and could be seen frequently catching the food as she dipped her glove covered hand into the salad! Also good to note that at present this Subway does not serve Halal Food, ideal if you want real Ham and not that awful Turkey Ham!

Enjoyed an Italian bm here...very quick service and reasonable prices being £3 with a drink included. A popular lunchtime diner

Great quick service,friendly staff and very nice sub sandwich. Large choice of different fillings, bread choices and drinks choices.

We have just visited Subway and we recommend this branch to you. We always visit this branch because it is handy for us when we shop at ASDA. The staff are very friendly, the food is freshly cooked.

I go subway most days as I libe close bye I go for breakfast soo cheap 2 pound for sandwich and drink and its filling I try most of thdenew range its fine staff are too polite its clean and well organised fast n u pick what s on ur sandwich soo food is your own choice

sJust been to subway,newport st bolton. Ordered a footlong,toasted and it came out black, it was burnt beyond belief so I told the young male who was serving us that we werent eating that, so he picked it up,screwed it up and threw it in the bin. I was shocked he expected us to eat burnt bread. But he was so rude. He didn't speak or apologise to us. Then he started cutting another footlong and because he was in such a rush he ended up spoiling two which ended up in the bin with my burnt one. He didn't speak afterwards. No please or thanks or goodbye. A rude arrogant ignorant kid. How the hell did he get a job with his lack of manners.

Me and my wife called here for 6" sub x2 my wife noticed the fridge that contained tins of juice etc was leaking , the water from it was all over the floor, when my wife notified a member of staff she was told in a nasty manner, I'm not cleaning it I'm off home whilst giggling with her friend , this isn't the attitude to take on paying customers, there was also children present of which my wife and I was worried incase they slipped and hurt themselves ,we notified another member of staff who at the time was cleaning tables she was really apologetic , and didn't reprimand the 2 girls of whom disrespected my wife. This was subway on Manchester road burden park Bolton lancs of which we will never return to, jobs are really hard to come by these days and these two girls should be lucky they have a job, at least the staff at mc Donald's are more accommodating
