Subway in Thanet

I've recently heard the displeasure of having to use this Subway. An order was placed for me and my friends for lunch. This was placed for the app for delivery. Unfortunately it took over an hour and a 1/2 for anything to even arrive and there was no mention of our order being lost. It transpired that the order was lost and and hence the delay. The food that arrived was completely stone cold despite being marketed as toasted. The chicken in the sandwiches was extremely dry and robbery try and robbery and there was minimal salad. I do not think that we will be using this branch of Subway again.

We ordered from Just Eat for this fast food place a couple of weeks ago and I am still struggling to understand how anyone couple possibly have go our order so very wrong. It arrived without drinks. The two subs were both on the wrong bread. One of the subs came without any lettuce, the other came without any lettuce, cheese, peppers or sauce. The side order of hash browns was wrong and instead they sent cheesy garlic bread. Literally every item on the order was as spectacularly wrong as you could get it. Tried to ring the restaurant to complain and no answer. Tried ringing HQ and although we were answered the call taker hung up on us part way through complaining. An absolutely shocking waste of almost £20 and my meal break ( I work as a paramedic) and after waiting for it all to be prepared and sent, by the time it arrived and I had seen how awfully wrong it was and I had tried to ring up my break was over and I had to go without food for the rest of the shift. Literally unbelievable!

We spent over £40 on a delivery to have ingredients missing, incorrect drink and incorrect cookies. Not happy when you order take away to make life easier when your busy and it’s wrong.

Never actually went into the subway after pulling into the car park and seeing how awful it was. If this is what you can see,what it is like in the areas that you cannot see?

I went with my son for something to eat, there was only one girl serving, she was taking ages and every time the guy who was ordering ahead of us asked her to add something to his sandwich she was telling him that they’ve run out! While she was taking her time serving him I had a look at the glass separating the food from customers, it was so filthy!!! Even where she prepares the food, it was really dirty!!! So I walked out! Subway...please do something about this place before someone catches something from this dirty run down place!!

Ordered a meal for myself off just eat from Ramsgate subway and when it arrived -50 minutes after ordering!!- I got the complete wrong the sub which I couldn't even eat as it had olives on which I'm allergic to. No contact number for the store and the one on google is wrong so I was left with no lunch as by the time it arrived and I'd contacted just eat it was gone 3pm so didnt see the point in eating it. WILL NOT be ordering from here again and Ramsgte Subway please update your phone number in case this happens again so that customere can actually contact you

went to subway with my son today, waited 15 minutes to get served, The Remains of the Grated Cheese and chicken had bits of Meatball dropped in it, Grated Cheese and onion was out of stock, despite a green grocers opposite, Girl behind the counter used the same gloves for 3 customers after me one of which had a vegertaian sub and she had been picking up meat with them

Ordered with just eat delivery on 04/06/19, got my order wrong and it was printed in detail what I asked for. I paid almost £30 for this: they got the cold drink wrong, changed the cookies for crisps that I don't eat, footlong steak and cheese with no cheese apparently and like 5 pieces of small shredded steak, did not put on any sauce I asked for and missed half the salad toppings. Not worth what I paid for! Never again

Rushing around suddently realised I was hungry and decided to try Subway for a salad. Huge salad large choice of meat to accompany. excellent price and really fresh. Definitely worth a visit

The meal is fine but the atmosphere and the service is really awful one of the subway colleagues said "Thank god I am gone" when i was being civil and nice and saying yes please and thank you all the time to the colleagues response. the colleague was out of order and she needs training in order how to make a tasty subway roll and most importantly needs training in customer service not EVER stepping into a subway again I rather eat RAT POO then step into this shop again

Where can I begin with this one?!? I visited Subway this afternoon, which was an impromptu visit. Ordered a sub which was very slap dash. If you ask for salad you expect more than one slice of cucumber and 2 pieces of lettuce. Which may I add were thrown into the bread. 3 members of staff were scruffy and their customer service skills were extremely below average. Every table in there was full of empty wrappers. Now I know that's not their fault. But who should clean that up? The next customer to sit at that table? No... its for the staff to do. So as I sat down to eat my lunch on the dirty table with smeared mayonnaise and dirty finger prints I listened to the attitude that came from some of the staffs mouths. Appalling. I will not be visiting again.

We visited Ramsgate and needed a late supper , we knew Subway would be open . Shop was very clean , staff were ultra friendly , food was looking replenished and good , both subs we ordered were prepared really well Very happy !!

I'm really unsure what's happening with this Subway in Ramsgate , the staff aren't welcoming and don't seem to want to be there . Everything you ask is an effort and they never make any eye contact , I made a complaint in March about this place and was told they would talk to the staff I visited Monday and it's obvious that never happened . The place needs a deep clean as do the staff !! Really disappointing and not a good advert for Subway AT ALL .

The subway was ok Got the eye brow raised when I asked for more lettice... Then audibly huffed at when I asked for more onion! Rarly are stocked with all breads and fillings And once they only had 6" flatbread left so I asked since they only have half and i was ordering a foot long can I pick a different bread for other half and pay the same..... Was actually chucked at befor being told no way And my all time favourite I asked for 3 portions of extra cheese - so 4 all together.... And that ensued a 5 min tyrade by the server that they only had 3 types (I have 2 pepper) followed by making a point of asking there superviser if there shouldn't be a further additional cost because of the extra sheet of wrapping needed!!!! Avoid unless it's this or starvation!

Not really to happy with subway the way they handle their food. I have a yeast allergy so can only have flat bread. I noticed that the breadcrumbs from italian bread etc had been wiped into the grated cheese when I pointed this out to staff it was like I was being awkward..this has happened on numerous occasions now. Overall the staff are moody and we have to ask for them to change gloves before handling my food due to my allergy.

Never get your order right, rude staff who really don't care. Worst subway I have been in hands down. Avoid this one. The one at Westwood is ok

Subway was nice but the 3 staff behind the counter were so miserable, when I asked for a bag I was asked "why did I want a bag" and had to explain that I was holding 2 meals

Para ser honesto, yo siempre he comido en McDonalds enfrente pero cerrado. Historias de comida puede mostrar eran lentos para adaptarse a un aumento de footfall. La mayoría, pero no todos eran mayores niños de la escuela a las 11.30, pero el personal nos cambió la cola tres lo suficientemente rápido y depurado durante una tregua. Probablemente guarde sólo 20p y luego olvidar a mostrar su tarjeta de fidelización. Este Metro puede acomodar 22, pero la mitad de tomar sus alimentos. Debo ser ofreció una galleta gratis en mi cumpleaños es el sistema de correo electrónico está en la cima de las cosas! Una ubicación céntrica con puestos de mercado fuera un viernes.

staff are friendly but on a number of occasions have been in a long queue only to find out certain breads or ingredients have run out. not what you expect at subway- a bit like going to mcdonakds and them selling out of fries.

Bog standard subway rolls. Seemed plain. Only bought from shop as they were part of a deal. Staff not recognising customers and were talking amonst themselves when serving them.

I have actually eaten in Ramsgate's Subway, quite a few times and I don't think I've ever seen a member of it's staff smile before . Each time I've been, the staff act as though you are an inconvenience to them. I can appreciate that it's not the most captivating job and that members of the public are not always the most pleasant; but speaking to customers in a monotone "I'm bored of this job" tone, is really not professional.
