Subway in Great Yarmouth

absolutely well made to perfection and still warm, couldn't ask for better service

Forgot my toffee dip but ate it anyway.

The waffle fries were uncooked, hard to eat so have left them. Everything else was good.

Food was cold even though it was toasted

The delivery time just kept changing and it took ages to arrive and when it did both subs were freezing cold, to eat a tuna sub cold after it was heated was vile and I wish to never do it again

Arrived really late, super cold, forgot the cheese, I forgot why I stopped ordering from this particular subway

they don't bother to read the notes people write before making the order you know the one where you list allergies ? because now I got food i cannot eat good job you bunch of donuts

ordered the footlong churro and cookie yet came worthit the sauces?? can’t even enjoy it

Meatballs where burnt Hashbrowns cold

Ordered steak got hardly any thing in the sub like half a scoop with more lettuce and tomatoes shocking

Said 15 to 30 minutes but ended up taking over 1 hour

Waffle chips cold they were like blocks of mash the sandwich’s was the slithes but warm I would like a full refund I ain’t satisfied today

what the heck was that ?! ...box of lettuce !! hardly any other salad and no tomato ,onion , sweetcorn or dressing ..your salads usually good . i checked order and the receipt and you either messed up or ran out and not updated the just eat

delivery took 20 mins longer than first stated which i could understand, then my sub had ice cold dry chicken, no cheese. the meatballs tasted cheap and the sauce was sour. hash browns where passable but i could get better from the supermarket.

The food was average but assembled poorly. My sandwich was falling apart because they cut the sandwich in half but not the paper so I had to go unwrapping it. Every other subway I've been to cuts the paper as well so it's easy to eat and keeps everything together like a wrap. That said, the food wasn't the real issue. There were 2 staff, my wife and I were the only other people in the place. One of them served us with a horrible attitude while the other stood there and watched with an annoyed look on their face. It was midday, so nowhere near closing time, but we still felt like we were a nuisance to them. At one point we heard them talking about us and we were sitting across the counter. Of course we were talking about them too but we did them a kindness and spoke in another language. Needless to say, we won't be coming back and the team needs more training. This isn't a difficult job and I know it pays relatively well, the least you could do is be decent to your customers.

Ordered at 15:20, delivery for 15:50. Finally arrived 16:50. Food is cold. Nachos are soggy, sub has gone soft since being toasted. Absolutely abysmal, hard to enjoy hot food when it's already cold.

I really enjoy the 12” sub only complaint was they had no tomatoes cucumber or lettuce and again on my next order 5 days later do they not go to a shop if they run low on basic foods?

Wrong address then arrived and was cold rang king street was no help!!!

guys a massive pleb. watched him go by our house multiple times no idea what he’s doing. couldn’t find our address so he gave up and pretended it was delivered. fire that bloke honestly has no idea

Some members of the Staff were rude. The visit was on 23rd august 2024.

I don't get my sauce for my chicken my cheesy bit my churro and my foot long did not have pickles red onions and food was all cold also I ask for tostid and don't get that

Food was cold and tasted weird compared to previous orders. Ordered the footlong cookie and it was not in the bag. Furthermore, ordered at 2pm and received at 3:30pm which is weird for a sandwich place that is usually very quick.

Hello I have ordered subway and on the app it says delivered but it hasn't been delivered to me I have been waiting over 15 minutes since it had been saying it has been delivered but I have not received my order I would like a full refund of it or I will be complaining

Hardly any cheese and you order a foot Laung and you end up cutting it in half to deliver it and it’s not hot

Everything was there, temperature was great, taste was amazing

The taste was terrible with hardly any Steak in it. Couldnt taste the garlic either. Nothing like the picture. would not eat this again. not worse the money.

Delivered to wrong address, neighbour knew my phone number so had to collect it myself

Staff were super friendly and nice. Went in to get dinner for 3 including a gluten free sub. Staff changed their gloves consistently to make sure there was no cross contamination and made sure everything was made as requested. Super quick service too!

Two days in row I asked for toasted but they never toast they put my food with cold drinks and ruined my food, I had to throw it as it’s messy please keep food and drinks separate this is not driver fault as it’s packed in one bag from restaurant

Garlic bread thing could’ve been more garlicky and cheesy, was a bit dry

Roll was hard as though it had been toasted 5 times the courier was waiting at the place for 15 minutes before receiving my order, considering it’s meant to be fast food and all the food is half prepared it was shocking how long it took

A little later than advertised, but more importantly the food was stone cold. If sides were meant to be hot then more has to be done to insulate the containers.

Subway is my go-to when I get hungry their food is always fresh and delicious, and the food gets delivered on time always

Half the order was missing and they advised i ask for a refund that takes days and then reorder and pay delivery and service charge again as they do not have their own drivers

My driver picked the food up, and proceeded to drive the wrong way and sit still for 30-40 minutes. My food is now absolutely stone cold
