Subway in Great Yarmouth

The food was average but assembled poorly. My sandwich was falling apart because they cut the sandwich in half but not the paper so I had to go unwrapping it. Every other subway I've been to cuts the paper as well so it's easy to eat and keeps everything together like a wrap. That said, the food wasn't the real issue. There were 2 staff, my wife and I were the only other people in the place. One of them served us with a horrible attitude while the other stood there and watched with an annoyed look on their face. It was midday, so nowhere near closing time, but we still felt like we were a nuisance to them. At one point we heard them talking about us and we were sitting across the counter. Of course we were talking about them too but we did them a kindness and spoke in another language. Needless to say, we won't be coming back and the team needs more training. This isn't a difficult job and I know it pays relatively well, the least you could do is be decent to your customers.

Wrong address then arrived and was cold rang king street was no help!!!

so refused to take the delivery as it wasn't my order and thay still haven't refunded me

guys a massive pleb. watched him go by our house multiple times no idea what he’s doing. couldn’t find our address so he gave up and pretended it was delivered. fire that bloke honestly has no idea

Some members of the Staff were rude. The visit was on 23rd august 2024.

Order was over a hr late , delivery time kept going up, order when it eventually came was stone cold and wrong

The food was okay I guess it isn’t the best that I’ve had from Subway but what can you do

I don't get my sauce for my chicken my cheesy bit my churro and my foot long did not have pickles red onions and food was all cold also I ask for tostid and don't get that

delivery time kept changing getting longer and longer. even when the courier was at the restaurant it took them 15mins to sort it out

Food was cold and tasted weird compared to previous orders. Ordered the footlong cookie and it was not in the bag. Furthermore, ordered at 2pm and received at 3:30pm which is weird for a sandwich place that is usually very quick.

Just ordered my food, they kept changing pick up time and then forgot my food long cookie not happy about this

Items missing off the footlong- no cheese, crispy onions and lettuce was browning

Never got delivered even though stated it had. Cannot contact just eat either so unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

the waffle fries are ruffle fries not to be consumed by humans !!!!!!!!

Hello I have ordered subway and on the app it says delivered but it hasn't been delivered to me I have been waiting over 15 minutes since it had been saying it has been delivered but I have not received my order I would like a full refund of it or I will be complaining

Hardly any cheese and you order a foot Laung and you end up cutting it in half to deliver it and it’s not hot

Everything was there, temperature was great, taste was amazing

The taste was terrible with hardly any Steak in it. Couldnt taste the garlic either. Nothing like the picture. would not eat this again. not worse the money.

Delivered to wrong address, neighbour knew my phone number so had to collect it myself

Staff were super friendly and nice. Went in to get dinner for 3 including a gluten free sub. Staff changed their gloves consistently to make sure there was no cross contamination and made sure everything was made as requested. Super quick service too!

Clearly the owner is changing everything, I didn’t get to select my own salad and when it arrived it has things I cannot stand.

Two days in row I asked for toasted but they never toast they put my food with cold drinks and ruined my food, I had to throw it as it’s messy please keep food and drinks separate this is not driver fault as it’s packed in one bag from restaurant

Garlic bread thing could’ve been more garlicky and cheesy, was a bit dry

Had a wonderful sandwich there, but the app needs attention. It took a few minutes to log in, holding up the people in the queue.

Roll was hard as though it had been toasted 5 times the courier was waiting at the place for 15 minutes before receiving my order, considering it’s meant to be fast food and all the food is half prepared it was shocking how long it took

A little later than advertised, but more importantly the food was stone cold. If sides were meant to be hot then more has to be done to insulate the containers.

Took around 1hour 30mins food was cold and drink was earm

I called the restraunt and they told me it got picked up at 6.30 it's only just arrived I'm absolutely furious the driver tried to tell me he was stuck in traffic although he was on a push bike my food is freezing cold completely unsatisfied with this service

Subway is my go-to when I get hungry their food is always fresh and delicious, and the food gets delivered on time always

Bread was stale so couldn't eat it.

Half the order was missing and they advised i ask for a refund that takes days and then reorder and pay delivery and service charge again as they do not have their own drivers

Didn't put cheese on steak sub. Sauce missing for cheesy bites

My driver picked the food up, and proceeded to drive the wrong way and sit still for 30-40 minutes. My food is now absolutely stone cold

Made a delivery yet no food even came they have delivered to the wrong address and can't get any help with getting a refund coz they just end conversation with me over £18 on a order and being told I'm not alloud a refund farrr from happy

The didn't have many salad choice when I went it I don't know if it was because of time of day or somthink but the didn't have my sauce. But the food like always is very fresh and well put together wasn't messy and the subway we all had was lovely the staff were very polite and helpful and quick and efficient nice quick easy fix alot more filling then a (Mac Donald's)...

Delivery time got put back form the original time bye 20 mins and was still late. Then All my hot stuff was cold.

Same as every other subway. Food the same, service OK. This branch itself was a little out of the way and had broken front window.
