Very small portion meat in the salad box, with poor customer service

Turned up today to place an order , only to discover they don't take cash. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

Didn’t read the order notes so therefore for the order wrong

Hello, I went here today to pick up my customer's order from delivery. And then showing the order number, how many minutes? I asked if it would last. and the female friend working there told me that I had to cancel the order. And may I know why I need to cancel? I asked. Can you cancel my order in a rude and arrogant manner? he said. There was another driver friend who entered at the same time as me, he was definitely a driver friend they knew. They canceled my order and made the system give that order to that other friend. Do not forget that I will never allow you to group together. I am a Turkish citizen, I want you to know that. When I told him that I was waiting instead of canceling, the other driver got angry and took his bag and left, and 5 minutes later, my customer's order was ready and I took it and delivered it to my customer. Do not forget that I am a Turkish Citizen.

I went into Subway to grab some lunch. When it was my turn to place my order, it went okay, but during the toasting process I got a text from a work colleague saying that they would like a Subway too. So when I said my second order, I then received a huge huff of an attitude from the worker like they couldn't be bothered to do my order as if I had walked in 2 minutes before closing. I really did not appreciate the reaction I got when asking for my second order.

My subway was cold and didn't taste anything like I remember I Will never be going there again waste of money

I only went in because I had a money off voucher that was £3.50 for a 6 inch sub. What I got was not even worth £3.50 let alone the £6.05 regular price. How that place survives is beyond me.

My experience at the Haverhill Subway last week was appealing. I have made a complaint to head office. The two members of staff who were working last Saturday night should be extremely ashamed of themselves for the way they treated me.

I visited this store recently with some work colleagues for a quick lunch, and it's got to be the worst subway I've ever seen. The seating areas were filthy with food, rubbish and dirt on the floor. The staff were doing the bare minimum required to serve us; however, they are probably paid the bare minimum and deliver as such. The sandwich maker pretty much threw everything into the sandwiches, so when we sat to eat, it all fell apart. For the price, you could get a lot more from a supermarket sandwich deal with extras. We were all super unimpressed and told our other colleagues not to visit the place! Overall, it was a depressing meal in a depressing setting with depressed staff - avoid.

Every branch I go to, I can choose what to put in my sandwich or not, but here, without my asking, they put whatever is written in the menu and they don’t change it. Even though I said that too much cheese makes me sick, she said that I can't change or reduce it.

No cheese on my subway. Bread is too much crispy. Never had this experience!!!

Regularly visit here, it's not the easiest place to park near, but there is a car park nearby. The outside area could do with some TLC. Staff are polite, not very chatty though! But then I'm a chatterbox. We have never had a bad experience with the food, it is always perfect. The interior could do with brightening up a bit as it's looking quite dull.

How has subway gone this far down hill havent been for a few Months and it’s completely changed can only remove one item from there fixed range of subs guy on the counter was scruffy and taking phone calls on his personal phone while doing the sandwich this can’t be right? Food was become average and the options for choice. After this experience I probably won’t be using subway again.

Went in while it was quiet to get some lunch place looks run down amd all the tables are dirty no cleaning being done staff just standing out back talking Drinks machine is out of order so forced to get a bottled drink asked if I still have to pay the extra for bottle as its not our fault the machine is broken we was still charged for a choice that we didn't want food wasn't great certainly not worth the inflated prices

Been in to grab my lunch after about 6 months of not being in after being a regular customer for many years. Last June there was a refurbishment and no drinks machine, there still isn't! So you're having to pay more for a bottle of drink if you fancy one. The woman that served me, and only me in the shop took ages to even walk over to me and that proceeded to just stare at me. No conversation or politeness at all. The customer service used to be amazing. I asked for teriyaki chicken, which they apparently no longer do so she scooped out chicken breast and rubbed in sauce from the counter. She didn't ask about me wanting the meat warm or cold so I asked if that could be done, she then scooped my chicken off of the paper and straight onto the oven tray. When doing my salad I got enough lettuce for a family of four but then had to ask for extra everything else as to start off with I got a generous helping of 4 bits of cucumber. I wasn't spoken to once, just stared at the whole process. The lettuce is old and limp but tasted okay overall it's just the sad customer service!

Very rude staff. Had a very bad experience. Not kids friendly.

Visits are variable... some good, some bad. Today was poor... service not particularly friendly. Preparation hurried. Replenishment of napkins unchecked. Shame... as it's by and large, my favourite fast food eatery.

Slow service, even with 4 staff and only 3 customer's.

Usually have better experiences! But obviously they were having a bad day. Staff are hit and miss, you'll either get the friendliest person ever to serve you or you'll get someone who couldn't care less! There is no in between! My most recent visit though was a bit of a disaster, no hearty Italian bread, no wraps, no sweetcorn, no cucumber and the hot drink machine was broken. As I said, I think it was a bad day, would have been made better I'm sure if they had one of their decent members of staff serving!

Great when I go in and order but today ordered to home! Don't recommend! Food was an hour late and cold and got the order completely wrong. Ordered a meatless with sauce and onions had just emat balls in it. Called up and there was nothing they could do except take the food back and re do it. Don't recommend delivery but always good when I go in to store. So won't order to home again.

The employees are polite and respectful, the place is very clean and tidy. There is so much food to choose from and drinks there are a lot of seating areas provided even out the pricing is a bit expensive but the quality of the food it is worth it. I do recommend this place

Friendly staff plenty of choice

Shocked and disgusted to see that staff were only paying lip service to "wearing masks" and were wearing them below their nose ans mouth or below their nose. Literally no point to it!!!

Very disappointed. Seems like quality of meat went down the hill, sandwiches did not tasted nice at all. Staff didn't know for how long to melt the cheese. Thanks God the girl by the till wasn't making sandwiches as her clothes been covered in her hair, when she gave the change i had her hair in my hand! Not coming back for sure

I recommend the Italian herbs and cheese footlong with Italian meats and Chorizo toasted with spicy cheese, lettuce, olives, peppers and South West (chipote chilli) sauce. Two meals in one.

I walked through the rain to get a sub and it was definitely worth it.

Customer service was not present as you would see in any other subway. I was ignored and when spoken to it was with a harsh voice that seemed to be trying to rush me out. Missed ingredients and very tiny portions as they were too busy talking between themselves through the kitchen door.

Told by members of staff that you're not allowed to purchase water in a paper cup, but instead must purchase water in a plastic bottle. Think that I will avoid a company that actively encourages plastic waste.

Good quality food however I did not ask for a filling of hair in my sub. Staff should all be wearing hair nets, male and female.

Subway as per usual is just awful!

Super yummy food, had a chicken tikka sub with lots of salad in. The staff are very nice to you when you are choosing your sub filling. The place is very nice and is very nice from the outside. There is an outdoor seating area too which has a few sets I table and chairs.

Always a healthy but enjoyable meal, good range of choices and the food is always fresh. Staff friendly.

Horrific experience, messed up order on purpose, practically threw the food at me. Johnny's customer service was so appalling that his co-worker had to apologise. Won't be going back.

The service was poor and has gone down hill. One of the staff member called James who has currently been there 3 weeks was rather rude to customers. The floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a couple days. Also some of the labels on the Cambros were missing, the coke machine was all sticky and hadn't been cleaned. Sauces had the wrong dates on which I then had to ask them to go clean the sauce bottle and refil it with fresh sauce.I thought this was against subways policy's and procedures. Looks like the staff here aren't following the rules and the managers need to address this ASAP before they start losing business. I wouldn't advice going there until the issues in the shop are addressed.
