Great pizza, made really well with good ingredient distribution, Jonathan delivery driver was great, came well before allocated time and pizzas steaming hot! Great place much better than others

Do NOT order delivery from this store. You will not get your food and they will lie to prevent giving you a full refund. Ordered my food and sat on the sofa near the door. After a long period of time where I should have been eating pizza passed, I called the store and was told that the driver called my phone knocked on the door and rang the doorbell and that I never answered my phone or the door. All while I was on my phone in front of a glass door waiting. If you want food or just don't want your money stolen, don't order from here.

almost £30 spent on an order for not properly cooked food which caused illness then I complain I get asked for a photo after 2/3 days how am I supposed to have a photo and even if I did the photo wouldn't show anything anyway I'm very disappointed for a customer who goes to your restaurant 2/3 times a week ever since it opened in bury over a decade ago to get a pizza like that and then a responds like this is awful

It's a Domino's pizza 🍕, I've ordered so much collection and even delivery from here out of convenience and can't really complain at the collection prices.

Prices are ridiculous. You have to use their website/app to get a reasonable diner. Delivery is prompt but I feel it’s at the expense of the food. I usually need to bake the pizza for 5-10 min after delivery.

We ordered two pizzas from dominos tonight, both came and were the wrong pizzas and missing the sauces ... mistakes happen right.... not a problem. Called and spoke with a lady called Alex, I had to explain that we had been given the wrong pizzas. She said we had not, I explained we didn't order a meatball and tandoori chicken but a meator and a sausage and red onion, I asked her to please have a look at the ticket. She then said she would re send our pizzas, i then stated we also need the dips and i wss told i would need to buy these again. I had to argue with her that id alteady paid for these and could i speak with a manager. She informed me she was the manager and she would resend the whole order it would be 20 mins as they were busy. I then called 40 minutes later and asked polity if there was any update on our pizzas. She started to shout at me that she was only sending the missing sauces and she wasn't stupid at what I was trying to do. I informed her she can have the wrong pizzas back but that these were not our oder. She continued to shout and argue with me and then told me that she was not sending anything and hung up the phone. I tried to call back for another 10 mins. She finally answered and when I said who I was she was calm and said yes I realise this now as another customer called up and had recieved the wrong food and would send it now and would be 10 mins. The order arrived after 15, no problem I expected it to be later as its a weekend. The wrong order was sent again exactly the same as last but with the sauces. So I called Alex back to let her know we have the wrong one again hoping the driver could return and swap them so us and this other family would have the right ones. No....that would have been the nicest option instead she hurled abuse at me and told me a driver will come to my house now collect all the order and I would have to wait for them to cook the correct food again. I stated I did not want to wait another 30 minutes for our food as now its nearly two hours from ordering and she could have the pizza back but I woukd like a refund as she has been so rude during all communications, she refused to send the driver and give us a refund. I stated that this was an awful experience and I will be making a formal complaint. She said I can call tomorrow and do that as she had offered to re cook it again after being abusive that I won't get a refund. Safe to say worst customer experience from any take away especially from a manager. We won't be using dominos in bury st edmunds again.

Helpful staff great selection of products and clean shop. Recommend for pizza based Frivolity. And FREE parking too.👍 service friendly but slow but that's what I've come to expect from this chain And occasionally it seems depending who's on the order accuracy is not superb.

Welcoming staff and lovely pizza...

The food is great but I can't justify the crazy prices anymore. I used to order from here all the time, but in the last year the prices have shot up beyond belief (Well beyond inflation) and to top it off they added a £2.99 delivery charge. It's an extra kick in the teeth. I loved their food but I've had to jump across to more reasonably priced places sadly.

Yumm pizza and the meal deal is best and cheaper than any others shop definitely worth it 😊👌

Went in to order and I was told by the manager to wait for 2 minutes. After a couple of minutes, I was informed by the manager to order online because they were very busy. What about if I don't have my phone with me, I will go home with nothing. To the owner, you need to remind your manager (Pram) that customer service is very important.

The staff completely ignored my existence as they were far too busy engaged in a chat. Their utter lack of customer service was horrendous and I do not recommend ever going here. If I could give less than one star I would.

Never order food and knocked so hard on my front room window I thought it was someone trying to break in

I made the time slot for delivery 20:30 to 20:45, which means as long as I arrive that at that time slot it'll be fine. As I got there at 20:35 not only they got my order wrong, the manager asked the delivery man to give the phone to me and he was telling me how I was supposed to be there on the dot and the manager was screaming at me. Horrible service no respect to women at all.

Usually Domino's is very great. I usually order via app. I have had the app for over a year. Never had a problem with them. But this is just very sad

I normally love Domino's.. the pizza was great and the side order of the spicy chicken wing was awful. It was drowning it vinegar it made a few of us with upset tummys. I phone the to tell them about my experience and they didn't even saysorry about that. They didn't give a toss. In fact they seen to think it was funny. Probably wont go there ever again on principle. If they had been sorry about order I would have be more forgiveing and gone back.

We have regularly had dominoes but no more !! The service and attitude I received yesterday was appalling !! With a new addition to the family I phoned up to ask for a gluten free base and dairy free cheese, to be told I can't order over the phone but had to go online, order, and call back to make the amendments!!! Which I did but then to be told I can't have the gluten free on a medium base ! Couldn't this information have been told to me when I originally phoned ?? I was then given attitude about getting my order right and should go back online and re order. I paid for delivery but was getting no where fast so went to the shop. The lady at the counter was serving so I waited, only me and the other guy there, so when someone else came in she went straight to them !! I pointed this out but let the new fella order. when i did get to the counter I asked why I wasn't told about the gluten base being only available in small so I said OK, why not just do me 2 smalls instead of the medium for the inconvenience and the fact I'd paid for delivery but was now in the shop, she said no I'd have to re order online, I asked if she would just amend the order as im talking to her again she said no she can't take an order verbally and yet the guy that came in next walked up to the counter and ordered !! So again asked to be told no I'd have to do it online !! So I then told her pizzas off the menu and I wanted a refund so she ok is this your order ? I agreed and she walked away, when she came back she started taking yet again another verbal order so I asked about my refund and she said it'll take 3-5 days !!!!! I will never eat dominoes again from the bury branch and would be very reluctant to do so elsewhere Shame No stars !!!!

Normally Dominos is on point, tonight I decided to order 2 pizzas after a long and tricky day at work. The pizzas were delivered quickly but mine was not what I ordered, I was given a bog standard cheese and tomato 🤮 despite what I did order being on the label of the box. Totally disappointed. I imagine I had someone else’s order and they got mine. Next time I shall keep the driver waiting on my doorstep till I inspect the contents of each box to make sure I have the correct items smh.

We used to buy 2 large half and half pizzas for a family meal. They stopped that and now we have no other option to buy 4 small pizzas. With the 50% off it's a lot more expensive. No deal!

Disgusting pizzas and horrible customer service in bury st edmunds domino’s. I will never order from domino’s again and make everyone aware how horrible the pizzas and service was. Ordered 2 pizzas for myself and the kids because they had been good all day as a treat. They arrived with big holes in them and freezing cold. I called to have them sent back in which they took over 45 mins to deliver the new pizzas baring in mind I live less than 8 mins drive away. I was waiting with small children when they did arrive the woman delivering them was laughing at me and had a horrible angry attitude delivering the new pizzas that still had big holes in them. The manager was very rude and didn’t care about the service or the condition of the pizzas. AVOID ! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Ordered from them mutiple times never had an issue. Dis a collection ones and all the staff were smiling and happy

Changed my view of domino's. The first time I had ever had domino's it was terrible. My friend convinced me to try this place and it was amazing! Pizza was fresh, and warm and perfectly topped.

It's Domino's. Delivered quickly, pizza was fresh and hot. Don't get the double decker, my son and I realized not to take chances on the experimental new tires of crust, stick with what you know.

Certainly not worth the money, the dough is brought in on the back of a lorry, which contains a tonne of pineal gland calcifiying agents, very slow service also, and the drivers drive about like maniacs, almost causing accidents. The whole franchise needs to be liquidised, the same thing for pizza hut also.. The wedges taste like what I can imagine as manure, the grease on the pizzas is astonishing as it should be a public health warning.

As border at a British Boarding school you order pizza almost every week. Unfortunately I gained just negative experiences with dominos lately since you can just order if you have a credit card, which is registered in the same place where you are. Therefore it’s not possible to order personally. That’s a shame and just pathetic by all means. Regarding other delivery services such as Papa Johns it’s working flawlessly. That’s why you can conclude that it’s a dominos issue. If you want to lose even more customers just continue, I would think carefully about your service though, especially because your employees don’t take me seriously. Following those kinds of problems I personally won’t order any dominos pizza again.

I really enjoyed ordering pizza at dominos due my time at boarding school. But apparently you can’t use your card with an other IP address than your location anymore. This is completely nonsense. Have fun loosing 50% of your costumers. 🤡 I also spoke to a middle-aged women on the phone, who claimed to be allowed to speak as the manager, as I kindly asked to speak to him. Very bad costumer service, and bad problem solving.

Small little hut. Limited parking. The pizzas are still great.

Food was good as usual, service was awful. It took 3 people to take my order, 2 people to spell my name. Then 10mins later I come back to collect the pizza and he tried to take my order again. Where do they find there staff!?

Ordered a meal deal, part of the meal wasn't delivered, spoke to the driver who clearly hadnt picked up the full order, told to ring the main number. Spoke to the shop who told me that it would be delivered as soon as possible. After well over an hour still no delivery, called to find out nothing had been sent out. Requested when I could recieve the final part of my order I was told it may be some time as they were very busy. I said this wasnt good enough so requested a refund, I was then asked how much it was, surely they should know this but had no clue about how to find orders and then told a refund would take 48 hours, as they couldnt do it then due to being busy. Awful service, food was luke warm too, I have used dominos for years but no more,

You can't beat a domino's pizza for take out. We can't do it that often because of cost but a nice treat to start holiday 😋

Pretty small place acts more as a pick up point for online orders. You can only make card payments here but that's ok as it makes more sense for a small place like this. The food is good which is all that matters anyways

It dominos of course it was nice. Pizza cooked quickly. Just make sure you find a voucher code like unibogof or some other deal because other wise you are being ripped off at £20 a pizza.

Delivery driver said I had to come down to the communal entrance on my block of flats as they don’t deliver inside. This is untrue as only last week had it delivered to my front door inside my block of flats. Will probably order from another pizza company next time. Paid for delivery to my door. Unhappy with customer service

Ordered 3 pizzas for a training session. Prompt delivery service. Pizzas were a bit on the dry side (maybe overcooked?) And the toppings were a bit scarce.

Food always on time. Normally cooked well.

Nice place. Pizza is really good and comes relatively quickly if you ordered at the till. Delivery is around 40 minutes for a 15 minute drive. All round, I would recommend it. However, not much space to wait for pizza in the facility.

Yeah, it’s a bog standard usual domino’s pizza place, nothing special, nice seating, served quickly and you can see the pizzas being cooked, served well and by friendly staff.

The staff here were excellent today, two obnoxious chav's came in, all demanding with no thought for others and they handled them with total decorum. The pizza I received was piping hot and tasty too. Prompt and served with a smile. 👍

worst pizza ive ever had !! asked for thin and crispy and when i got it home the cardboard box was thicker than the pizza itself , it had no taste and the toppings were so little i had trouble seeing them,and as for the cheese eerrr what cheese !!!! never going back there again !!!!!!!!!
