The pizza we ordered was amazing and delicious, and the delivery was fast, bringing the pizza hot.

Pizza tasted great, fast service collection ted and ready within 10 minutes.

Ordered thin and crispy pizza. Base definitely NOT thin and crispy. Too thick and NOT cooked properly. Very cold. Didn’t think to check the pizza before left the shop - shouldn’t have to. Called to complain - first person didn’t understand what I was saying. Next person I spoke with didn’t really take me serious and couldn’t care less. Waste of money. I’ll go else where next time. Disappointed.

Biggest rip off takeaway around, get a supermarket pizza for £2-3 and you can add your own toppings and you'll still be £20 better off 😉

The pizza, garlic bread and chicken strips were delicious but the wedges were not enough to feed two people let alone four

Ordered a pizza in the app to collect as it said 20 minutes. Went to collect and was advised they hadn’t even started the pizzas yet and there was another 45 minutes wait on top of the twenty I waited before I collected. Then asked for a refund for the money I’d paid which they said would take 3-5 days to come back to me which meant I’m now out of pocket and have no food

Nearly got run over just now, 5.30pm, by one of your delivery cars, AY64 AER, small red car, driven by an obnoxious blonde Karen. She didn't stop to let the oncoming cars past first and told me I should've "jumped onto the grass verge". There are not many pavements where I live and at my age and poor physical condition I shouldn't be expected to jump anywhere. She had the audacity to stop and shout at me to tell me there are laws about passing cyclists on the road but not pedestrians. Your company needs to make your drivers aware of the highway code

It's OK for a fast meal if no one can be bothered to cook at home every now and then.

The staff love a good clean joke the food is the same level you expect from any domino's

Dominos looses a star as the prices are creeping up making this quite an expensive takeaway now. Haverhill store is good though.

Always get a great pizza from Domino's. Prices are high, but best to get two for Tuesdays or another bulk deal and it keeps cost down.

Updated September 2022. Sadly, the store has deteriorated instead of having a nice pizza delivered to your door. You’ve got a 50-50 chance of having a half decent pizza? All the drivers are doing their best to get you your pizza on time, but with the shortage of staff, this can be hard.

I can say this is the best pizza in town, always on time or early with delivery, they have never been late and I live in Kedington so is taking longer. A little pricey but so is Papa John's but if you order from them please do for at least 4 hours before you actually want to eat the pizza. You can buy cheaper pizza from other shops in town but will never taste the same as Domino's. Also, there's always a good deal if you want to order for them. I would give them 10 stars out of 10 if I could. Well done Domino's! 👍👏

Putting aside the Pizza always being great. The staff are very friendly and cheerful.

Ordered online went to shop order not found went home dominos called 4x as they have found..asked for refund as bought kfc instead. Until at this time no refund yet. Very disappointing with service.

Phoned and asked if they could deliver to us in these times, they said no werent interested in helping. Ordered from haverhill pizza and kebab who delivered to us and their pizza was amazing. Dominoes you have lost a customer but haverhill pizza has gained one 😊

They said they won't deliver to our house as they only go as far as Bumpstead, which is further away than our house!!!!! Ok, can we collect? No, we only deliver. Ok, can we give you someone else's address and wait outside? No, you have to be the homeowner. So are you saying we can't have pizza? Yes.

The food is good, never had an issue with that with this store. However, unless you take advantage of a deal, for example 2 for Tuesday it is very pricey for Haverhill. The store two doors down sells great pizza's for the fraction of the price. They are definitely the most expensive pizza store in Haverhill if you're just looking for 1 pizza.

Ordered a pizza before I started work and didnt get a knock on the door, no sign of pizza anywhere, I get a missed call off an unknown number so I called them back and they said they knocked on my door and no answer and that they cant get the pizza to me for another 45 minutes

Customer service skills are poor with inaccurate order taken and then very rude when I told the girl there was some missing items she said that was what was ordered even though I said I had definitely asked for the other items with a number of staff all congregating to intimidate and shout at us. All she needed to do was apologise and say she would add it and it would of been fine. An awful experience and the pizza was stone cold by the time we got it too.

Very fast service, good food, out of town and in the middle of a housing estate so not the best location for collection unless you live around the store.

Ordered a pizza, had to ring to confirm it was on the way after an hour and 10 mins off ordering, they apologized and said they would give me a free drink so I obliged. Asked what I wanted so I said cherry coke zero. Turns up another 20mins later with a fanta orange.. rubbish service.

Great staff with lovely manners and very professional. Great food at great prices as the staff always find the best deal for the meal couldn’t ask for anything better. Even when really busy the food is always at a high standard have nothing bad to say about this shop. ☺️

Domino's haverhill is very bad customers service. Their pizzas are not that great as in London also they make mistake but never compensate the customer

Always good and delivered on time. Look out for deals on the app as these can really cut the cost. The app is great and shows you the status of your order. Haverhill dominos is good. Never had a problem.

Standard of food is as you would expect from Domino's, no surprises there. What is hit and miss is whether or not you get your entire order and if you do, whether it will be hot. 50% of the time something fails to arrive. The rest of the time it's lukewarm and has to be microwaved. If you can live with that then it's all good.

My friends and I had pizza at the weekend and it was all very yummy. Would recommend this pizza company for sure

Sometimes treat the kids to a dominos. Generally very good, but occasionally we have been disappointed with the quality. I suppose it depends on how busy they are.

Domino's pizza in Haverhill is surprisingly good, We've used it on several occasions and the food is always fresh and hot. Plus if you keep on the web page of your order, it'll show you every step of the way what is happening with your pizza. I seriously thought that the pizza would get cold quickly and perhaps not be as good, but I needn't have worried - its excellent.

Your Usual Domino's Pizza Everything to be expected. £4.99 large pizza 12 till 4pm cheese n tomato +1 top. Of course you can stil change the tomato base to a bbq base. Yummy

One of the best pizza places around all dominos are good, and the bbq sauce is to die for And the cookies aswell the best and chicken a trippers highly recommend and fast deliever

It's domino's how wrong can you get?

amazing pizza....of course, its a Dominoes. The only gripe I have is with delivery times. Sometimes its way less than their estimated times, others its way later. But even if it is late, it's not too late; just wish they'd tell you an honest time.

Ordered and paid online and was able to follow from order to delivery. Arrived quickly and was as ordered. Hot and tasty.. Give it a try..

We all sat down to watch Strictly, and needed to eat- pizza, mmmm!! We ordered on line, (that way you get a good deal) Delivery was good for a Saturday night. Hot and very well made and cooked.

Friday's and Saturdays seem so busy and a delivery could take up to an hour. At least they tell you!! Far easier and cheaper to go and pick it up!!I have struggled with the website but this may be because it was busy. Always a good pizza here. Nice friendly staff

Son ordered a pizza from this branch. It took an hour and a half to arrive...when we called to enquire on the pizzas whereabouts, we were told the delivery man had knocked and had no reply. Rubbish. I sit not more than 6 ft away from the front door. It later transpired he'd gone to the wrong address and it was down to 'language issues'that he'd gone wrong. When the pizza finally arrived, it was dry and unappealing but my son was starving and inhaled it. £17 for something that was frankly such a disappointment is quite a hefty price tag. Suffice to say we shant be using them again.

Domino's Pizza is a large chain of fast food pizza outlets with branches all over the UK delivering freshly made pizzas. This one ifs fast and efficient with many special offers and bargains. Delivery is quick and the food is good. Collection is obviously cheaper but not as convenient. We live 4 miles away and order about once a week! As you would expect they do their 'off' days but if you have a reason to complain they will put it right.Great friendly staff.
