For the first time the food arrived in an absolute state. It is as though the pizza was launched across the room.

Poor customer service, extra charges if you pay with card... why? ... and the salad was missing from my order. I m not ganna return...

Paid £11 for a LARGE kerbab. It came with 6 bits of meat. Opened my salad and it was horrible. It’s smells like horse food. 🤢

Ordered food at 8pm preordering for 9 pm turned up at 9:30 pm missing parts of order and some incorrectly produced asked for them to resend and send these bits they said my fault cause I placed a £42 order and offered a garlic bread next time I said no wanted these items I paid for they then agreed said would have it 5-10 mins 30 mins later arrived by this point rest of my food was all cold and food they sent second time was chard and burnt such a shame as owner is normally so so nice shame to see go down hill

I ordered at about 6pm, and it said it would be delivered between 7pm-7:20pm. At 7:20pm I looked on just eat and it said it had been delivered when it hadn’t. I called the restaurant who said it was near by, and would be 2 minutes. It was around 15 minutes later that it arrived and it was cold when it did.

Never usually have a problem with the food from here, however last night I paid £8 for a Kentucky chicken wrap which was the most pathetic excuse for a wrap I’ve ever seen, 4 bits of over fried chicken in a soggy wrap, no lettuce no sauce? No options to add or remove these on the website either, maybe I shouldn’t have presumed it would come with salad and sauce but for £8 that’s what I was expecting. Chips which were cold and dry, and jalapeño poppers which again were over fried, breadcrumbs were pretty much burnt. Shame as like I’ve stated never usually had a problem but won’t be in a hurry to order from here again.

Quick delivery with the food arriving before the 40mins and food arrived hot. Pizzas are nice with tasty ingredients. Slightly greasy and a little bit too much cheese on the pizza which probably is another reason why it was greasy. Would try something else from the menu next time.

Had the 12 inch pepperoni pizza best one I've had from a kebab shop ... delicious and great deals on pizzas any size get a second free. Friendly, clean and reasonably priced

I normally have no problem when I order from this restaurant the food is normally okay but this time I ordered the chicken wings and it had the most disgusting sauce on top of them I ended up throwing them away

Food is normally quite good , delivery is also normally on time . Few instances they have been late and food isn’t as hot as it should be but more often than not it’s fine ..

Can't know exactly when it will be delivered but quality of food compensates for that

Was a bit disappointed with the chicken beyti that I ordered.. I expected that it would come with salad, but it was just the kebab and pitta bread. I also found a bit of gristle in the chicken which put me off of eating it.

Chips were hard and overcooked, kebab dry, no pitta bread with kebab, pizza slightly burnt topping and dough. For the price it was a Disappointing meal.

Food was shocking bbq chicken wings under cooked and fridge cold 12inch garlic bread with cheese cold kebabs cold and didn't taste great after reheating delivery was 30 minutes late. Little to know help from shop staff offered bbq chicken replacement that was another hour. Owner/manager offed a deal the day after if changed review to 5 stars (did not hold up his end of the deal)

Dinner arrived 40 mins after advised... everything was luke warm except the chicken wings which were fridge cold !!! Sent out new ones almost an hour later which were then spicy and inedible... absolutely no customer service at all as they couldn't care less !!!

Ordered dinner it took almost 2 hours to arrive after being told 1 hour for delivery. Food finally arrived and most of the food was barely warm and some items was stone cold including chicken wings. When getting replacement food which took a further hour to arrive at this point we had finished eating the barely edible food and didn’t want the replacement food, three hours after ordering everything. When contacting the takeaway they wasn’t very helpful, couldn’t give any accurate information on delivery at all and had an attitude of they don’t really care.

Food running extremely late taking 40 minutes to arrive, freezing cold chicken upon arrival, calling to organise a redelivery to then receive an incorrect order again taking nearly an hour to arrive. We’re very lucky this chicken was not given to the children. Very poor and disappointing service.

Terrible! Order was completely messed up. No drink with kids meal .. no extra topping that I paid for was on the pizza, chilli sauce put in kids burger .. no cheese in cheese burger .. bacon in the bacon cheeseburger was just cut up ham. Spent £50 on an order that was shockingly bad and quite frankly tasted disgusting. Myself and my children barely even touched our food.

Sent wrong pizza, ordered vegetarian received one with chicken ham and beef so we couldn't eat it

By far the best chips in town! Oh and best kebab wrap too! Always delivered super quickly and hot! EDIT: i've decided to edit my review after our last 2 orders. The food is still amazing, however, the service is not. Twice we've waited an hour and a half before calling and being told its on its way. Food has then arrived 20 mins later. So what the gentleman on the phone meant, was that they've forgotten to make the order, or similar, we suspect. My friend and I also went in store recently to order and was unimpressed by the lady behind the counter. She's rather rude. The guys, on the other hand, are very respectful and happy.

As a pregnant Lady who craves and has their pizza at least 4 times a week I cannot recommend them enough. They are super quick with delivery and the food is always piping hot when it arrives. Their pizza is the best in the area and my other half says the same about their Mixed Kebab. Their chips are always crispy and as I said the food is always so fresh and still piping hot! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful food and massive portions. The containers were bursting full. Vegetable kebab was lovely the chargrill freshness to the vegetables. My husband had the mixed kebab. Soooo much meat he loved it. Hot and fresh on arrival, came on time. Would order again. The salad was very fresh and tasty.

Stuffed crust pizzas were hot on arrival and they were very tasty. The big garlic dip is gorgeous. Came on time. 1st time of ordering from them. Will order again.

Well priced great service and lovely food

Normally I would order from this restaurant and it will be top class but today sadly I ordered a pizza and it did not live up to expectations it was a meat feast pizza and it was completely covered in cheese with hardly any meat toppings. The ham was very salty and the base was very soggy Avengers squeezed it a little bit it was very greasy all that could be just the amount of cheese that they put on it. Like I said normally the food from this place is very good but sadly today it wasn't

Easily one of the best takeaways in Haverhill. Delivery is always fast taking as little as 10 minutes sometimes. Great food especially their pizzas and burgers. Staff are incredibly friendly and understanding, the few times I've had issues with my order they've sorted it instantly no questions asked.

Everything was phenomenal from the service to the food. The staff were very friendly and they prepared the food quickly, everything looked organised and clean. The food was incredible, especially the pizza, which they put a generous amount of toppings. Overall the food was was very tasty, I will definitely be back.

Food arrived quickly and tasted amazing! Everything ordered came as expected and was perfect for our movie night in. I even added extra to my order and marked it as collected, then called them and they added it to my delivery without any hassle.

Ordered via uber eats. Called to find out where the order was and they said they cancelled the order (they didn't) as shut early as was quiet. Then asked to order via the website so tried that and the website wouldn't load. Called back and the phone was turned off. All in all a terrible experience in customer service and complete lack of integrity.

Driver couldn’t find my door, took 35min from the time went for delivery till I received my order, unfortunately everything was cold so can’t give good marks for quality as reheated food doesn’t taste the same

Overall it was really good from ordering to the delivery driver the food was really good but if I had to criticise the only thing I could say is it was quite a lot of fat or grease in the bottom of the polystyrene tray from the kebab meat apart from that everything was excellent

mushrooms cooked in olive oil and garlic topped with cheese....nope frozen deep fried mushrooms in breadcrumbs....2 hours to deliver....luke warm at best.....just about the worst meal i have ever had.....steer well clear of this place.....cheese and bacon burger did not have bacon was smoked ham bits.....very dry no sauce or salad in burger.....and to add insult to injury....bottle of fanta was warm and had not seen a fridge this side of easter

Congrats to chief. The best mix kebab I've ever eat in UK in last 8 years. I am lorry driver and I eat daily in different places, different restaurants and fastfoods from Scotland to Exeter and Ipswich to Pembroke or Holyhead. This had authentic turkish taste. Next time when I will be in this area, ofcourse I will order again.

Although my order arrived on time, I thought that the quality of the food was poor; the doner meat had a weird smell to it and was dripping in grease and the chips were oh so dry and tasted old. The chicken nuggets were, however, tasty and hot. Unfortunately, this isn't enough to redeem a poor meal overall. I won't be ordering again.

Surprisingly good. Be warned though, the Chilli sauce is a great flavour but really hot! (which I really enjoyed) Would love to know where their pittas come from as they were a nice difference from normal pittas. Overall a very enjoyable experience, highly recommended. Thanks

Really tasty wraps full of meat and loads of salad. Bloody good burgers and the pizzas are are the best I’ve had in a while! Staff are really friendly and helpful also!

Food was so late when it arrived I was mid way through making something else to eat…. The quality…. Chips dry, kebab looks like you need 5 pints in you to enjoy, pizza has enough grease to fill a fryer. There’s much better elsewhere.

Absolutely Useless! Such a half-job. Forgot everything i asked for in chicken burger and always puts cheese on chips when i specifically ask for NO CHEESE ON CHIPS!!

Utterly useless. Be cautious, if you don't want to get ripped off. They asked for 8.50 for a pizza and then rounded of to 10 for extra onion rings. Later they only gave the pizza and asked for extra money. Google needs to add negative marking system for people like this. Once again, can't emphasize enough, don't even step in their shop.

They’ve just gone through a refit and now serve the best chicken shish I have ever tasted!!!!! Authentic BBQ TURKISH CUISINE!!!!!

Unfortunately nearly every time we order here something isn't right and half the time complaints don't get responded to via there Facebook page, most times food is very greasy and chips taste like rubber a few times, we also ordered to day and had no source on the kebab like we asked, and no source on kids meal either. After multiple times if having issue after issue we now decided to stick else where even burger it really greesy Shame really because use to be really good.

Waited over an hour and a half for food it was cold Kebab smelled funny and tasted like fish so we couldn’t eat it. I rang to complain manager was so rude went into shout mode and told me it was my taste buds. Food went in bin will definitely never eat anything from there again!!

Ordered £24 of food plus £4 delivery fee paid through the website ,i got a call 10 minutes later telling me they will not deliver it to my address although its only 10 minutes away & will not refund money until the following day, AVOID!!!!

Great chicken kebab best in town

Ordered 2 kebabs salad topping all wrong and missing drinks from order when phoned he would send drink out but it never arrived the manger is really rude and said it’s cause his busy if you can’t keep up with demand maybe you shouldn’t be running a business what is so demanding will not be returning
