Me and my husband had a burger from here tonight was nice but did have a few hairs on it so put me off just abit

Freshly cooked, large portions and arrived on time

I ordered a delivery it took forever to get her and when it did it was full of water and soggy rang them up they were really rude about it tho did send me another one but still it’s arrived and still the food is horrible will not be ordering again.

Worst pre Christmas takeaway ever. Delivery driver first went to Kedington with my order, then rang me to tell me he was somewhere else, then somewhere else, I used google maps and found my address instantly no problems so no idea why this even happened to then receive my food freezing cold and not so much as an apology. Only thing that could have improved the meal would be for them just to keep my money and not bother at all. Kept the food in the car for over 30 minutes before delivering it to me! Absolute disgrace! Not even an apology just blame our address and not the driver not able to read a map. Instead of a refund been told I should order again and the mistake won’t happen again. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM COMPANY

Ridiculously expensive for what we got - the pizza was tiny and I had a few extra toppings so it cost £20!!!! The coleslaw was swimming in sauce - SWIMMING. The garlic sauce was mint sauce and was really runny. Really p%%sed off that I just spent £57 on a takeaway (£10 delivery).

Good food with reasonable price. Pizza is delicious. Love this place.nice to have a veggie option available which I've never found before! Onion rings were deliciously crunchy, love that the salad had red cabbage etc too. Very fast deliveries, only critique is that the menu suggested card payments over the phone but needed to pay cash instead when the food was delivered, that may have been our fault for not asking to pay by card though when we ordered.

I’ll have to disagree with the reviews below as I’ve always had very good food delivered and it’s always tasted good no issues

Placed our order well in advance to when we actually wanted it delivered. Probably a good hour. Anyway, food was late by 20 minutes or so - no big deal I suppose, perhaps they were busy. Food was cold and order incomplete. Rest of order was completed after a telephone conversation which took a while to be resolved, and by which time everyone else’s food had been eaten. Food was average, uninspiring and a bit ‘anyhow’. Won’t be bothering to return for a while.

My family eats from here several times a week due to challenging work hours so we can’t always cook at home. Dial A Pizza Haverhill are awesome Chef’s, the lady from Belarus is outstanding, the range and quality of food exceptional, we are never disappointed and always hungry for more. Great job keep up the good work you are very much appreciated.

Well, I have used these guys for many years, enjoying great food and service. Today i ordered a £9.40 kebab, 3 extra sauces £1.50 and a small chips £2.70. That is £13.60. Delivery £1.00, no problem. That is £14.60. The lady on the phone told me the charge was £16.00 and when I queried this she said to check the reciept on my delivery so i went with this. When my food arrived (very quickly), alas the reciept was missing. I dont mind paying what I owe but when it is clear that when someone is robbing me of (what is) such a poultry amount it is very disappointing. If you want to put your prices up do so but be transparent, please be aware that not all of your clients are as stupid as you think they are and will eventually choose with thier feet.

Ordered for a delivery but then rang 20mins later and asked me to collect 😳 Kebab was OK but wouldn't have another Pizza was good Onion rings were the star of the show Staff are lovely.

Absolute joke placed an order was late for a start pizzas are so burnt you can't eat them drinks didn't come wihh the order even though we paid for them, rang up to resolve the issue and was verbally abused and told that we are lying and hung up would not recommend this place to anyone

Negative and rude staff, over priced for the quality of food. I'd suggest staying clear, far better options in town with people that deserve the business. Will not be returning.

Great food excellent service always

Delicious pizzas, obviously made fresh, delivered promptly. Easy parking if you want to collect it. Nice people run the place. Never disappointed so it's become my go-to place for a pizza when in Haverhill.

I would highly recommend this place, the food portions were very fair, the food was amazing, 4 cleared plates, easy to order and didn't wait long for the food to arrive, very polite delivery man.

If you are thinking of using this place, don’t. Go to papillon or Haverhill pizza and kebab. Trust me.

We eat T/A from here at least twice a month... The people on the phone are so helpful and the speed of delivery is uneaqualed in the town. Always courteouse and nothing is too much for them. The food its self is not the run-of-the- mill grub that you get from other outlets and tastes great! To top it all: there is always some left over for breakfast tomorrow!!!

AWFUL!!!!!! normally would order from Haverhill pizza and kebab ( which I would highly recommend) but unfortunately it was closed so tried dial a pizza. The food was dripping in oil and was cold and the meat was so fatty it made me feel ill instantly! We waited well over an hour on a quiet Tuesday for it to arrive. Its fair to say it went in the bin quicker than I could say Dominoes! Don't waste your time or money.

Will not be ordering from here ever again. Did an online order, had two screens confirming total cost including service charge I then received a confirmation email from them with the exact information. For the delivery driver to arrive demanding I pay an extra 5 pound delivery charge which wasn't mentioned throughout the whole online order. He thought wrong to think I eas paying £5 to deliver £10 worth of food. Sort your process out!

Rarely order a takeaway on line but gave Dial-A-Pizza a go! Pleasant and friendly lass took my telephone order and food was delivered within 15 mins- was really good. I would recommend Haverhill Dial-A-Pizza for excellent friendly customer service and value for money when compared to Domino etc Great food! Thankyou Tony Hood

had a cheeseburger with chilli sauce, and curly fries. The burger was thin and tasteless, the chilli sauce was mushy with a gritty texture and the curly fries didn’t taste of anything either - very disappointing

Had a takeaway from this place recently. Ordered via the app, but had to pay over the phone. Delivery was speedy. Nothing wasted. Will use again.

Had a really nice chicken kebab, nice touch to have the salad in a separate box, and a really good sized portion of chips. Very nice, I will be back 👍😁

Hit and miss on polite lady on other end of the phone or a miserable one. More hit than miss on good delicious food. Hit and miss on weather you get what you ordered. Probably continue to use as its OK food, reasonably priced and sometimes earlier than the stated "45 minutes"

Pizza was really cold and the quality looked like it wasn't fresh. We had a combo deal and the coke neither was delivered and nor got a money refund, though I've been told that I would. The delivery time was fine.

Absolutely awful would not recommend at all food was disappointing chicken was dry it was dripping of grease. 🤢

Not had takeaway for a while. I can understand we are in strange circumstances at the moment but that does not excuse shrinking kebabs and reheated. unedible chips. We used to use Dial A Pizza regularly but will buy elsewhere now on.

Left me confused with the pizza sauce and chilli sauce, different and OK. Price doesn't reflect what's being served, over priced id say.

Used this place several times and have always got good service and lovely grub.Not the easiest place to find but well worth the effort.

Best Kebabs I ever had try fresh meat and chicken,Pizza dough cooked freshly everyday plus what nice is that u can choose ur pizza toppings.I never see no pizza shop wich can let u choose ur toppings. PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMILY,KIDS because u will get freshly cooked pizza,kebabs,salads,kids meals,garlic bread with alot of cheese and properly cooked chips,cheese and chips are made always with alot of cheese.Dial-a-Pizza is the only shop in Haverhill wich gives u extra food and excellent service. Love this place it's very clean and it's the most important for any takeaway. Ur best Guys😘🤗🥳👍

I would happily put 0 stars for this place, they had ago at my partner all because someone had sent a delivery to our property as a prank and she couldn't pay. Never go here they are a disgrace!!!!!!!

Long wait for terrible food 1 star

Very bad experience with those people . Bad cold and soggy food and the order was not full when delivered . Just a waste of time!!! And great representative picture of 2 children ? Really get a grip !

Ordered 2x calzone and a bottle of Coke, so not a huge or very complicated order by ant means. After an hour, the calzones arrived, but no drink. The delivery driver shrugged and said they hadn't given him a bottle. I had to ask twice before he confirmed he would return with one. Another 40 minute wait and I called them again, was told he was just outside, but we waited a further 20 minutes and still no show. Called again and asked for a refund, to be told a credit would go on my account for my next order. Clearly I'm not ordering from them again, so I reiterated that I'd like a refund. Was passed to the manager/owner who agreed that the driver would bring the money to my door. Another ten minutes and a young girl brought the drink to me. I explained I didn't want it and requested the refund, which she knew nothing about. A further wait for her to return to the car (where the original driver was waiting, apparently too proud to come and issue an apology) where she called the store and finally returned with the money. Sadly, the food wasn't up to the expected standard (greasy and still undercooked in the centre). Avoid if you want to enjoy a takeaway with decent food and customer service.

We had pizza delivered and the dough was raw- it end up in the bin. So had egg on toast instead that was cooked.

Discusting Pizza Delivery Nearly 2 hours And Really stingy On toppings with the pizza I DO NOT recommend This Pizza company!

Tried to place an order for delivery to Clare to was told no and not to ring again and hung up on me. Called back got shouted at and hung up on again. Disgraceful behaviour, not what I would expect from a pristine upmarket establishment... If I could have posted 0 stars I would have.

Called to make an order, to have the phone put down and telling us not to call back after taking the address, called back and explained the phone was put down while making an order, phone was left on the side while talking with colleague to then speak to previous employee we spoke with and be told that they are busy and will be a minimum 2 hour wait before putting the phone down again without apologising or letting us respond. First and last time we’ll try and order...

Ordered as we received a leaflet through the door and have never tried. Food was really greasy and not particularly tasty. Halloumi kebab -halloumi, pepper and mushrooms in pitta bread. Pitta bread very soggy. The chips were nice and so were the potato skins. Delivery fast but probably won't order from again

Ordered a pizza, kebab and a burger with 2 lots of fries. Order arrived cold pizza, burger was Co!D and under cooked and kebabs were really not eatable will be reporting to trading standards. Good luck to anyone else who orders from them

Pizza mainly dough and dry, no garlic on the garlic bread used Dial a Pizza in the past with good results but not this time, disappointing.

Use this takeaway regularly and continue to have great chicken,Kofta kebabs and salad.Clean premises with a seating area where you can eat if you wish and watch a bit of telly.
