Ok I love a mix kabab but please do not buy one from here, £15 got me a nice salad, tough piter bread. The meat the bit I love the most was over cooked dry and some even burnt. How can Donna meat be so dry it’s a fatty meat. The chilli sauce was ok.

It's decent enough for a quick snack, chips where amazing, chicken had sat a little while, and hot wings should just be called wings.

I will always go back to USA chicken for a good and reliable “classic takeaway”. I have never had an issue with the food quality. We are obsessed with the spicy sauce! We would buy it from you by the bottle, please never get rid of it! The only slight downside is delivery isn’t the fastest, around an hour most times and longer at “peak” times.

Used to be a loyal customer but the last couple of times I have ordered the delivery has been over an hour resulting in cold congealed food

I ordered delivery which took 50 minutes, I asked for chicken wings chips and salad with mayo and chicken wrap with chilli sauce- No salad or mayo came and the salad in the wrap was horrible so just picked out the chicken. I phoned to complain and the guy spoke over me. I won’t be going back

I have been using USA Chicken since moving to Haverhill in 2001 (22 years) and I have never had a bad meal from them. Pizza's are the best in town but I do miss the ribs.

Called USA chicken on Friday night, i am not happy with the call, the girl that answered sounded miserable and had no enthusiasm whatsoever and not what anyone wants from first impression

Food is reasonable if you can get it delivered . Ordered on line with confirmation and no one shows up . Pointless trying these guys just move on to your next option .

Popped in this afternoon for a quick Sunday treat meal for the family. The food I can't actually complain about it's exactly what you'd expect from a takeaway chicken shop but the staff are absolutely miserable.

The food is great, great portions, great taste, great price. The only place they fall down is the delivery service takes over an hour almost every time and is frequently missing certain items.

Love this place, far better than KFC. Also does the best pizzas in town! They are the only place open on a Friday and saturday post midnight. I would recommend the curry chicken wrap, spicy mushrooms and any pizza as their dough is freshly made daily by them.

We came here some time last year. The food is delicious and probably the best chicken we have had. The chips are lovely too. We stopped coming here for a while during Covid as some weren't too hygienic. But definitely will be coming back after. Food is delicious, definitely recommend.

Terrible delivery time, they say will be with you in 1hr 20 minutes but arrived 1hr 50 minutes. Food cold, so have to heat it up so that's another 15 minutes wait.

Ordered on 6/12/19, 2 x 1/4 cheese burger meals and chips. Burger didnt taste right, bun was dry and chips were tasteless and pale not a nice meal at all .always been a good customer for nearly 5 years but ive complained 2-3 times about the food and its not good .

Every time I order from this place they get it wrong and when you ring them up they don’t want to know ... they will Never give your money back and they never admit they are in the wrong !! Food came 35 late and when it came it was cold and rank !! I ask for burger sauce on my chip ... once again they don’t bother to put it on !!! This place needs shutting down !!!! KFC FROM NOW ON !!

Garlic pizza bread had been reheated hard as rock! And no olives on my veggie pizza! Only reason i order the veggie is for the olives and veg!!!! I even ordered extra cheese and jalapenos!! But the pizza is nice... be even nicer with all the toppings!

Ordered at 730 for 9pm collection was cold when got it home had obviously been sitting for a while 👎 Shame as would have been great hot or at least warm!

Excellent value for money. Pizzas are the best in town, and come with a decent Garlic dip. Chicken wraps, chicken burgers on wings also very good.

Still hasn't arrived. After two hours of waiting got told it would be another 40 minutes. And it still is t here absolutely disgusted at the service.

I asked them so substitute the chicken for beef on a meat based pizza and it was delivered with the chicken still on and no beef ,waste of a pizza because of a food allergy,why put a note section on an order form if you are just going to ignore it

Food wasmt fresh i ordered soitjern fried chicken and you could tell it wasmt cooked fresh the fresh of the meat was discoloured and not white the texture was slimy and didnt eat it!

Era bonita pero un poco grasiento n bastante pesado. . No lo recomendaría. orden regularmente desde ya tenía mucho mejor en cualquier otro sitio. kebabs. . I was charged £3 delivery when we ordered our food via Just Eat, then a further £2 when they were at our door with the food. They wouldn't give us the food until we had paid it! They claimed £3 was Just Eats charge and £2 was there delivery charge!

The food tastes absolutely amazing! Especially there spicy mushrooms there gorgeous! Chicken wraps, burgers everything tastes spot on! Best takeaway in town! Get food from here at least 3 times a month!
