Subway in Worcester

I live a few mins walk but usually walk passed it today however Wednesday 23rd Oct I went into my local 1 at shrub Hill worcester the staff was lovely 2 guys smiled and chatty I had a meat ball sub I brought it home and it.was lovely

Absolutely disgusted at how far this branch has fallen off. Staff dont seem to care, no friendly welcome on the way in anymore, laughing and joking amongst each other while forgetting what has just been asked of them from the customer and having to repeat yourself multiple times. Upselling at an absolute low point got to the end of the line onto the till where your upselling should be at it finest and just get an abrupt “£12” no other interaction no offers on cookies or weather i wanted to make any of my sandwiches a meal today, i am in utter shock. As a previous employee for matt & mesh and knowing there expectations i am thoroughly let down.

Came here today with my family in the evening and ordered a meatball marinara that was hot flavoursome and expertly cut by the young lady serving me, both of which by the way were absolutely lovely, smiley and couldnt be more helpful. 10/10 will come again 🙂

meatballs cooked on annihilation setting leaving them black and almost rock solid. I guess that's what you get when you order online and aren't there to see the sub being made.

I had a beef cheese melt it was not cooked cheese not melted it was horrible I have had it before it was really good so I am disappointed ☹️

Didn’t arrive AGAIN!!! Ordered food for my autistic Son as a treat… did not turn up, despite someone having accepted the order AGAIN!! So either they aren’t sending it out, the delivery driver is eating it themselves or someone is having a free meal!!! All whilst I deal with a very upset child!!!

Absolutely disgusting service, 1 sandwich looked like someone had just thrown it together but missed out ALOT of the items I ordered including the sauce, called them and the managers response was absolutely disgusting called us Liars because he made them himself and was very very rude DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS RESTAURANT

Churro had no cinnamon or sugar on tasted like chemicals! Hardly any chicken in the rotisserie chicken sub, and any chicken that was in there was shoved right into the corner - all I could taste was the red onion! Couldn’t taste the cheese either. Really disappointed especially because of the cost!!!

Half the order was missing. No drink, no cookie, no crisps - literally not a difficult small order for 2 people and you can’t put half the stuff in the bag! For the best part of £20 - shocking!

Came in today and the staff were very friendly. The food counters were clean and the restaurant looked organised. I ordered the Legendary Teriyaki footlong and was very happy with it. I will definitely come here again. Very handy with a car park right next to it.

Got given a completely different order. No clue if it was the fault of the restaurant or the driver but now I’m just hungry and sad. The guy who’s food I got has weird taste too so the sandwich is too strange to eat

I went in this subway to get a salad box. The shop was empty and I had to wait for 5 minutes for the girl to finish what she was doing and decided to notice me. But I'm sorry that is no way to treat your customers so I walked out without my salad box. The girl wasn't very friendly it looked like she didn't want to be there.

Unfortunately 1 out of 3 sandwiches was missing from order and no option to have it delivered. Hungry and disappointed!

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff and didn't have to wait to get served as no queue when we went in. Prices are fair and cookies were yummy 😋 Would highly recommend this store.

My food was 2 hours late not due to the restaurant but just eats. The worst part is that no customer support was available and I couldn’t get any customer support either.

Missing food items and the subs were completely messed up with the wrong sauces and wrong toppings.

Way too much Mayo on the turkey salad. No double cheese with my Philly steak which I paid extra for. Pigs on blankets were stone cold and under cooked. Horrible experience!

Driver gave to elderly lady at wrong address without checking any details or anything and left her to contact me herself when ive never met her before and she doesn't have my number.

1 hour 35 minutes and it turned up cold! Estimated order time was 30 minutes. Very poor

This is the last time, although subway is my go-to comfort food, that I will order from any subway. Consistently bad service, lack of quality in food and order precision. So disappointed everyone for the past year!!! Kept hoping it would get better. Done.

This was actually awful, not only did we wait for longer than expected, subway mixed up the order, putting the wrong salad and dressing orders in the wrong sub, which Didn't work well for us as my little one would not eat the salad and dressing I chose for my sub. Very disappointed with this order and won't be ordering again.

The only subway I have ever seen charge for veggies.

Order a big steak cheese and other items . When wrapping the big steak cheese, half of the filling fell out on to the counter , she laughed and carried on wrapping my sandwich up . I refused to have that sandwich and they didn’t offer me another or go make me another one. Poor service. Very disappointed of the experience of a subway .

I ordered 2 lots of 3x cookies only got 1 lot of 3x cookies. They also didn’t send the ones I wanted because they were out and sent me ones with nuts in that I can’t eat. Very disappointed pretty sure my number is on the order they could have contacted rather than just sending whatever they wanted.

The 2 girls serving us in the evening of 30/07 seemed very pleasant.

Awful missing items - cold steak sub not even attempted to be warmed up. Missing crisps missing drinks and a tuna sandwich on the bottom of the bag so squashed.

Food was cold unfortunately, delivery driver was on time, work that out. Also Subway Menu needs sorting out, missing half your sandwiches, can’t order what you want.

I normally enjoy subs but this was first time I had this and was awful! Breakfast sub (toasted) was soggy and cold. Crispy lattice fries?? Undercooked, limp and eanimic

Missing drink and extra cookie that was ordered

Arrived on time and drive very polite however my salad contained a lot of tomato which I did not order as I am allergic to tomato so therefore the whole thing had to go in the bin. Before throwing it away there appears to be 3 small of chicken in a chicken salad and 2x1” square pieces of cheese not grated as requested. Wasted money VERY UNHAPPY

Officially the stingeyist Subway I've ever been to! Really small portions of salad added to the sub (barely worth it), way too much sauce even after I asked for "a little" and the nachos we ordered were cold and half of the small amount of cheese was on the paper and not on the nachos! Very disappointing.

Very impressed. Had the food in my hand within 10 mins of ordering. Best sandwich I've had for a long time.

Sub was not what I ordered, it wasn't toasted hashbrown were half frozen and ask for American style cheese. Rang to ask for replacement ask was very hungry after long day,told to get refund, disappointimg service.

This place always serves the best. I tried their big beef sub today and it's my new favourite- it's very good with lettuce, spinach, jalapenos and vegan cheese (tastes better) with some chipotle sauce. This is like a 2.0 burger!

Subway missed additional sauces

Didn’t deliver what we ordered.

The delivery driver was great and my food arrived quickly. However, I didn't receive any South west Chipotle sauce which I ordered twice with seperate sides. My sandwich also came without lettuce, cucumber, peppers and barely any South West Chipotle sauce which was disappointing. If this many ingredients go out of stock, the customer should be informed before receiving the food. Disappointing.

When driver was 1 minute away with my order, on the map he turned the opposite way, and drove away like 5 minutes. Then he was stuck on the map in two places before coming with my order. My food came later than indicated and was very cold, what aftected quality. Not satisfied.

It arrived in good time and tasted amazing. Delivery was polite and food just as expexcted.

Missing items on sub or it had been substituted with something else? If you don’t have stuff in that’s fine, just cancel the order instead.

Ordered a meal deal for 1 , did not receive my drink, cookie, the sub don’t have the right salad or sauce on. The sides I ordered , 1 chicken bites not dip was provided even though I ordered it, 2 the nachos were soggy, barely any cheese. To sum it up straight up dissatisfied and annoyed.

DIDNT TURN UP AT ALL - TRIED CALLING AND CALLING BUIT NO ANSWER - REQUESTED A REFUND IN THE END AND HAS TO ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE FOR A CLIENT MEETING!!!
