Subway in Worcester

The hot cross bun bacon toastie thing didn't taste nice, Couldn't recommend it.

Totally the wrong order given to me. Driver barely spoke English. when checking the items against the receipt even that order was wrong. so I'm guessing 3 people all had the wrong order. Total mayhem from a store point of view. Very Very poor service

Food that I was given was out of date.

I didn't receive all my order and was told I couldn't receive a refund for it. Very disappointing as it wasn't cheap.

My order was left outside by the entrnce to the flats. He could have come to the door I'm on the ground floor with a big no. 4 on the door. Very dissapointed it was cold when we got it. But the cats could have got it. And he didn't have a code no.

Took way too long to arrive, no updates were given, and food arrived cold!

Missing the nacho chicken bites

Orders came wrong, missing items/salad and looked unappetising. Toasted sandwiches were freezing cold.

Shrub Hill is awful! Ordered twice via JustEat and both times had issues! First time they got the order wrong with missing items/salad and the sandwiches looked unappetising and arrived freezing cold (despite being toasted), sent pictures and sorted a partial refund via JustEat which took over 24hrs. Second time we had multiple missing sides and drinks, decided to call up the branch to try and rectify without having to contact and wait on JustEat and the man on the phone wasn't interested! Basically called us liars and claimed that the order was checked by his team and it was all in there. The bag was sealed with THEIR sticker so no one had tampered with it until we had opened it. Rude staff, incompetent team and will not be using this particular store again! Avoid!

i wasn't happy with my toastie or hash brows both wasn't crispy or hot partner enjoyed his so 1 out of 2 not bad but won't be ordering again left me hungry so not happy

my sandwich has been delivered with dairy cheese and freezing cold. I don't think the receipt was read correctly. I can't eat this.

food was amazing, delivery driver was the rudest I've ever had. As far as I'm aware, delivery is to the door? So having the driver outright refuse to come into the apartment building to deliver the order while I'm wheelchair bound was ridiculous!

Order originally due at 2:20 but turned up at 2:44pm over an hour after I ordered which is appalling and unacceptable!!!!!

The delivery driver was very quick getting here and an absolute pleasure when dropping off the food.

Cookie was rock solid and could knock someone out. Never experienced this with them before so don’t know what happened.

will never be coming back here again. i ordered a chicken tikka ham and cheese sandwich and the chicken was almost frozen. after eating it i felt extremely sick and realised i was food poisoned by it. i think the staff need to be retrained as they don’t seem to even know the basics of preparing food and keeping customers safe. i dont recommend anyone else orders from here unless you want to end up food poisoned and unable to even leave your house for days because of if

I live a few mins walk but usually walk passed it today however Wednesday 23rd Oct I went into my local 1 at shrub Hill worcester the staff was lovely 2 guys smiled and chatty I had a meat ball sub I brought it home and it.was lovely

Great food always plus they threw in a surprise (a bag of sweets) for Halloween too! :)

Absolutely disgusted at how far this branch has fallen off. Staff dont seem to care, no friendly welcome on the way in anymore, laughing and joking amongst each other while forgetting what has just been asked of them from the customer and having to repeat yourself multiple times. Upselling at an absolute low point got to the end of the line onto the till where your upselling should be at it finest and just get an abrupt “£12” no other interaction no offers on cookies or weather i wanted to make any of my sandwiches a meal today, i am in utter shock. As a previous employee for matt & mesh and knowing there expectations i am thoroughly let down.

Came here today with my family in the evening and ordered a meatball marinara that was hot flavoursome and expertly cut by the young lady serving me, both of which by the way were absolutely lovely, smiley and couldnt be more helpful. 10/10 will come again 🙂

meatballs cooked on annihilation setting leaving them black and almost rock solid. I guess that's what you get when you order online and aren't there to see the sub being made.

I had a beef cheese melt it was not cooked cheese not melted it was horrible I have had it before it was really good so I am disappointed ☹️

Didn’t arrive AGAIN!!! Ordered food for my autistic Son as a treat… did not turn up, despite someone having accepted the order AGAIN!! So either they aren’t sending it out, the delivery driver is eating it themselves or someone is having a free meal!!! All whilst I deal with a very upset child!!!

Absolutely disgusting service, 1 sandwich looked like someone had just thrown it together but missed out ALOT of the items I ordered including the sauce, called them and the managers response was absolutely disgusting called us Liars because he made them himself and was very very rude DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS RESTAURANT

Churro had no cinnamon or sugar on tasted like chemicals! Hardly any chicken in the rotisserie chicken sub, and any chicken that was in there was shoved right into the corner - all I could taste was the red onion! Couldn’t taste the cheese either. Really disappointed especially because of the cost!!!

Came in today and the staff were very friendly. The food counters were clean and the restaurant looked organised. I ordered the Legendary Teriyaki footlong and was very happy with it. I will definitely come here again. Very handy with a car park right next to it.

I went in this subway to get a salad box. The shop was empty and I had to wait for 5 minutes for the girl to finish what she was doing and decided to notice me. But I'm sorry that is no way to treat your customers so I walked out without my salad box. The girl wasn't very friendly it looked like she didn't want to be there.

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff and didn't have to wait to get served as no queue when we went in. Prices are fair and cookies were yummy 😋 Would highly recommend this store.

My food was 2 hours late not due to the restaurant but just eats. The worst part is that no customer support was available and I couldn’t get any customer support either.

Missing food items and the subs were completely messed up with the wrong sauces and wrong toppings.

Way too much Mayo on the turkey salad. No double cheese with my Philly steak which I paid extra for. Pigs on blankets were stone cold and under cooked. Horrible experience!

Driver gave to elderly lady at wrong address without checking any details or anything and left her to contact me herself when ive never met her before and she doesn't have my number.

This was actually awful, not only did we wait for longer than expected, subway mixed up the order, putting the wrong salad and dressing orders in the wrong sub, which Didn't work well for us as my little one would not eat the salad and dressing I chose for my sub. Very disappointed with this order and won't be ordering again.

Order a big steak cheese and other items . When wrapping the big steak cheese, half of the filling fell out on to the counter , she laughed and carried on wrapping my sandwich up . I refused to have that sandwich and they didn’t offer me another or go make me another one. Poor service. Very disappointed of the experience of a subway .

I ordered 2 lots of 3x cookies only got 1 lot of 3x cookies. They also didn’t send the ones I wanted because they were out and sent me ones with nuts in that I can’t eat. The 2 girls serving us in the evening of 30/07 seemed very pleasant.

Awful missing items - cold steak sub not even attempted to be warmed up. Missing crisps missing drinks and a tuna sandwich on the bottom of the bag so squashed.

Food was cold unfortunately, delivery driver was on time, work that out. Also Subway Menu needs sorting out, missing half your sandwiches, can’t order what you want.

I normally enjoy subs but this was first time I had this and was awful! Breakfast sub (toasted) was soggy and cold. Crispy lattice fries?? Undercooked, limp and eanimic

Arrived on time and drive very polite however my salad contained a lot of tomato which I did not order as I am allergic to tomato so therefore the whole thing had to go in the bin. Before throwing it away there appears to be 3 small of chicken in a chicken salad and 2x1” square pieces of cheese not grated as requested. Wasted money VERY UNHAPPY
