Very helpful staff had an issue with a previous purchase from another Costa where I didn't get any beans after a purchase they helped me with my query. Served very quickly also.

I was served fast as there was not much of a queue and there were 3-4 staff around. I ordered a flatbread and requested for a knife. Lo and behold the knife was dirty with gunk stuck to it at the back! I went back to request for a new knife (whilst showing this) and the second knife was dirty as well! Staff was neither apologetic about it nor surprised. It seemed she was pleased me instead. Another 2 knives were taken out from the drawer, checked and 1 of them was dirty too. Managed to have it the 4th time. But it had left me in a bad taste to eat my food anymore. Where i sat, the floor was strewn all over with biscuits. Which was not cleaned up till I went over to sit in that area. Not sure how long it was left as such. Definitely not returning to this outlet. Poor hygiene and dirty utensils.

Visited on 03/05/24 at 17:40pm, member of staff was very sarcastic and took the piss out of my order, just laughing and being very rude. Not sure why she had this attitude.

Decent for a Costa - it's very nice inside. Usual slow service but that's because it's a coffee shop and they're all slow!

Great place. Friendly service. Great food and the coffee is great.

Food looked great but service was incredibly slow and not because of the coffee making machines. Staff too happy to chat and lark about and far too many tables were left with used trays and crockery but no customers, making the coffee shop look untidy and grubby. I felt the place needed a much more focussed attitude towards customers and work. Compared to Costa at Tesco Warndon this is very poor.

I'm sure they have changed the coffee. Or maybe it's just that I've lost the taste for worcester water, too much chlorine

Typical chain coffee shop. Bought an egg mayo sandwich, which was terrible! Disgusting dry bread in places, wet in others' and despite its name, no mayo! Typical chain store coffee is somewhat weak, but just OK.

The visit and coffee were fine however I didn't get my extra bean for using my own travel mug, with Costa now increasing their free drink to 10 beans this is something I expect staff to get right.

Good Ice Cappuccino in Costa on warm days.

Staff on today were really lovely! My drink was accidently thrown away after me leaving the table for a celebrant minutes and I told the staff who made me a new one right away. All of them were really nice and accommodating! Bonus: even though they threw my drink, at least we know they're clean and tidy!

Apparently they don't alow dogs. Since when? I have sat in this very shop with this exact dog while my car had it's MOT. Apparently now that's not allowed. Every coffee shop I have ever been to allows dogs. Every Costa, in Worcester, City centre do. Costa in Cheltenham and Birmingham have all allowed dogs. Starbucks offer your dogs some whipped cream for free. Coffee #1 bring you treats for your dog. The staff are the issue, this is a ridiculous thing to say and enforce. Staff where rude Not going there again. Neither will anybody I know now. Considering you have a Greggs, M&S and McDonald's all next to each other. You should really accommodate the customers you have because we can go anywhere else.

Really enjoy this venue, surrounded by trees so feels really nice considering you are in a car park! Coffee and service always great 👍 👌

There is no better greeting on a Saturday morning, than that of the lovely ladies serving at Costa blackpole. The are always smiling and happy to serve. They remember their regulars and what the like and serve in a very happy and cheerful way. What a great start to the weekend. Thanks ladies.

Very noisy and crowded. Not all relaxing. Took forever to get served and get drinks. Chai was overly milky. Cappuccino was a bit on the watery side.

Served quite quickly but the place seemed a bit disorganized. Coffee was ok.

Allegedly it closes at 18:00 on a Sunday but I got there at 17:30 to find the door locked and 3 members of staff inside ignoring us

Excellent service at blackpole Worcester branch.

A quick stop over during work. Efficient staff team. Polite and the lady who saved us was polite, friendly and had a beautiful smile. Felt welcome, so decided to have our lattes in the shop. Not too crowded too. Latte was really delightful too xx

It's a nice big space. Always clean when we have been in. They always have a steady amount of people in and out just find they are slow with the drinks.

Very busy as it's a hot day. Ordered two frappes and both were very bland and nowhere near the flavour we have previously tasted at other Costa. Very disappointed as they are not cheap 👎🏻☹️

I am not a fan of Costa as I think it's overpriced and for nothing special. Cakes and drinks are boring as I can find the same for less money in other coffee shops. Just went to Costa because it was convenient at the time nothing else.

Love love love Costa and just got even better now they are paired with M&S food... which means I can finally enjoy a gluten free sandwich with my hot chocolate once again!! This store always has a friendly & fast service, drinks served piping hot, which I love!

Either one is overfilled or one is underfilled but that is a poor measuring effort. Lady served us didn't wash hands between customers and had her hands on everything and in everything. Walked away feeling my drink wasn't very sanitary.

Beautiful interior, lovely decor and seating. Unfortunately very understaffed, massive queue, waited 20 minutes to order, half the tables needed clearing. Food and drinks were good, but hot cross bun barely warm.

Peak time, lunch at the weekend but only two staff and painfully slow. Queued for 18 minutes to get served. Staff member seemed more interested in neatly stacking paper cups than serving.

Hideous place, took 40 mins to get 2 hot chocolates and a toasty!!! Ate in and got given take out cups because they couldn’t be bothered with the marshmallows and stuff…didn’t even get the option, place is filthy got given a dirty tray also Very disappointed for a new place Shape up !!!!

There new layout...ok. what you'd expect

Very dirty floor. Nobody's cleaning & looking after sitting area. Empty dishes on the table and chairs. My husband has found piece of plastic in his cake.

Staff do not know how to make coffee...I've been twice and drinks were not correct on either occasion. The staff do not care which type of milk they use for your drink, anything goes! You get the feeling the staff just don't want to be there. I won't use again.

Closed due to staff shortages, but no notice on the door or website. Staff shouted through the door. Very rude.

Nice building/interior, good parking. However, I do question the hygiene standards. One of the baristas handled the cups such that his fingers were *inside* them. Also the work surfaces looked a bit grubby, and the coffee cup lids were placed directly on those very surfaces before being used to cover drinks. Not at all impressed.

Coffee not the best, doesn't taste nice. The staff was itching and scratching themselves , and then not washing there hands before they touched the food.

Lovely atmosphere friendly staff and the coffee and in particular the cake with the cherry on top it was amazing you must keep that as I am going back just for that cake 🎂 cherry bakewell best I have had anywhere 😋 yum
