it was very busy with only 2 people being behind the counter but considering this they coped really well and got the queues down as fast as they possibly could. amazing service and very friendly staff considering how busy they were.

Ordered 2 ham and cheese toasties only one came and they send a sausage roll

It was cold. You could not bite into the toasty, l got scissors to cut it up. Thanks alot. Cheers Jane

I ordered a cinnamon bun and a slice of carrot cake. They were both lovely and fresh but the icing on both of the cakes had come off on the paper bags that they were put in. Why can't you provide small boxes for takeaway cakes etc?

came on time with no changes to time. food was on the colder side. drinks were nice. order was missing two items, no communication from them at all and the two items were the most expensive.

All items delivered correctly to specifications which is amazing. Good protective wrapping around drinks, coffee and hot chocolate super hot. Would recommend 👍

Ordered online and it was delivered within 20 minutes. Delivery guy was very pleasant (it's nice to pass the time of day with someone rather than just have them pass the goods to you without opening their mouth!). Food and drink were excellent.

Ordered 2 cinnamon buns. They had been placed in paper bags and the icing was stuck onto the bags. As the buns come in packs of 2 in a cellophane wrapper I would have thought that they would have been delivered to me in the original wrapper. Spoilt the enjoyment of the buns.

Nice to see that Costa Coffee are doing a warm food option (on the board) for vegans. 👍 They still need to up their game with cold sandwiches and savoury snacks. Not every vegan likes vegan bacon butties. Three vegan options in the cake selection is good. It's getting better and better for vegans but still could do with improvements. It's very disappointing that although the warm food option was up in the board, Costa Coffee at St Peters, Worcester, never had it in-store. The briefly stocked a vegan ham and cheese cold sandwich, but that has not been available for ages now too. Just a boring chocolate cake, ra chocolate rocky road thing and a teacake is all that's available to vegan now. Teacakes sell out really quickly and are often sold out by lunch time. The lovely barista lady told me they've got flora now for the teacakes. (which is good for vegetarians, but it's not vegan).

Wrong toastie delivered as part of order. Not the end of the world, but disappointing.

Ordered hot chocolate that was lukewarm and I had to reheat it. Also ordered millionaires shortbread and was sent the pre-packed one not the traybake. Order time and delivery were very good.

Helpful staff but never bought anything as you cant have tea in a porcelain cup only paper and plastic lid which is a no go for me sitting in with. Tea tastes horrible in these things. 4th visit same happened on the third but then I was told no cup only paper as only 1 member of staff which makes a mockery of buying a reusable mug. COSTA NO MORE . Seems after the refurbishment you changed your dine in rules.

My mother and I showed up at Tesco to grab a coffee after spending all day cleaning an empty flat. Was the nearest coffee shop. As soon as the lady served us, she said “we are closing soon so you can only have a takeaway cup” it was 4:30 and they close at 5. That was absolutely fine with us. I asked her if we can still sit down and she simply said “no”. My mum thought this was unfair and she said we won’t bother anymore because we don’t want to carry our coffees around a supermarket. The woman behind the counter was a senior woman yet was acting like a child. She was rude to my mum for no reason. She snapped at us and said “well we are so behind on our cleaning and we are closing soon” you close in half an hour and you’re telling guests that they can’t sit down? Even though you’re still open for another half an hour? Literally the most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever experienced

Very disappointed that Costa no longer selling vegan options in the sandwich and hot food section.When I asked the batista, I was told there wasn't the demand for it and decision came from higher up! Open your eyes Costa, times are changing, not everyone wants to eat dead animals!!

Packaged well, fully appreciate being a busy period we’d have to wait drinks could have been warmer but it was a busy period. Order was correct and not damage or slippage from the drinks.

Twice I have ordered from this costa and have received the wrong order.

Hot chocolate very weak tasting.

Food item was missing, the note from the store was not put in the delivery explaining this nor was I contacted before delivery so another item could be added as a substitute. When we phoned the store we were advised to re order but just eat still wanted a delivery charge which we were not willing to pay. Just eat were not helpful and only wanted to refund for the sandwich instead of replace. We couldn’t call them to speak to anybody. The service was poor.

Everything great apart from my millionaires shortbread being placed next to the hot sausage bun which melted the chocolate. :(

I must have come on a bad day. Everybody should have trainee on their backs. Only two people in front and it took 20 minutes to get a drink. Hardly any food out, things being dropped... It was like a circus. And I really don't get how people say it's lovely. It's in the middle of a Tesco's!

Recently refurbished with nice open spaces with plenty of room. Staff always helpful and it doesn't take them long to work out if you are a regular!
