Subway in Wycombe

Not impressed got given to things I didn’t order because they didn’t have it well call me then and tell me that don’t just guess what I want instead this has happened before and I have had a call from a different store

Delivery was quick, one item missing from order, staff needs to pay attention

My whole order was wrong. I didn’t get anything I ordered. I didn’t get my sandwich or my cookies I got someone else’s order which I didn’t like so I couldn’t even eat it. So disappointed

I had the worst experience here at this subway. The lady serving is so rude. I came here with my sister and we spent 13£ on the sandwitches to spend a quality time. But she spoiled our moods. She is so so rude since we ordered food. We were eating on the table and she asked us to leave because she had to mop the floor. On my objection she started getting more rude. Then my sister shouted at her and it really spoiled our mood and time

Forgot to put cheese on, barely any marinara sauce, very bad sub.

Bought a meatball marinara sub from here. Was tasty and good service 👍🏼 I was the only one in the shop too so the atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing too.

Had an argument with the woman serving about what I asked for. I have never had problems before. She started preparing a foot-long sub without giving me the option of a smaller one. She seemed irritated when I asked for a smaller one. She toasted the cheese and moved on to the salad without adding the veg patty. I very clearly asked for a patty. Even the person behind me butted in and told her I asked for one.

Overall Rubbish . Was Just Chucked Together No Care To Detail Taken . Didn't Care Rubbish Service.

I waited over an hour for my food and it was cold

Very rude staff , once i had to leave for an emergency,as my card wasn't working, the manager and her colleague shouted at me , because they had to throw it away, i apologised saying it wasn't my fault, and offered to make it right, all i got was a rude response. Do not come here for a subway, unless in a hurry, apart from the good food , do not bother with this place, very rude staff especially the manager

They have absolutely no idea about basic food hygiene. It is totally unsuitable for vegetarians, as the cheese and salad items are contaminated when the sub makers ('sandwich artists') stick their gloved hands, which they've used to add meat products, into them. Also the door leading out to the bus station is usually locked, so it is necessary to exit via the other door and walk round.

BAD experience, Ordered food on JE, but later on deliv. guy called me saying SUBWAY is close, I have to cancel order, Went on webside , again just eat and was stated is open, Call them no answer, waiting for refund

Ordered via Deliveroo and when my order arrived it was completely wrong. Called to let them know and was basically told "just eat it". When I asked what they were going to do they said they'd take my name down as an IOU and give me a free cookie next time? Doubt that'll happen and I won't be ordering again from this store. Manager didn't seem to care. Thank god Deliveroo refunded me directly.

Usually comes all wet in wrapper but that was some neat packing love the idea with the box for the sandwich 😁

Asked if I could use there toilet as the one in the station was closed. Was rudely told no unless I bought something. Ridiculous

I leave a note on the restaurant to please not forget 3 packs of crisps... what does the restaurant do? They short me by one. There's a reason why you dumb folk work at a sandwich place - because you can't count.

Not all the things I paid for came when my order was delivered. Attempted to call the resturaunt but the call immediately ended repeatedly.

Speedy delivery for a lunchtime order, but my footlong tuna sub looked like it had been fired into the box from across the street using a trebuchet. It was all in there, but not really assembled into a sandwich. Can't blame the delivery guy either - it had clearly been wrapped up like that.

Getting worse and worse, not worth giving anymore chances. Can't get normal orders anymore

I went to subway on Tuesday around 5:30 as i wanted something quick to eat as I hadn’t eaten that day, i ordered a roast chicken breast six inch and it was the only thing i ate that day. I started feeling a little ill around 7/8, got home at 10:30 and no more than 15 mins later i was throwing everything up but nothing was coming out until i was coughing midway through heaving and coughing up chunks of food. This lasted all night until i was just throwing up bile. I would not recommend eating here, i have never had food poisoning before and the doctor said i was in a really awful state. Aching all over and could not get out of bed yesterday and now its Two days later and my chest and ribs are in agony because of how long i was heaving for and not being able to throw it up. I’m appalled, the lady behind the counter didn’t look like she even wanted to be there either, was basically hurrying me out of the door. Your health and hygiene needs to be sorted! If this had happened to a child or elderly person it could have killed them.

Ordered two footlongs. No cheese in both of them. Not a trustworthy place to order food.

Ordered online through the app, got to the store at the requested time and the food was not prepared. What’s the point of having an online ordering facility if they don’t bother preparing the orders received? Despite waiting 10 mins for the sandwiches to be made they were cold and the vegan meatballs were semi frozen. Will not order from here again. Useless staff.

DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WE ORDERED AND GOT NO EXPLANATION. We ordered two cold subs from here at 8:15pm, they did not arrive until 9pm which was unusual as cold subs normally take less time than this. Every time we have ordered in the past the sauces have come on the side so as my partner does not like sauce he adds sauce anyway so I can have them if I want as they are included in the price of the sub, since they come on the side (usually) this is convenient and does not contaminate his meal. Today however, without warning, the sauces were put on the subs. Furthermore, I ordered ranch with my sub but no ranch was delivered on the side or on my food, there was no explanation for this. As well as this, the drinks we ordered were not the drinks that arrived. When we tried to call to address these issue, which was as soon as we realised, the shop had shut so there was nothing to be done. Would love an explanation for this and some kind of refund as my partner couldn’t eat his meal.

While I’m sure the food will be fine, the customer service was simply shocking. Monosyllabic speech. No sign on types of bread. They toasted mine without asking and when I asked for another I got the rudest look. It was like they didn’t want to be there and they certainly didn’t want you to be there. The franchise owner needs to sort these 2 out. Afternoon staff on Saturday 4 May!!

Small Store next to a bus station. Staff was friendly however there is no sign with types of breads which they serve.

Very small Subway next to the bus station, the store is very small, there is no signs on what types of breads that was available, the woman behind the desk was not very helpful at all and almost looked annoyed when I wasn't sure on what bread I wanted to choose, she actually didn't say too much at all, no customer care at all, perhaps it was because of a lack of English, oh and then she gave us someone elses sub at the end obviously to busy dealing with other matters instead of the customer ie me! Won't return to that Subway but will go to others

Freaking not cool to having one person without experience in a rush time. I had 7minutes to bus so normally It will be done without any problem but not when one amateur making coffee for a 4minutes! It is not a 10pm to chill... If you guys rushing for a bus, don't waste time on subway. Definitely not this one.

The breakfast sub is excellent and good value, just a shame they don't open earlier on Saturdays

Absolutely the best Subway, staff are always cheerful and keep the place clean and tidy, quick service and fresh warm bread always available. I don't know why but they make fuller and tastier sandwiches as opposed to other subways I've been too.

It's Subway. There's not much to be said about the food - it's a sandwich, with fresh ingredients. The restaurant is regularly messy and I don't tend to eat in. Good for a quick bite, either just before or on your way on an adjacent bus.

Love subway. Good for those picky people as you can choose everything including the bread!. You also get to see exactly how they handle it as it is see through glass. As well as all of that, it won't "break the bank"e.g you can get a sandwich and drink for just £3
