Keep getting updates to say order is delayed. Turned up cold this time. Usually really good and order from them regularly but today, not so great.

I did not enjoy the cold kebab and it taste like chopped up the burger. They are just small pieces of meat. I should not use them again

Freezing cold food. 45 mins late. If I could have given a zero rating, I would of done.

The doner meat was a little greasy.

Very disappointed! My daughter just purchased some rice and the texture of it was awful, not to mention the taste. The salad was not fresh. The roti's were good at least. I strongly suggest you don't sell failed food to people just to take their money. What a disappointment.

Driver couldn’t find the delivery point and spent several minutes on the phone trying to talk him in. By the time the food arrived it was like warm.

I placed my order just after 6pm they said it would be delivered between 7.05 and 7.25 I had to call the restaurant to ask where my order was it arrived at 7.45 very disappointed

well I never. fantastic Doner kebab, I had a XL and it means XL plenty of meat, was fresh and plenty of sauce for a tasty tasty kebab. wife had a chicken kebab and it was delicious. spicy hot wings too which were perfect. was absolutely delighted and will be having again.

Where shall I start. food took ages to arrive. sauce had split in bag over contents. no cheese on cheesy chips. kebab meat was not cooked properly. food was cold. burger sauce had a tangy taste like it had gone off. unfortunately we couldn't eat much of it as it was not enjoyable at all. its a shame as years ago it used to be a good place to order from but the last two times we've ordered the food has been unedible. will not be ordering again or recommending them.

Food is of awful quality. The customer service is shocking. They told me that they were going to call Deliveroo to give us a refund and they told me to call the next day and see where they got with it, I called the, back and they pretended they knew nothing about it and hung up on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Not good ordered at 5.20 didn't receive it till 7.50 it was cold and order wrong asked for salad got a bit of lettuce that's it and asked for sauce to be put in pots and didn't get any and when we phoned to complain the manager couldn't care less I wouldn't I even think of ordering from theym they completely useless and don't care about there customers

Late and cold not very appealing

Absolutely superb!! It was a simple order of the mixed grill for myself. I thought maybe the restaurant would decline my order as it was small and as I live in chinnor. The food was delivered bang on the lowest estimate of deliver time.... the driver was kind and courteous.... the food arrived still warm and was full of flavour and delicious! The portion was huge! It literally could have easily fed my whole family of 2 kids and 2 adults.... but it was all for me!! I had my fill and will be taking the leftovers to work tomorrow for lunch. After seeing some poor reviews I was a little concerned..... but honestly... I am mega impressed. Superb meal. Thank you. I will most definitely be ordering again!!!

Very disappointed delivery was very late and arrived after calling them 5 times was told each time the driver is 5 mins away and they also forgot the drinks

I normally dont fuss about food/delivery.But today it was quite disappointing.It took ages for the order to be arrived.Royal kebab house is 10 minutes away from our address but unfortunately it took one and half hour for our order to get here.I just clicked on home delivery by mistake.I can understand it takes time for food to be prepared plus sorting a few deliveries out together.Sorry,could clearly tell that Fish was cooked more than half an hour ago and had lost its crunchiness.

Food arrived late, it was Cold, dry and rubbery, the kebab and burgers had spicy sauce on despite no request for this and so wasn’t eaten. The burgers were stale and were that cold that the cheese hadn’t even melted on them. Overall the food was un edible and ended up in the bin. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Ordered nearly 2 hours ago. I rang, got no apology, and was told they were waiting for a driver who would be back in 5 or 10 minutes. Still no delivery, and now phone obviously left off hook as permanently engaged. Update: food finally turned up over 2 hours after ordering, chips nearly cold, and soggy. Could count the buts of chicken, there were so few. Never again.

The food was to oily and greasy, meat, bread far to greasy, all the salad was not fresh but was hard to find as it was all soggy!! And then complained and basically there’s no point, it’s all about taking your money and not proving half decent food, shocking from Just Eat also

been using you for years it was hot and on time chips was lovley but didnt have much chicken and all onion put me off my first bad experience with you

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Don’t bother phoning to order, won’t be ready. Staff don’t care. Been here about 6 times hoping each time they won’t make the same mistake, always do. Absolutely useless.

Need a “no sauce” option - too much mayo but very tasty & good value

chicken kebab was over cooked like chewing rubber bullets and lamb doner kebab was tasteless chessy chips lacked cheese couldve been mkre cheese and warmer and less soggy and 15 minutes late to boot. had to phone up to see where it was.. wont use again.

Ordered for ASAP at about 16:00, driver was en route at around 17:00 and took over an hour to deliver for what should have been a 15 minute journey. The food was all cold and the only thing remotely luke warm was the pitta bread! I had to ask for an update 3-4 times before the food arrived, all spaced out between 15 minutes. Requesting a refund as we speak as those eating with me didnt even have a microwave to reheat it.

I ordered an egg fried rice. I got a curry rice. I can not take spicy food. very very disappointed and will not be ordering from this place again.

Lovely kebab . My usual vendor let me down so I tried Royal Kebab and I will always use these from now on A++

We’ve ordered from here a few times and it’s always been good, however this time it was poor. Ordered mix grill which states half a chicken, but we got leg and thigh x 2. Also ordered fries which we didn’t receive. Salad was all soggy as it was in the box with the meat. Will order again though as hopefully this was a one off.

So late and the least lamb tasting of any kebab I’ve ever had. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Food was all very peppery, ruined the taste of what was a nice curry apart from that. I most likely won’t order again due to this. Kebab meat portion was good but could have done with a little more salad. Food was delivered a few minutes after the latest time given but was cold.

Had a kebab from here a few weeks ago and was really good. This time was really poor. Anemic looking donor meat with no colour on it. Naan bread that was all doughy, lettuce that had wilted, sour tasting cucumber, no cabbage, no pickled chilli’s. Simply, the worst kebab i have had in years. These guys are normally good, but seriously dropped the ball and a donner for £12.50 is not cheap. After a few mouthfuls, i couldn’t continue.

It wasn’t 60 minutes late, it took two hours and 20 minutes from ordering to delivery. Despite the advertised delivery time of 35-45mins. When it arrived, sans any apology from the driver, it was cold. The salad was limp and slimy. I also ordered a chicken kebab, but took delivery of a chicken tikka type of marinated chicken. To be fair, the chicken and pitta were ok. But COLD…

New to the area so first time trying this place. Very disappointing, time given on order was 1915 which changed to between 1925-1945 soon as the order went through. Food arrived at 1955 and was cold, the samosa when probed was 23 degrees, the shish kebab was 31 degrees, the keema naan was colder than the can of tango that arrived and the mixed meat and chips was a lovely 39 degrees. Had to warm everything through which is a bit pointless when ordering a takeaway. Will not order again.

I understand that the shop was busy, but I had to call the shop a few times after the delivery deadline had passed. By the time I finally got my food, the meat was cold. Don’t use this establishment unless you want to have cold food delivered to you by a driver who makes excuses.

Food was awful I specifically mentioned that make it spicy but it was not spicy at all. Chicken shawarma meant to be small pieces of chicken but the pieces was massive.

The bag was leaking strawberry marinda. Bad was ripped from bottom like the driver had dropped the delivery. The masala fish was like rubber. Horrible experience. Won't be ordering again. Wouldn't recommend to my enemy.

Had to wait up to two hours for it which that time it was actually cold, but after I heated it up the actual food was nice and cant complain but just let down with the wait for it to be cold.

Too much mayo in chicken burger. Chicken in the burger was small had bigger and better fillets elsewhere. Kebab was good. Would still order from here as I like other things on the menu only let down by the burger .

Put in for an order around 8pm, expected the food by around 8:50 at the latest as they say to expect 35-50 mins for delivery only to be told that the ‘restaurant needed more time’ so my order was delayed meaning i didn’t get my food until 9:50pm.

Everything was fresh and hot, very nice driver.

Delivery guy called ans no answer at the front gate 4 meters away from front door in the summer we kept front door open and he knocked in the gate so we could here him . This time around he called my mobile phone and said he is knocking but no answer . I said did you knock on the front door he said no , so I asked how am I supposed to here you knocking at my gate he said this is the front no ? I said no and pointed to my front door and said that is my front door . He then said how am I supposed to know this door opens which I then showed him the obvious door handle . We have always had food from here for over 5 years and after tonight it's the last. Kebabs came tonight cold old pitta , cold over cooked chips to the extent no potato inside and just tasted like it was all cooked yesterday . Last time we order from here not happy

The food tasted really good. Unfortunately the hot options are too spicy, and one of the mild options was mistakenly cooked as hot. Wish you had a medium option!

Not sure what has gone on with this shop. Have used them for years and this year it has just gone down hill. Ridiculous delivery times, food portions shrunk. Chips soggy. Ordered Chicken Kebab and Doner Kebab and mixed Kebab they have changed the chicken to thigh meat, no flavour and left the skin on. Went in the bin. Last time ordering.
