I've just been into the store today. And there was quite a large que red was extremely helpful despite having to serve many customers. And seemed to be running a tight ship on his own. An extremely polite young man.

Who the hell have you got working in your store now? No consistency to what's put on the sandwich. I can't believe I just had to tell your staff to spread the salad evenly across the sandwich. Seriously need too sort this out. Won't be returning

Really busy when we went, Saturday lunch time, staff seemed to be overstretched as one staff member was just sorting out a load of online orders, to leave other 3 to make up the instore customers orders, and be on the till, they seemed to be getting in each other's way. This was unusual as this has not been my experience at this store when visiting on previous occasions.

So sad to hear Donna and all the lovely staff have gone, shame Subway can't see loyalty and decent staff that their regular customers enjoy seeing. Won't be coming in until you sort out your staff.

I went in today to a very grumpy manager looked like he didn’t want to be there also found out Donna and rest of staff left I thought this was a bit upsetting to see them gone

Emergency meeting and needed orders for 35 people with very little notice. Donna went out of her way to make this happen. Food was ready on time, fresh and very tasty. Amazing service very much appreciated

AWFUL ORDERED THROUGH JUST EAT, AND THEY WHERE AN HOUR LATE, SUBWAY DIDNT HELP IN ANY WAY, THEY ARE PRETTY AWFUL NOT TO TRACK DRIVERS, ITS NOT LIKE ITS SEPERATE ITS THE SAME SERVICE, IF YOU CANNOT FORFIL ORDERS DONT DO JUST EAT

Best subway I've ever been too. The food is excellent and served to the highest standard. I was served by Donna she was very polite and friendly. Restaurant was very clean. I would highly recommend it!!!

Food is decent. The women who work there however are the most useless human beings i’ve seen. She can’t walk straight let alone take an order. All of em are that lazy they’re barely breathing. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve seen people work for minimum wage in worse places and done done their job properly and at least polite. Subway must really be struggling for staff if those scuffs are still working there .

If you're very hungry, Subway is a one to get and has many things available however, it's become quite expensive recently

Very poor example of a subway, with less than friendly staff who seem to see you as an inconvenience who take them away from their phone and social media... I will not be visiting again and advise other not to bother.

I've been to a few Subways in the past, but have never had such great customer service. Two very nice people working that afternoon. Food was prepared with care too

Found 1 member of staff very rude complaining that a small child's ipad music was too loud. Over heard her say "that kid needs to turn it down" to a colleague right infront of us. Attitude was disgusting. The child was only about 4 years old too.

It's a Subway and looks like all Subways, the food is pretty standard and the place was clean. It's on the edge of an industrial estate so the parking is easy. The only downside was the toilets which were out if order but all in all what you would expect from a Subway with helpful staff who arranged the meal in such away we got more for less which is always a bonus.

Poor customer service, extremely all over the place. Made my order incorrectly and hadn’t realised until I got home so had to throw in the bin. Overall not a good experience and will avoid in the future, recommend McDonald’s over the roundabout.

Friendly lad on the counter, quick simple service and a delicious jalapeno sandwich. No complaints.

Half my order was missing on delivery. Phoned subway directly but got a computerised voice saying to go to their website. Disappointed...!!

Went in to pick up two subs today And unfortunately they run out of bread but the ladies were so lovely they let me come in to wait and Sarah and I had a chat and she even made me a cup of tea while I waited, lovely service and the subs were amazing!

Spent about half hour in a queue of four people to be told that they didn't have enough meatballs left for a 12" sub and they'd be another 25/30 minutes because they forgot to put more in. No social distancing, staff using the till in gloves that they prepare food in. The staff serving us had foul attitudes towards their customers and just didn't really seem interested in actually being there. No social skills whatsoever. Will not be returning to this subway.

Worst one I be to. Management need get grip sort out basic customer service. If lack delivery's. Need big shake up get to subway standards customer used to

Spent 20mins in the queue. By the time I'd got my food it was time to go back to work. They didn't have the basic engridiants that thay should have. And staff are just not interactive or fussed!

Fast service and ladies are lovely, Ample parking to rear also access to starbucks and Greggs

Just ordered through uber eats and all i can say is disgraceful. As well as subs we ordered 2 salads and they are a pathetic excuse of a salad. If you're going to mug someone at least do it face to face

I frequent subway on weston road, all the time when I am going to work. The staff are brilliant and the service Iam given is very very good. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT ALL THE STAFF AT SUBWAY ON WESTON ROAD.

I had a bbq chicken and bacon wrap which was very nice.

Newish SubWay convenientlyocated just iutside of Crewe Traun Station. Clean and tidy with friendly staff.

Got a 2 meals for £7.99 So very happy. Lunch shared with friends is always better. Staff are friendly and polite. Only diet varieties of fizzy pop now available but I drink diet Pepsi anyway so no worries.

Good for a quick bite, but let's face it you've been to one Subway you've been to them all.

Good food and listened well to what I required although I think the bosses are getting tight with the staff as the poor guy was trying to serve and do all the jobs in the back of the shop at the sand time meaning he didn't know if there was a customer in the shop until we shouted hello. To this in mind it leaves shop products vulnerable to theft but other than that really enjoyed it.

Very slow, as only one person (most of times is Charlotte) is preparing sandwiches. Even if there is few costumers, other stuff is walking around doing nothing or sitting on the back.

Can't say much about the service as I had to go somewhere else. There was only a couple of laddies serving a big queue, it was the same yesterday .

A steak and cheese wrap was lovely a little it expensive very friendy staff and nice air conditioning

Really really slow service I think the manger needs to sort it out it's painfully slow which is annoying because the subs that's are make are really nice but the general service is one of the worst I think I've ever had from a subway store.

Nice and big with friendly staff.

Very clean, staff were very friendly but it took some time for the sandwiches to be made, they were quite slow so they were not very warm by the time we sat down as we were waiting for some time before we paid etc bit disappointed for the first visit but sandwiches are always tasty, won't stop us going to subway again.

The staff were friendly and the sandwiches were "subway" standard. there is parking round the back and adequate seating inside. It was clean and bright. The chap serving us made sure we got the best deals available for what we wanted, which is always nice.

In wasn't very impressed to be fair. I was over charged for my 6 inch sub meal and they also burnt my bread!! I won't be going here again!

*edited* Good Subway, friendly staff, know what they are doing, always cheery and the cookies are goood. Much better than the one in the town centre and the staff are much friendlier, even have banter with them when my sub gets over filled. There was one mistake one day with a sub breakfast but that may have been my fault because I cant remember what I actually ordered, but I am not complaining because it was still nice. Went back again today 9/9/17 and the cookies are f*****g amazing 10/10 will go again :)
