Subway in Gosport

One piece of wrong filling, but everything I asked for was there and delivered early within the expected time bracket.

The staff of this subway always get my order correct and it’s so appreciated. They’re always quick and reliable. Never had any problems and will be back time after time.

Was not what I was expecting it didn’t give me the option to have the bread toasted so I did not enjoy it at all and the waffle fries were really soggy and still undercooked so they didn’t get eaten was just abit of a waste of money I think

asked for a big breakwich and a big bombay, my partner doesn't like the breakwich.

Ordered at 25 past 8, called the restaurant at half past 9 who said it would be 5 minutes. 10 past 10 someone comes to the door with a freezing cold delivery and a “sorry the driver changed”. Not happy.

Ordered at 14:19 and said 15-30 mins, that changed to 45 then got exact estimated time of 15:10, but then just kept changing in 2 min increments from then on so at 1 hour and 10 mins late, I didn’t think it was coming. I tried phoning the place and no answer. I tried to cancel the order, but wasn’t able to. At 15:40 it arrived and was stone cold and horrible! The driver told me that the place had got the order wrong so he had to wait for them to re-do it and showed me the messages to prove it.

The ice cream was like a block of frozen water it had been thawed and re frozen that many times there was no longer ice cream just ice!

Ordered 3 chicken and bacon salads and all of them contained frozen chicken!

Black coffee here is better than Costa. Sandwich was lovely. Staff are very polite and friendly.

My order came cold and I ordered my meal with a cookie, the cookie did not come. And the waffle fries were hard and undercooked.

Arrived cold! (Asked for toasted, bread was burnt and food was cold) and knowing this app, they won’t do anything to help! They never refund you and if they do it’s not even half the price you paid for

Received 2 x BMT footlongs, both completely wrong. One containing items that my son is allergic to. When I called, they said there is nothing they can do, and I need to speak to just eat for a refund. That doesn't help a child who is now hungry and could of had a very severe reaction. This is unacceptable

2 x BMT footling completely wrong. one containing something my son is allergic to hence why it wasn't ordered but has come with. never have i had a problem with this subway but this has taken it to a new level. have had to order something else now for his lunch

Ugh, nothing's worse than cold chicken on a freezing day, especially when you want something warm, and then some lady asks if she can "toast" food in the microwave.

I asked for it to be warmed up but it wasn’t. But it was lovely anyway

For some reason, this place has really started to slip. The lights are usually all or partially off, the drinks fridge hasn't been turned on in ages, and the whole place is a mess. I only went in because other people were inside otherwise I'd think it was closed. The food is what you expect from subway: overpriced and mediocre. Really only worth it when there are no other options.

Food arrived cold, not toasted and requested. Took 1 hour to recieve our food, won't be ordering from here again!

Food wasn’t toasted as instructed.

I've been here a few times. Never had to wait. It's always clean with ample seating. Drinks and snacks are always stocked. The subs are always just as you'd expect, and the service is fine. Staff aren't overly friendly or happy, but they're efficient, and they get the job done.

The order took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive and when arrived, both items were incorrect.

Food was cold, delivery driver was 10 minutes late then marked as delivered before it had been.

Absolutely disgusting service today asked for some marinara sauce in my wrap and was told no 😂 I come to this shop most mornings and I’m usually served by a nice lady who does my order perfect and the same every morning but today was served by a rude ignorant man let’s not even get started on the fact I stood there for 5 minutes while he kept getting on with his jobs he was doing 😂 won’t be going there again!!!!

Using the toilet is not allowed 🤨 every time they are saying some issue

One of our subs had virtually no sauce on it after choosing two sauce options. Paid extra for a meal and never received the cookie. Drinks were also warm and tried to call the store on 5 occasions and no answer at all.

Food was nice didn’t take too long

put mayo in my sandwich didn't want mayo now very sad

Coffe machine is been out for 4 weeks, been there a few times inbetween and still the same. Staff and owner don't seem bothered about it

Originally gave 15-20 mins delivery time expected, we then received the order roughly a hour and 10-15 mins late. Wasn’t drivers fault.

Food came cold, the cookies were warmer than either sub that we ordered. Driver was supposed to deliver here first but instead drove over 3 miles away and then came back, meaning it was 10-15 mins late - probably why it was cold. Awful.

Fast service, fresh ingredients and most importantly it tasted great!

the nachos were so burnt they melted to the cardboard box and were inedible without breaking teeth and eating cardboard.

My order was not correct. I ordered 2 foot longs and a 6inch and ended up with 3 x 6 inches. One of which looked squashed and all 3 were smothered in ketchup. overall not happy

It was disgusting The Doritos are burnt no sauces or dip.

Unfortunately the bread came very hard almost stale, I believe they may have microwaved it so it was hot but in doing so it make the bread inedible.

Ordered 2x Big Cheese Steak SubMelt®, Footlong and recieved 2x Big Breakwich so i lost out on 78p. We were hungry and did'nt want to wait, they were ok but next time i will phone in and ask for what i ordered.

Driver an idiot delivers other order from mc Donald's before my subway even though he pick my one up first spent 15 mins a mc Donald's. Drove straight past my house to gosport Town to spend another 20 mins having a chat with someone I don't care about cos your ment to be at work worst driver I have ever had.

This particular branch is only a 10 min walk from my location yet the food was cold when it arrived

Ordered before from alver valley and had a lovely meal, but this was just disgusting, the foot long sub was so over soaked with sauce, that the bread disintegrated, had to take contents out and use own bread to make a sandwich, the drink and ICE CREAM, were in same bag as hot garlic bread, hopefully this is a one off, but has made me wary about using subway ever again, if they can’t get a simple meal deal right

Received wrong order and wouldn't deliver mine. Absolutely disgusting. The only way I can get my order is to pick it up myself, I have no transport. It was their mistake but won't put it right.

Really helpful at short notice when Morrisons cancelled on a sandwich order for 70 people (on the day!). They were able to turn around in under 2 hours 9 platters - and saved the day.

Great place. I go here practically everyday (not even a joke), great people who are always friendly and helpful Top subway 👍🏻

First time I used this branch this morning. Absolutely rubbish. Not toasted. Sauces and salad applied without being asked what we wanted. Very poor. Will not use again.

Late is exaggerated. It never turned up. Went to the store to complain. Was told I've lost the order and my money. To claim a refund, go online via the app and apply for the refund. No apology, just shoulder shrugs.

Usually everything is always great when i order from here but in today's order everything was cold and the pigs in blankets were undercooked and bacon was missing around some of the sausages..maybe it was just an off day

Lovely flavour, nicely toasted and filling was stuffed full of goodness. Great size of the sides as well. Only downside was the middle of the nachos was very soggy due to having the a lot of the lovely sauce. I will definitely be ordering again from subway

Loved the chicken and bacon sub but the nachos not good - hardly any cheese

Didn't accept student card and disregarded discount validity. Despite showing my student card. Went to the Subway by the beach (solent) yesterday and they DID accept student discount.
