Loved that the salad was separate as it didn’t become warm , very tasty

Our most recent experience, after almost an hour of our order being accepted, we got an email advising the order was cancel! We called to ask why and was told they were too busy and didn’t want to deliver anymore, very upsetting experience, we used to order regularly but won’t be doing so again!

surprised at first because my kebab came separated in bags and boxes (that's new for me). however, it turned out to be the best! I loved being able to put what I want in my pita and keeping left over meat in a foil tray! the salad was separate too so made nothing soggy. win all round! loved it 100%.

We have ordered twice from this place, the first time the driver went to the wrong area so the food was cold and then I ordered my food didn't turn up when I called they said they had no house number but no one had tried to call me, I asked if my food could be delivered and the person on the phone was rude, he then cancelled my order. I will not be ordering again.

Probably one of the worst kebabs I ever had. 20 mins late. The chips were soggy and cold. The chicken kebab dry and cold. The pitta soggy, fell apart and also cold. My friend had the kebab wrap which he said was ok. Never buying from here again.

Have used this love before and it was amazing but tonight I was really disappointed. Burger didn’t have any cheese, chicken wings were cold and soggy and all the chips were soggy and stuck together. Such a shame as they’re usually great, not sure I’ll go back?

The battered cod was absolutely disgusting. You literally couldn’t even eat the batter it was rock solid and even the fish had a rubbery texture… I will never ever shop here again as I believe the food wasn’t fit for purpose. Just eat wouldn’t refund me due to not being able to eat the fish as having fish covered in cerment is acceptable

The delivery was excellent. However, the chicken was very dry and I couldn’t eat it all.

Unfortunately the food arrived lukewarm and it was not very tasty. We haven’t ordered from here before but we chose it due to the high 4* plus reviews. Unfortunately we won’t be ordering again as the food was bland. Delivery was within a good time frame though.

chips where reheated and hard will not be using again

The amount of meat was really good but some of the order was wrong, ie. The pizza garlic bread was just a round garlic bread. It was 30 mins early as well, which is a bit to early

The lamb donner is really really good. Plenty of meat and lovely crispy fries. The delivery was really early though.

No garlic mayo on either kebabs even tho it was on the recipte very disappointing

Ordered on Just eat. Turned up on time. Ordered food for whole family. All meals were cold or barely warm. Had to microwave all meals. This made all meals limp and not taste great. Had to throw away most of it. Not got alot of money so was a treat for kids. Disappointing. 😢

Food was stone cold when it arrived

Bacon burger turned up without any bacon and cold rang restaurants spoke to an rude manager last time our order was bad but we through this was a one off will not be ordering from here again

Wedges chips and kebabs were soggy had minimul flavour but good sauces

Ordered a mixed kebab and was no chicken, no drink delivered either. Annoying when you pay for a more expensive item or pay for drinks and you don't get what you order

The pizza this time was disappointing, pizza undercooked, chips hard and dry as if they have been cooked then just warmed up. Was quick delivery but this may be why it wasn’t fresh

Worst tasting lamb shish I have ever eaten and I’ve been eating at kebaby for 20years. Bland flavour & fatty. Stingey on the salad, had an end of cucumber and mushy old tomatoes. Also got a pot of Mayo and it was so gross and sour I couldn’t use it. I’m the least fussiest person when it comes to food and even when it’s not that great I’ll eat it but this I couldn’t eat. Hence the review!

I was glad it only took 15mins to get to me but then when eating it, it became clear it was not fresh. Chicken was hard like it was left over from night before. 🤷‍♂️😪

I was very disappointed when I received my order as the delivery driver had not given us all of my order and I had to go to the restaurant to address them about this and then had to go back home to receive the rest of my order, I did not want to leave the comfort of my home hence the reason to get it delivered but I had to for this issue.

I have been ordering from Gregson for years! Not because it’s good, it’s not good at all, but because it is super close. Not only does this takeaway give you MAJOR tummy issues but 90% of the time you only receive half the order. If you are lucky to receive your entire order first time then it will either be cold or it will be the wrong order entirely!!! 2 Stars for the garlic bread though! That is in fact really lush

Well well well, where do i begin, i’ll start by saying that the last time i picked an order up the guy serving me called me ‘mate’ so id say im pretty close to the restaurant owners now and wouldnt want to ruin a great relationship but if you continue to read I’ll explain my experience further, tonight the food was poor, no wait VERY poor! The meat was cold, the salad was all soggy and the chilli sauce was missing, to say im gutted is an understatement! This has ruined what has been a great Christmas and i hope you are all happy with yourselves! Refund?

Only bad thing is no option to remove certain food from salad option it’s just all salad or no salad

Read through the reviews, even if you order salad it sometimes won't arrive, otherwise it was delivered on time, delivered hot and a good portion size too. Definitely order again.

my order was arrived 2 hours late and it was left outside the front door. the driver didn’t knock the door so we assumed it hadn’t arrived and the food was left outside all night.

Good size portion of cheesy chips, plenty of cheese. (Makes a change). The small donor kebab was the perfect portion, I really liked how the salad was kept separate, so you can eat it how you want instead of just thrown on top of the meat. Great food, on time and friendly driver. Many thanks, will use again!
