Subway in Bristol, City of

I can only assume these people exist in a world where 'no tomatoes' and 'no peppers' means the opposite, as EVERY time I order they put them on there no matter what salad items I request.

Disappointed with my salad, it was missing onion, Pickles and jalopenos and you could tell that the veg patty had not been warmed through. I also ordered hash browns and the sauce was missing.

I’m not very happy,I ordered a footlong and received half my sub. This service is terrible!

driver was really rude didnt want to except our code as it was different to his so our food went cold it was already late so wasnt as nice as usual

they put the cold drinks all together with the sub and the subs became soggy and cold. I requested toasted ones

Second time now where the guy on the bike rings and says "I'm outside can you come out". The whole point of using this service is to have it delivered and not have to go out to the road and collect? Please advise.

they didn't give us either of the drinks that were ordered as part of the meal

I will never ever buy from there again I ordered a sub roll all I got was a packet of crisp i want the money put back in my account that you have taken out of there

I ordered hot food, food came stone cold. And the roll tasted like it had been there for days. No refund was given, what a waste of money.

The food was vile and the bread. Was so dry u could even swallow it a the worse it’s ever been

Extremely distressed. Was looking forward to my subway all day, they say they close at 9pm but when I arrived at 8:50 they refused to serve me. Absolutely fuming mind

The bread was over cooked and dried up on both ends couldn’t eat the whole sandwich been in the oven to long.

I ordered my sub cheese and toasted I do Everytime and they never do it and it's always late 👎

Food arrived cold, we had to reheat it. Delivery driver couldn't find the house even though we left a note explaining our exact location, he drove past the house twice and didn't listen when I said to come back to where he just was but instead Delivered other people's food, making ours even more cold then it already was.

Preordered for a 1645 delivery, arrived 1810. Not sure what else to say about that frankly. Even when was out on delivery after I called the shop to see where it was the delivery time just kept climbing and climbing. Everything arrived stone cold

No nachos in tex mexan. Not properly toasted.

Terrible service. Order was sent to the wrong address, and even when I rang up the shop to tell them correct address, they just gave me a load of babble and hung up on me! Please hire some people, what actually speak good English, as it’s impossible to communicate with people, who don’t understand what you are trying to say.

Everytime I order toasted and I always end up with cold food. Why is that???what the point of adding toasted options when it won't be done.. that's like misleading customers

I wouldn’t order from here again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in hopes they would better themselves but once again, the quality is awful. My sandwich was burnt around the edges and the bread almost as hard as a rock. The SHARING nachos I ordered couldn’t have been more than half a bag of small Doritos. They were dry too. Sort it out imperial subway!

Shame they don’t read the order properly it’s not the 1st time they have got my order wrong!

Terrible service, over an hour late and cold, phoned them and they said it had been delivered when it had not. They said nothing to do with us, complain to just eat.

Good customer service and nice quality food

The food was cold and not tosted. I ordered tuna sub but had the whole piece of cold cheese inside. No compensation from just eat as well.

Absolutely horrible! Food was 20 minutes to half an hour late! Food isn’t nice at all. Missing bits, cold and tasteless! Very minimal filling, no cheese when requested and just over all very unsatisfactory. Will not be ordering again. Waste of money!

This is disgusting the sandwich is wrong and the bag was opened the deal was broken. The manager just told me to complain to just eat for a refund then he hung the phone up on me

Went to subway in East Street bedminster to find it closed down so went home & ordered online from broadwalk, Been fancy subway for ages. Enjoyed it nice treat. Thank you

Live less than 1 mile from shop. Crinkle chips, hash brown bites and garlic cheese slice all cold, had to microwave it not good tasting at all. Chips especially were floppy tasteless and very very little of them for price!!! Plain salad Sub was okay, although will not ever eat from Subway again.

Food was good but I was the only one in the shop and it took him about 10 minutes to make a sandwich.

Had a chicken tikka wrap, hardly no chicken in the wrap, hardly any salad, asked for cheese and toasted and it came out cold won’t be going here again.

Meatball pots had been spilled over everything in the bag which then soaked through all the wrappers coating in sauce. Might want to not chuck the pots over everything in the future.

this is the only subway I’ll eat from in Bristol! They get it right every time. the store manager Praven is so friendly and always makes my subs just how I like them, I’m a fussy eater so when I order through deliveroo and call up to edit my order he recognises me and just reels of my order before I even have say it! That’s 10/10 customer service and praven deserves a 5* review!! 🤞🏽

I live 3 streets away from the store and couldn’t collect myself as I’m working. It took your app an hour to find a driver food is cold & cookies are burnt

Wrong crisps sent - I don’t like the crisps that were sent. Cheese bites were cold and had all oozed out onto the paper in the box which they did not peel off - waste of money. Sub also had other random items from the salad bar which I did not order for example onion. Very poor service.

There is not much of a wait. The good thing about subway is that it's really fast. You can get in and out within 3 minutes. Everything is fresh, staff wear gloves, and there's plenty of seating.

They left a large cold drink right next to the sandwich, which wasn't in a cardboard box like usual, so the sandwich arrived cold

The hot sides we ordered were stone cold and the subs themselves were sub par, poor standards from Subway Hartcliffe, I cannot reccomend this food.

Grate experience lovely staff. A little expensive for what it is although it's always fresh products on a daily basis. 4☆ I have come to visit subway to review my 4 start and I am sticking to my original starts.

Not overly impressive. Wraps are small and this branch is stingy with the cheese. Meatballs were very bland and the hash browns were soggy and small also. Frankly, for a multi-billion dollar company it's pretty abysmal to be serving such basic, bland food.

This delivery driver provided excellent service. 👍

Paid an extra pound to add chicken bites to the meal and they were so bad, we also were made to pay a £1.99 service fee and we didn't even get our dip! Gutted. Sandwich was fine and nachos were fine too. Just too overpriced really.

The food took less than 15 minutes to arrive from the time I placed my order to receiving it. Brilliant delivery service!

Food was great as always, but the driver was unnecessarily rude and insistent on me coming outside when I was covid positive and feeling unwell.

Had to be super patient, service took a little time as the young lady behind the counter was working at all the stations. Anyway awesome BLT as per. And 3 cookies, shame the orange flavour was only a Christmas special.

The sandwiches were not made evenly I only had honey mustard sauce on 2 small parts of my foot long I ordered extra cheese and there was just a bit chucked on the middle.... Overall disappointed

Paid for a footlong but only a 6 inch delivered. This has happened before with this restaurant.

Tasty food. However, I found a random bit of lettuce in with my sub. The wedges were a bit too soft, wrapped in a screwed up bit of paper, and some were squashed and broken. It didn't appear too appetising, but it was in fact nice. Overall it was good but somewhat overpriced to be honest.

Subway won't close their stores in Russia, so I won't be buying their dirty sandwiches any more.

Order from here all the time as it’s the only one that delivers. Normally fine but I don’t know whether they were running low on the tuna today but it was the stingiest sandwich I’ve ever eaten. No way that the correct amount of scoops. Fuming 😤

Really good delivery time and the food tasted great. Gave me the wrong bag of crisp but it’s not that big of a deal.
