We ordered veg option and they prepared very nicely.

order 2 subs which were cold and one which did not have any sauces that was requested.

Chicken sub had nothing but salad it was still nice but no chicken and not what i ordered and missing my oasis drink too. Poor effort really!

hardly any meat, absolutely awful small portions, for nearly £20 portion, soggy cold hash browns, not impressed at all and would like a refund

from being out in rain without proper clothes or proper shoes,I'm cold and wet,unfortunately

Your driver decided it was more important to have a rather loud telephone conversation outside my house than to deliver my food and then have his conversation. Very disappointed.

was dispoint with the subs was over toasted and got cold so bread went hard could not eat the bottom of bread only the top bit with wot I had in it so did not fill me up ever n9t happy at all

Food was freezing when it arrived. And the bottled drink hadn’t seen the inside of a fridge at all. Food time kept going up by 5mins everytime I looked. In the end food was delivered 30 mins after the original quoted time. This was legit 2 sandwiches and a bottled drink. When you call up their phone is switched off. What a waste of £20!

was ordered and given one time 19.00 ISH then it changed to 19.45 to 20.15 . when it did finally arrive the contents was freezing cold! really not impressed l. wether Courier or Restaurant I don't know.

Sandwich is inedible, freezing cold - no bacon which I paid extra for, not toasted. Threw it straight in the bin - never had such a waste of money and time.

The Rochester subway I would avoid like the plague. I placed my order at 17.15. I got my order at 19.00. Not only was it nearly 90 mins delivery but they still managed to get the order wrong. I took the order back to them as I was disgusted. The gentleman there could hardly understand English and to top it off he said it wasn’t his fault. He kept on saying not my problem when I asked him anything. I have lost money on my refund. Will not be using them ever again. I will contact subway headoffice

Ordered twice from this resteraunt both times have not been nice at all. First time the order that got delivered wasn’t even mine. Then this time the time changed 3/4 times then said my ordered had been delivered when it had not. Not happy.

we ordered waffle fries with sauce and ended up with hashbrowns and sauce spilt everywhere and wrong veggies in sandwhich and forgotten drink

Both sandwiches were made in the wrong breads. ruined it.

I came in to get food before playing a show at the nags head nearby with my friends and came in to get a meal deal that I and my other friends had gotten earlier in the day at another subway for 3.99 they said they didn't do it even though their was poster on the building advertising it as well as advertising it on the menu and then said they could do the meal deal but it would cost 4.99 and then when I got to the point where I expected to get a cookie and a cup to get a drink but I only got my sandwich of bread and just ham because I' didn't know what I was allowed in my saver sub I asked what I could have in my saver sub but he barely helped me out as he went back to saying they didn't do the meal deal even though they agreed and charged me an extra pound. I decided to not cause a scene but my friends then kept asking why they weren't allowed a meal deal even though they had gotten one at a different subway the same day, eventually the worker gave my friends the meal deal but did not attempt to give me my cookie and drink cup as he started talking to his manager clearly about me as they kept glancing back at me whilst deciding how to do my friends order making it so I left with a plain sandwich whilst my friends ended up with not only a sandwich but a cookie and drink for the exact same price as my one sandwich I will not be coming and not recommending it. If you don't do a meal deal like other subways don't advertise it in and out of your store and try and tell me there is a deal and then backtrack to squeeze more money out of me.

Late very late 2 and half hours for food? According to the delivery time it’s on time but the time kept getting pushed back.

ordered 6'' sub no mayonnaise it is smoother the fries are stone cold

Had awful service from just eat, missing food, had to walk to the driver at the end of the road, drinks where warm all round terrible but when going to the store after just eats mess up the service was 10/10 re made all the food and was very apologetic the gentleman working on the 6th Sep at 10:00pm thank you for making a hard day better

I ordered at 2:30 and the order did not arrive until 4. I tried calling the restaurant and it just went straight to voicemail

They always seem to make a mistake on the order. This time it was missing cheese, wasn't toasted and came with the wrong drink and cookie flavour!

The order took about 2 hours to arrive with the delivery time repeatedly being delayed. The order came cold and incorrect - ordered a ‘Raspberry Cheesecake cookie’ and received a chocolate chip - for the second time!! The churro was hard and tough like cardboard. In all, decided to try and give Subway a second try after the first shambles of an order and bitterly disappointed to report there was no improvement the second time around. Will not be ordering from this or any Subway again.

Fallen off over the past year, give you less meat for more money whilst already being the most expensive subway I’ve ever been into. The employees are always rude and don’t hide the fact they really don’t want to be there. Just walk the other way down the highstreet and go lennys if you want your moneys worth.

Terrible service through Uber eats. I don’t know how a sandwich can be dry and soggy at the same time but they managed it. Paid 2.00 for a nacho bowl which they supplemented with a bag of Doritos, paid another 2.99 on a brownie frappe that didn’t come in the order, and also there was a missing cookie.

The guy serving me was on the phone speaking to someone the whole time, didn't cut the bread properly either and had to tell him twice what I wanted in the sandwich.

This delivery was over two hours late and very cold when delivered. This is a common occurrence with Chatham McDonald’s delivery. The couriers will collect more than one order and then start delivering so if one is lucky and first on their list, delivery will be warm and fairly on time, otherwise, it will be like my delivery tonight which will take 2hours and will be fridge cold when delivered, particularly in winter. Something needs to be done about this.

Terrible , ordered and paid for double meat got one slice of ham, asked for un toasted was toasted all soggy melted , asked for salad got one cucumber slice and swamped with mayonnaise just awful awful awful never again

I HAD CHICKEN IN MY TOMATO MOZZARELLA PESTO SANDWICH. I’m vegetarian so I’m very careful when I’m ordering and this tomato mozzarella pesto WAS MARKED “V”. But it arrived with chicken in it.

My wife can't eat cheese, she ordered the FIne Catch salad as it didn't mention cheese in the contents nor did it show cheese in the picture, but it arrived covered in cheese. Not good for someone with an allegy to cheese.

Amazing timing and the food quality was good and still as hot as you would expect a subway to be.

Where to start. Oh dear they just dont care. I swear I can do a better job sometimes. The bread also seems to be old because im sure it shouldn't be that crumbly and hard.

Was over 90/NINETY mins late and turned up cold, stale bread and without the double cheese I had paid for. I basically paid £15 for a manky stale sandwich.

Ordered at 1.55, delivery driver was on way to drop off then went to do another delivery from McDonald’s before drooping my order off. When it turned up it was freezing cold. Not what I paid £16 for. I would like a reimbursement for the delay.

Food was inedibly cold and took over 75 minutes. Tuna sandwich was also toasted and was not requested as such (hot tuna is bad for pregnant people). ALMOST £40 SPENT and not one thing was edible. Delivery driver said “don’t order on a Saturday”. Shocking.

The food arrived cold, the nacho chicken bites and cheesy smoked bites weren’t eaten because they tasted overly processed and unappetising. Two chocolate chunk cookies arrived instead of a cherry bakewell liked was ordered. Can’t say I’m impressed with my first Subway experience at all, I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Awful service, order food around mid morning 11am and arrived at 12.40. This was supposed to arrive at around 11.30am. I will be writing a complaint via email with images of how smashed the food was also.

Awful! Wrong bread, I can only eat brown and they sent white, asked for chicken tikka salad and they sent ham, didn’t send the right drink and took 1 hour and half to get here - car crash

The order was 52 minutes late. We took a screenshot if any further information is needed. We tried calling the shop but there's no answer. Saw several reviews that stated that they never answer. The issue here as well is that I had to Google the shop number as you don't have one supplied on the details of the restaurant. So how are we meant to call up and chase anything without details supplied? So instead we waited 52 minutes for a delivery. Our food was then cold. When opened mine was then broken. However my wife's was intact. I had to pick up a large majority of its contents as one half of the bread was that badly broken. Why pay for this at this cost when it's late, cold, broken and clearly without customer care!

My delivery never came Second Time wirh just Driver deliver to diffrent address probably . Never will use justeat again
