twice given sweet and sour without any vegetables or pineapple even though I asked for it in the notes, if you couldn't complete the order you shouldn't of accepted it. simple as that... avoid

Food did not arrive switched phones off after waiting a hour

although complementary prawn crackers were given, they were stale as had multiple holes in the bag. the food was lovely and hot, also tasted great. the container for the started had holes melted into to expell condensation however not sure melting holes is very healthy. Also one of the dishes. one of my dishes had nuts in which is fine as I'm not allergic to them but I didn't see nuts listed which could cause issues for someone else if they have an allergy. would eat from there again.

Really delicious, my favorite was the pang yang chicken. Yummy !!!

Food was really late,the app was saying food is delivered but it wasn’t,when I called restaurant they said what food with a driver still.Very disappointed with service like this,food came almost cold.

It was a little late but worth the wait

Rec’d notification food was on its way, after 30 mins called & advised left 5 - 10 mins ago. 25 mins later called again & they asked if we still wanted our order but then the doorbell went. Food was cold & we had to heat up in the microwave. Took delivery as nearly 10pm. Normally have no issues with them & do use them regularly but tonight the level of service has not been acceptable.

First time I've tried here, and I was really impressed with the portions sizes and flavours. The duck spring rolls was the nicest duck spring rolls I've ever had. My only criticism is the satay chicken was overcooked and slightly dry. But the rest of the food was delicious, and I'll definitely be ordering from here again 👌

Although I hate to leave a bad review as we have always enjoyed food from this place the chow mein was off. I had to throw it away. Was ver cold and smelt like stale flour. After putting it in the bin it stunk the whole kitchen out so I quickly put the bin bag in our dustbin. Unacceptable to deliver food that is off. How they couldn’t smell it is beyond me. Rest of the order was good. We’ll try them again. But it’ll be two strikes and out if we ever get another bad delivery.

The service reflects the delivery driver.. Called me and told me I needed to come down and outside to him to collect the food. I currently have a very bad knee so was not happy I had to come down 1 flight of stairs to collect. I asked why can't he buzz my door number, I can then let him in and I am 1st floor, he refused this.

Sadly we had an order delivered to us which wasn't ours. The delivery driver came back to collect it and said he'd be back in 5 mins. When he did return with our order it was evident it had been into someone else's home already as half of our food was missing (the containers were all there just food had been removed from them). Really disappointed.

Awful! Never again! Duck was horrible, pancakes fell apart so completely unable to use. Pad Thai was nothing like a pad Thai we have ever had before, gross. Very very disappointed. Don't waste your money on this place.

It was 1hr 20mins for the food to arrive. Confusion as to where the driver delivered the food and on arrival the food is bland. £70 spent on such a poor experience

Lovely food. The soup wasn't as spicy as previous but still delicious.

If possible I would give 0 Stars. I brought chicken massaman curry and a few other bits. Woke up 2am the next morning throwing up and with a bad belly. My partner loved her food as she's a veggie she didn't end up having problems.

We've had two deliveries from this takeaway since it opened, third on its way as I type. So far, the dishes have been good quality and flavoursome, with clear use of fresh herbs and vegetables as appropriate. Prices are a bit high for Gillingham but not when compared with other Thai takeaways in Medway. Lovely to see a new business set up in the centre. Happy customer. Edit: 04/11/23 I felt the need to update the previous review from a year ago after a recent order. Pad Thai arrived as noodles drowning in thick sweet brown sauce. Few bean sprouts, some egg, prawns clearly cooked separately and put in container first. Flat flavour, no crushed peanuts, no lime, no colour except "brown". This was the second poor result in a row, feels like it's morphed into a 1 star Chinese takeaway. Sadly, we'll be ordering from elsewhere in future.

Fab experience. Really fancied a Thai takeaway but this seemed like it might be a bit too far out to deliver to us so we were a bit worried about the food arriving cold. Fear not however, food arrived steaming hot, tasted delicious and very generous portion sizes. We will be ordering again, thank you!

No idea about the quality as my guests and I are still waiting. Food will probably be cold if it ever arrives so they’re losing a regular customer for ever.

Came late, but they say the best things come to those who wait! The food was lovely. Ordered some dishes never tried before and wasn't disappointed. So next time you think about getting Chinese, think about a Thai instead. Spicier and more exotic but not totally dissimilar. Will order from here again.

Decent Thai curries but special fried rice was bland. First time ordering, would recommend to try.

Timely delivery. Food was good. The red Thai curry wasn't hot for our taste buds, but it was certainly delicious. The spring rolls were really good too, both in the internal texture and the flavour.

Best Chinese we had in a very long time. Fresh hot and yummy. We will order again.... highly recommended

Best prawn toasts on the planet and my very well travelled son rates the Pad Thai!

Rang after 1.5 hours and told food was on its way and would be 10 minutes…. I live 2 minutes from the shop. 20 minutes later, no food so had to go to the shop and ask them to remake the food. They staff were helpful and made the food straight away and added a drink for free. Food was good once we finally got it.

We ordered and requested delivery for 90 minutes later but the food was an hour later than the requested time after chasing it twice! Food was lukewarm, the pad Thai was vinegary and the Singapore noodles were bland with little flavour. The chicken satay tasted nice. Would not order again.

I’m sorry to give you 1 star but the food was terrible. The meat was old and dry and it looked and tasted as it’s been reheated not once. Chips were dry and terrible. The chicken balls were dry and reheated. The only thing I ate is noodles as they looked freshly made. The cooked carrots and broccoli had spoilt food taste. 1 can of Fanta was missing. Everything went to the bin.

The food tasted like it was reheated and old. Avoid this restaurant.

Whatever you do not NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Should you complain about the dish you order for delivery, they will challenge you over the phone and refuse to hear you out. I was shouted at and hung up on by the member of staff I engaged on the phone. Here is the photo of the shredded chilli beef which tasted like burnt cardboard. Despite the fact that I often buy from them and consistently order the same dish, I wasn't offered any customer loyalty and the staff member actually told me “ that's how it's supposed to taste - you are a trouble customer ‘ and hung up. The female member of staff said if I should bring the food to the restaurant to change it, disregarding the fact that it was ordered for home delivery. Awful service, terrible customer service… I will never patronise.

Food is good, but took 2hrs from the time of order on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:30!!

JE showed driver picking up food at 1635, 10 minute drive supposedly took driver 45 minutes to deliver.

Nice food, but the delivery time was disappointing.

Would not recommend, Chicken balls dry and chewy, rice smelt awful and the beef curry was watery and the beef tough. I threw it in the bin!! Dont waste your money.

I ordered the food online. I got confirmation of the order (22:29h) 1 minute before their usual closing time on Wednesday. I got a pop up saying the food was with the driver. Estimated delivery time 23:15-23:35h Still waiting for the food. Nothing delivered. No emails. Absolute disappointment des not even behin to describe thw depth of thw loath a feel towqrds this establishmebt. It is nothing short of fraud and a bloody scam. Taking money off my account and never delivering the food.

Rude people!! Wouldn’t order again. I left notes stating what I didn’t want in my food. They got it wrong twice. I then called up to complain to be told my the rude manager that I should pick it out. Then telling me my notes aren’t clear. When it’s written in clear English!!!! I’ve got my refund from just eat. I wouldn’t spend a penny here again. Nothing but rude people who don’t deserve to serve the public. I’m allergic to tofu. Yet you put it in my food when I’ve stated not to. Then I’ve also said over the phone call only peppers as I don’t like onions or egg. Then to be told why didn’t I order a prawn or chicken one. Well I don’t eat prawns or chicken. And the tofu was the cheapest option to get it pain. Rude humans!!!!!!!!!
