Ordered the Szechuan Chilli King Prawns and it had no flavour at all, it was completely tasteless. Had to add salt myself so that it was edible. For £8, it's not worth it at all.

Used this all the time when it first opened. Food was great fresh chip shop chips and good all round food but seems to slipped lately. Now using frozen chips and the fish was really greasy. Please get back to how you started was great now not so great.

I have a complaint - the chicken curry had mushrooms in so my partner couldn't eat it as he has an allergy. I specifically wrote a message stating no mushrooms like we always do.

Chips and salt and pepper chips were terrible. All hard and oily like they had been double cooked and reheated

Missing drink but food lovely.

It was one of my favorite take away places for a long time (they do deserve coupe of 5 starts, but.. in the past.) Today we have ordered our +/- standard take away set which for me is a salt & pepper calamari, but without chillies! I always make sure me/my boyfriend make a note of it and we did this time. My calamari arrived with chillies (for a second time in fact, but when it happened first time the person on the phone apologized, left us keep the spicy calamari as a compensation and brought a new tub for me), but today I was told that they didn't receive any notes, that calamari are not THAT spicy and I can eat them, the person on the phone was also very rude. Eventually we managed to convinced the person on the phone to bring me new calamari, on the other hand the person asked us to give spicy calamari back and no they don't need an evidence that we actually made the notes. Mood was totally ruined, we spent almost £20 simple dishes, special chow mein and my calamari and for my money I got totally ruined dinner, mood and hence the evening. We received my calamari pretty quickly (within 20 minutes when my boyfriend already finished his chow mein as I told him not to wait). I received only 2/3 of the standard portion. My boyfriend asked the delivery guy to take the picture of out order with the comments and we also gave the untouched portion of their calamari back. I enjoyed the calamari, but being the regular customer with somewhere between 20 and 50 orders fr that place (really hard to count). After this horrible experience I will have to call it a day. They could apologise, compensate the inconvenience and do a lot more things than they did which is just upset me by being very rude and unhelpful. Really, really sad.

Good food, wouldn't order the chips again they were overcooked and sad. The rest of the food was good value for portions. Think I was missing a sauce but on the whole good 😁

Used these a few times always been lovely, let themselves down tonight - not very hot, it all tasted very bland and the drinks were missing. Was quite a large order money wise so quite disappointed . Will still give them another shot as I say always been happy before . Hopefully its one off

This meal was delicious, first time I tried this place and the food is top notch. loved it.

Order was missing the seaweed dish- phoned and said to the restaurant. By the time the seaweed arrived we had finished our meal. Some of the food arrived cold. It was a birthday dinner and we spent alot of money on the order and we were really disappointed

Food was hot but not as good as usually

I asked for chilli oil in the dishes for spice and there was not any put in the dishes, I also asked for our BBQ spare ribs l to be cut in chunks because of my son, I was told that they are busy to do it.

Atrocious food quality. This was NOT fresh, it was reheated and awful. The worst chinese ive ever seen. I took one look and three everything in the trash.

Absolutely horrible experience. Was told the food is on its way. 45 minutes later and it’s still on its way. The food was cold by the time it got here. The sweet and sour sauce had leaked on everything. When calling up the restaurant it’s as if the lady didn’t know any English. Just kept repeating one and the same thing.

What kind of sushi is not seasoned with rice vinegar? I love the portion size of the rolls but sushi isn’t authentic without seasoning the rice it’s the most important part never again

Was quick delivery but overall not satisfied Kung Po Chilli King Prawns and Sea Spicy Chicken was not spicy at all tasted like thick sweet and sour sauce. Seaweed was horrible, hardly any noodles in Singapore rice noodles was mainly onion and beansprouts

Squid was disgusting, tough, cold, overcooked, beef was ok, but the ratio of beef to noodles wasn't great, won't order again

I did not receive the order and it showed as delivered, they took my money but did not deliver, I waited for an hour

We enjoyed most of our meal but found the scallops in black bean sauce spicier than expected. Arrived hot and on time and would give it another go, but pick items which are not so hot.

This place has been pretty reliable when I've ordered from here in the past but tonight the beef satay was probably the worst takeaway meal I've ever had. Greasy doesn't even come close! I got a notification saying it was on the way 6 mins after ordering, so not sure if that has something to do with it. It was ridiculously early.

Disappointed with the chow mein, no bean sprouts in it, bit sloppy. The curry is poor. The ribs were not very tasty, Pancake rolls are ok, The rice wasn’t very tasty

Very disappointed. The food was barely warm and meat was tough and it was over an hour late. Our young children had to go without and had to have a sandwich instead.

Although okay, the temperature was the borderline legal minimum, plastic bags had made food sweat and go soggy...

Terrible customer service. Calls customers liers and don't read notes and don't refund or replace when they're in the wrong.

Don't leave notes for them as they don't read them. Then when you call them to rectify it they say your in the wrong. Won't offer refund or change of food. Waste of money paid 17 quid for a meal I couldn't eat. Also don't get their cheesy chips not cheese on it just cheese powder that tastes awful and sweet! Never again with this place. Rude customer service terrible

Food late took 1h 45 mins. Food was overcooked, fried items sweaty were they had been in a plastic bag for so long. No prawn crackers delivered. Phoned to ask for them to be sent and was told the chef packed them with the cokes so I was lying…

Would be nice if you had the option to not have onions in your food with out having to call them

3 or 4 of our dishes were completely different meals to what we ordered, what we got didn't exactly taste the best either, I know they were the wrong dishes as I order them regularly from other places. We also had a chilli shredded beef that was old and stale it definitely was not crispy literally looked and tasted like it'd been sat in the box for days it wasn't even hot. Super speedy delivery way before the estimated time can't help but feel disappointed they didn't use the extra time to get the order right.

Awful customer service. My order was 45 Minutes late, when I rang the store phone I was approached with a rude women who didn’t even say sorry. Food was cold.

So impressed with the food from this takeaway that I'm writing this half way through devouring my dinner!! Initially, the name of this place put me off as its not the typical Chinese takeaway name... I'm glad I looked past this though as the food is absolutely delicious ! It was delivered piping hot, the taste is on point (coming from a fellow Chinese person this review should be taken with great standing), its not the typical greasy or salty Chinese takeaway that you can find in most towns. Truly my new fav place to order from! Sorry my photos were half eaten haha

Food was really greasy the pancake roll wasn’t good , the curry sauce was hotter than normal. Usually really good but disappointed this time around .

This was the worst chow mien I have ever purchased. Never have I known a chow mien to taste solely of black pepper. Certainly not what I have previously received from this take away. My grandchildren were crying with discomfort after just one mouthful.

Driver couldnt find road and food was burnt. Not happy.

Left clear instructions for driver but he couldn’t be bothered to find our front door. Said I needed to come out the back and I’d get my food quicker! We both had fish and chips. Wouldn’t order it again. Fish was seasoned like crispy duck. Tasted Chinese. That’s not what you want when you order fish and chips so killed it. It was cooked nicely though. The chips were soggy and oily because they’d been packed with the chips on the top with a bit of kitchen paper in between. Not nice. Food isn’t cheap nowadays so when you pay out for a treat you want it to be nice. It wasn’t.

Food was excellent, very tasty indeed. Will order from here again.

The only issue I have is that what I ordered wasn’t delivered some of the items weee Missing and I think I should get a refund but have no where to call them to discuss this

Do not use here for Chinese it's not Chinese food!! Ordered X2 salt and pepper chicken all I got was small chicken balls in batter not one ounce of salt or pepper on the chicken The bbq sauce was rancid had such a bad taste to it. Should of seen it was a chip shop trying to do Chinese food. Definitely wouldn't recommend or return

Lovely warm Chinese with comp prawn crackers. Everything was really tasty and delivery was on time and very polite. Nice Bank Holiday treat

Very tasty on the whole , only thing that wasn’t good was the crispy chilli beef , the sauce it was in was lovely but sadly over powered by the deep fried oil toast of the beef, usually a favourite of mine but in this occasion not for me …… couldn’t eat the beef. It sauce was good which was a shame ! The chips were soggy and not nice but lung pop chicken awesome , a mixed bag really unsure if I would order again for this reason Delivery was fast and arrived hot
