Lovely staff, great sub! Clifford is an absolute 'sub-lord', he can make a sandwich like no other! He deserves a pay rise!

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful, Sanjai always provides friendly service with a smile, every time I come in they are helpful and professional.

Bread was hard and had to put our own sauces in the sandwich’s as they didn’t do that? other then that it was okay…

I do not rate this particular Subway. The 12 inch item ordered had the minimum of contents, was served barely warm and no sauce was offered . The Subway in leatherhead is far better.

Went in just before Christmas, they had some really good deals on , a fiver for a sub and drink , really lovely staff ,they even gave me some more vochers for next visit.

Recently been receiving poor subs from this spot, orders are always wrong and very basic things are being forgotten... ordered an Italian BMT, received a salad sandwich on hard bread 😑 no meat or cheese.... if you feel like rolling the dice with your lunch, this is your spot👍🏼

My first Subway and I think my last. This cost £6.50. You advertise Green peppers and onions there were none. And it is a Steak and cheese, Not a tomato sandwich. Your own photo of this on the menu is false advertising. The first photo is what i received.

Absolutely awful sandwiches. Falling apart and had to put my own sauce in. £6 for a terrible sandwich I had to basically make myself. Second bad experience from bookham subway will never order again

I asked for 2 to foot longer sandwiches both of them toasted yet they both arrived non toasted and one of them had leaked all over the container it was in... Ordered from this place the week before and they gave me the wrong drink. Not good.

Sadly the sauce with the chicken bites had burst and was leaking into the sandwich boxes.. one box was smothered. Plus we ordered x9 chicken nacho bites and there were not 9 in the box.

Pretty average sandwiches this time: not much filling so the sandwich looked a little underwhelming.

Got the feeling that the food was sitting waiting for delivery. Hash browns were warm and soggy. Tasted okay but had clearly been sitting in the box for a while. We live less than 5 minutes away. Tuna sandwich was good though

Sandwich was good but wasn’t toasted as asked and cheese was missing.

Hate hate hate how much packaging they use! 3 subs and we got them wrapped in paper, in a huge box each and the footlongs were even split into 2 lots of paper/boxes, with the sauces in plastic pots instead of in the sub. Totally unnecessary waste of packaging, all that's needed is wrap them in paper!

The food was delivered just after the 20 minute window estimated and all freshly done. The presentation was okay (slightly falling apart) and very tasty! We were accidentally given an extra sub (so someone else may have gone without). The main issue was none of the subs said anywhere what was in them. So we had to unwrap everything and open up the subs to see the fillings. With a group trying to follow covid restriction this was not ideal!

Had a bad experience 2nd time ordering from here..!!!😒😒🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I ordered Veggie Delight and just one cookie... Bread was SOO HARD of the sub that can’t even express not sure if they are serving the fresh or not and SAME with COOKIE WAS HARD that i even Bin that..... Just Make Sure Before Ordering If They Have Freshly Baked Things...

Please stop leaving the food at the door step without confirming if you have delivered to the right customer and that the customer actually heard the door bell. Because you are dealing with food you have to be more careful!

Waited an 1hr 45 minutes and my meatballs were stone cold

They delivered it to a reception desk without calling me or notifying me that it was there in any way. Really poor service. Shouldn’t be leaving it with someone who isn’t me!

Delivary driver made me talk to the end of the road after calling me I directed him to the house he said you come here. I went and collected it from him at the end of the road. Then I get back and it’s cold and my sub had no cheese on it and it’s cold. Not happy at all I had to heat up my children’s subs and that made them soggy and horrible. Just no acceptable at this price.

Unfortunately the food was cold and bread was soggy due to the delivery being extremely late. I ordered the food at 10:52 and it didn’t arrive until after 12. I run a hotel, i could easily make my own food here, but we are trying to support local businesses in the area, you will see many of us working here have ordered with you, if this is how long we have to wait it will put us of any future orders.

Food (sandwich was hot fresh and really good )and cookie was perfect, it also arrived well before the expected time! Excellent and consistent service made even better by the friendly driver.

It’s not a problem. I was rung and he explained why and why the bread I ordered had run out. This is all fine when you know why. Always good service thank you.

Over an hour and a half for a subway. Shocking service from justeat

Always seem to get the salads, bread and non toasted option wrong. Always find salad I didn’t want in my sandwich, along with missing bits I did.

No idea why they put the sauce in little pots and not in the sandwich was not very impressed with that Salad in the sandwich was on its way out and the bread was a bit stale but was still edible Did like the hash browns they where good and was impressed with the very quick delivery time

Ordered a big order through just eat from bookham subway. meatballs were green in the middle and stone cold, the replacement sandwich they sent was squished, bread was torn and meatballs were still green, absolutely horrendous excuse of a subway shop.

We didn’t enjoy this at all the meatballs were green hardly any cheese on the subs and they didn’t deliver all our order

Food was just as you would expect from any subway but delivery time was very long, and arrived later than expected. Will just collect next time we want subway.

I only just got home in time. The delivery was too early. Moreover the portion size was bitterly disappointing and I’m still hungry. £13 for 2 wraps that equal 3 mouthfuls each is terrible.

Mixed reviews here but I think all the issues have been ironed out. My lunch order came ahead of time, piping hot and everything correct. Can’t complain, will be using again

I called the store when my order was 20 minutes late, one person said that the traffic was holding it up, the other said the delivery driver had broken down. About 15 minutes after this phone call, the deliver driver turned up and said he couldn't find my flat. My order didn't have my crisps and drink, and the bread was wrong. I've tried calling the store but no ones picking up.

Food ordered at 12.45 to be delivered at 1.15pm. At 1.45 I called as nothing delivered to be told they were busy and order just gone out. I called back at 2.45pm and told that they were sorry but they were still busy. I asked for a refund they said I couldn't get one without applying for it through just eat. I went through the app to request and they won't give me a refund because it has been marked as delivered by subway! Absolutely appalling and a waste of delivery money and the money for the sandwich !!!

Had the Meatless Meatball sub, arrived earlier then expected but not a problem as it's a sub and it was still warm because of the good packing they use. delivery driver was good and observed distancing rules.

Very good, delivered on time, very handy for lunch when working from home!! Only thing that needs tweaking is the ability to choose salad on wraps
