Food is okay if they get the order right and nothing is missing from the bag, this is however unlikely as the staff seem totally incompetent, unable to operate the till and don't know the menu. The self service machines frequently refresh, cancelling your order even after taking payment, which goes through and charges you, you then have no recourse to claim the money back. Absolutely the worst service, just avoid and go to any, absolutely any other services in epsom.

Great service. Food is okay for a light snack on the go but even a meal from the menu is a light snack in my opinion.Do not expect to see anything that looks like meat. Not much seating.

Had it delivered. Let me quote “the blandest thing i ever had” I used to work at Taco Bell and the quality has gone down hill I’m absolutely appalled by the inedible meal in front of me.

They don't have a telephone for a reason. Ordered take out twice and both times half the food was missing. And no one to contact do rectify

I was very disappointed. I think the crunchy bean taco gave me food poisoning. I am a vegan and I found some beef in the bean taco. Appalling. No one go here!!

Upon my first couple of visits, I found the shop a little disappointing as we are vegetarian but we're given food with meat in it. However, they resolved this when we called them. Our most recent visit was much better and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A huge improvement on our previous experience and reassures us that it was a 1 off genuine mistake. They have self service screens or you can order via the tills if you prefer to talk directly to an employee. Card and Contactless payments are available. Great place for quick and reasonably priced food.

Never actually eaten there, but the outside looks nice, then again the Christians said that about the colloseeum

This is usually my go-to if I haven't brought lunch into work of a day. The staff are polite, friendly and work quickly. They've only ever gotten one order incorrect - I went back with the incorrect item and receipt and they very quickly swapped the item, and gave me some churros as an apology. Mistakes happen, and overall, this is the one time of many they've got it wrong. So all in all, I'm impressed with the food and the staff :)

Very disappointed, Taco Bell is my favourite takeaway but today it has let me down. I found hair in both me and my friends food, we’re both blondes and there hair was black…. The churros was RAW and doughy+we were missing multiple items from my meal which I payed £30+, finally I waited 2 and a half hours for my food to be cold… not happy

Terrible service hygiene is non existent in this place they wear the same gloves as long as possible cross contaminating everything scratching hair, face, arms and touching phones or till and then continue making food this store is run by people who do not know what they are doing and should not be in a kitchen also that’s if you can even get in the store as they state they close at 9pm but close at 8pm to start cleaning so they can leave at 9pm so they actually close at 8pm do not use this store you will get sick kfc next door is great

I was so disappointed in this location that I had to report the activity to Food Complaint government website. We ordered from the self service monitor in the store and the monitor didn’t print a receipt. We asked the two gentlemen working and they said it’s fine and processed the order. As they were processing the order I couldn’t believe the lack of health and safety that was taken lightly. One gentleman Named Max was scratching his nose and touching his hair while preparing the order. When they prepared the order the other gentleman named Will who also claimed he was then line manager at that time asked us open our bank where we made the purchase of the order so they can see if the payment has gone through since it’s not coming through on their system. We asked them this in the beginning for a receipt and they said it’s fine and went ahead to process the order. While we are discussing why they started making the order without confirming the payment has gone through the other gentleman Max came over and said you might not have money in your account so the payment hasn’t gone through. Disregarding out entire conversation he decided to assume we had no money. I advised them what good customer service is and made sure to report this incident with the food complaint department. This is how new up and coming businesses get ruined. People are not managed properly and health and safety is not taken seriously. One more thin the entire staff we’re touching their phones whilst they were preparing food. I would not recommend anyone visit this place until they get a hygiene rating or change staff because I’m sure you can get a stomach bug if you eat from there.

Every time I visit a Taco bell I pretty much have the same thing.. volcano Burrito box meal for £6.99 It's great value for a meal out.. The staff In leatherhead were very friendly and my food order arrived quickly. The food was prepared correctly and tasted as it should... compared to other branches this one was quite clean.. I will be back soon

We placed an order for a meal to be delivered by Deliveroo, and when our order arrived, we discovered that part of the order was missing. The meal portions were very small, and in my opinion not good value for money. Deliveroo did refund us the items that weren’t received. But we were not impressed and certainly won’t be ordering from Taco Bell again. Not recommended.

The food is tasty but if you order for delivery they WILL forget an item about 50% of the time

Gave away my food and then expected me wait an extra 5 mins while they made more. Joke of customer service. After 10+ mins wait one item of 3 was ready but instead of giving it to me, they gave to another customer as that's all they ordered. Then told me that I'd have to wait another 5 while they got that item ready, when they gave it away less than 2 mins earlier. Service is a joke. Need CS and dispute handling training

Honestly the worst fast food I’ve ever had, pathetic amount of fillings in stone cold taco. Go to the royal chicken opposite the penny black pub. Pretty sure they just sell pigeon and not chicken, it’s also pretty terrible but considerably better than Taco Bell. Avoid like the plague

LEARN TO CANCEL ORDERS THROUGH UBER EATS IF YOU HAVE NO DRIVERS. ESPECIALLY AFTER 3 HAVE DENIED THE WORK. LEAVING PEOPLE WAITING FOR HOURS ON END WITH NO CANCEL BUTTON IS FOUL. *SHAME* *SHAME *SHAME*

Update: Cracks are starting to surface and although I get more food than I asked for I took a friend down for lunch, both of our orders were Wrong and had different items. Don't get me wrong very much appreciated getting my money's worth but the fact is the staff doesn't pay attention, they don't keep the restaurant clean. I just feel there is a lack of care and attentiveness, the longer this goes on the more the reputation of this take out will be damaged. Considering they're still making money it's a matter of time until a comparable take out steals their business. Had the crunchwrap supreme for two deal for £13.00 and a regular drink, it was fantastic and I'll definitely be coming here again, contrary to other reviews my order was quick and was prepared in 5/7 minutes, the place was nice and clean and felt comfortable to order from there, the staff were also very helpful though the male who I think is the manager has the highest English comprehension. The meal was exactly what I expected the seasoned chips are fantastic and there was a balance in this take away that you don't get from other chains in the industry. I'm very happy this opened in Leatherhead where I live it's much better than the KFC further down the road. The fact they serve my favourite drink Apple Tango is awesome. The churros cinnamon crisps are a bit odd but definitely tasty, look forward to trying the actual churros.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had! I’ve been to the one in Leicester, Peterborough, London and Nottingham and that was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had! Very saucy!!! So delicious! Think I might come back for tea! I had a volcano burrito and chips!

I have visited taco bell twice after a bad experience when they first opened. Things have really improved there. The food is decent for the price. And although they aren't as fast as say kfc or mcdonalds, I haven't had to wait that long at all.

Your order will always come incomplete if you order for delivery.

Used this branch in Leatherhead three times, disappointed now twice so sadly will not use it again. Complained to the head office who had little interest in even reading the issue (they ignored my first message to them). The food on the last order was very poor, The chips were literally uneatable, most thrown away with way too much spice on them, The meat was severely lacking in tacos. Pop to KFC next door next time I think. Positive is staff are always polite and friendly.

Poor quality food. Staff aren't the most friendly. The restaurant isn't the cleanest. When I went here I did not enjoy the food and I think it is over priced for what you get. I dont think I will be returning anytime soon

Now i have been to a few taco bells and some times its ok and others its not today i ordered a crunch wrap MEAL and a soft taco and i recieved a crunch wrap on it own and a soft taco but i had asked for tomatoes to be removed as i am alergic and to my suprise it was loaded with tomatoes i am beyond annoyed with the customer service and think its disgraceful to ignore someones allergies and put them at risk

Branch were not accepting contactless payment nor could I order via the app and collect. Awful. Why have they not come up with a way to pay over the app? Useless.

Had this in America, was much better. Defo won't be having it again. Everything too salty. Both terminals failed to work properly. Chap behind till didn't have much of a clue either.

Quickly went downhill. First week it opened, it was the best thing ever. Delivered fresh and we got a caramel sauce per churro portion. Just ordered for the 2nd time and massive disappointment. Gave us Diet Pepsi instead of the Pepsi Max we ordered, one meal was missing fries, we paid £1 for a SMALL DOLLOP of sour cream (RIP OFF), the tacos were cold, burrito was missing ingredients (was literally just chicken and Lettuce) plus they gave us one caramel dip for 2 portions of churros. Absolute rip off. Can forgive 1 mistake but this was too much. Won't be ordering off deliveroo again. I'll collect to make sure everything is actually there.

Placed a click and collect, took forever and got home with half the order missing also a lovely spider inside with the food! First time trying Taco Bell…never again. Have emailed customer service several times and they haven’t bothered to respond. Awful service.

What a shame. Was really excited to see new Taco Bells popping up in the UK. When the Leatherhead branch FINALLY opened. I put in an order for collection. Big mistake as they keep orders on the side near the till (not under heat lamps), so it was cold, soggy and not pleasant. The food was average (even when hot) and the churros were stale, over cooked and tasted awful. Such a shame.

Don’t bother with this place, a fast food place that won’t take orders on a weekend. If they won’t then, can’t imagine how much worse it’d be at other times

Won't be bothering again. Sullen staff, filthy kitchen floor. Order wrong, fries had weird coating and were inedible and tacos looked like they'd been thrown together - nothing like the pictures. Dreadful.

Terrible service from the staff. Obviously rushed to get the store open as it was apparent none of them knew what they were doing and none of the cashiers worked. Would not recommend going as food was very mid and cold when I got it. Leatherhead council must’ve been off there heads to let this store open

Staff had no clue what they were doing, waited 25 mins for tacos that had no lettuce, tomato or sour cream. Just cold congealed beef that looked like it had been sat on.

Brilliant food. Shout out to worker Harris. Best employee there. Top contender for employee of the year.
