Subway in Maidstone

Order was fine got the drink wrong and the food was cold but still tasted amazing

I'm deaf so couldn't pick up their call to check if I wanted it toasted or had made a mistake on the order... so they wrote a lovely little note saying they had left it as per the choice. I don't know why but it just felt really thoughtful and I really appreciated the thought. just eat please make your Comms accessible!! :-)

My 6 inch tikka was lovely meatball Mariana cold

im done with subway. tuna sub, toasted box not ticked cam toasted. foul at best, hot tuna mayo, disgusting. everything clearly marked but they get it wrong every time i order a toasted and a non toasted sub at the same time.

worst delivery ever seen, driver went all over Maidstone getting farther away from my location. as a consequence everything is stone cold from being in the same bag as the ice cold pepsi. awful service from delivery

No chicken in the Salad & No beef in the other salad

Took longer than an hour to turn up was cold when it got here said they tried to ring me but didn’t cause they called the wrong number even though I didn’t put that number in and the crisps where wrong

Always get the meatball marina cheese and toasted and it's always yummy. I recommend their cookies, so yummy and soft. My partner and I enjoy subway.

completely the wrong order. Delivery driver knew nothing, I tried to ring Subway whilst he was at my house but it rang out then I was cut off. I had to accept stuff I didn't want or not have any food, plus the person who ordered what I received didn't get theirs either!

Missing one ingredient out of my footlong, which I had paid extra for. Other than that, order was spot on.

Extremely rude staff one in particular named "OVI". I definitely won't be back.

ordered tuna, NOT toasted. it came warm and toasted. totally disgusting and hit the bin immediately. just eat was their usual useless self resolving the stores error.

Food is ok. Really let down by apparent status of the store over the last few days ! - “Store not accepting orders right now, really busy”! They’ve done this over an hour 1/2 BEFORE closing time and never changed back! I just don’t think they can be bothered to process online delivery orders, in my opinion!?!

Maidstone Subway is proper lush! The staff are dead sound and always give you a warm welcome. The subs are top-notch and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. I always feel well chuffed after eating there. Definitely recommend popping in for a bite if you're in the area. Quality nosh!

Completly the wrong order arrived and courier refused to take it back. Having to now wait 24 hrs for a response/refund and have no food

amazing sub, not going to bother with the cheese bites though. arrived cold and damp due to condensation in the unsuitable box.

excellent barring one thing. ice cold bottle in a bag with hot food doesnt mix. cools the food down believe it or not.

*Avoid* The most rudest staff that you’re ever likely to encounter. Subway need to seriously take a look at this franchisee as by the other reviews i am obviously not the only one who’s experienced this. Food was barely passable, although thrown together with no care and looking like it had been run over by a truck. Staff were just impatient, rude to me, rude to other customers. The staff may well be from India originally but they should note that the outlet is in Maidstone, Kent and not Delhi and British people do not expect to be treated like back street foreign tourists in their own country.

Breakfast rolls at their very best........ very addicted.

sub ordered was not toasted or anything, didnt want hot tuna roll. sub arrived, hot!. disgustingly foul!!!!!!!!! Straight to the food recycling bin!

The only problem is why would anyone put a drink straight out of the fridge in the same back as a sub thats supposed to be warm.

My nachos where burnt and said come with cheese all it had on there was salsa and my sub had hardly any meat for £17 pounds they are having a laugh

Placed an order on just eat, however after an hour the order had not changed from order accepted. Tried calling the Subway three times, but nobody picked up. The second call they hung up. Terrible customer service, but hardly surprised after reading multiple other reviews. 1 star is honestly a compliment, processing an order is the bare minimum.

3 out of 4 sandwiches were wrong! Incorrect sauces, missing salad items, not toasted when requested or items added that were not requested

Too much sauce in the tex mex - it was far too over powering for the sandwich

Customer service was terrible and staff very rude. Didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich just done it anyway. I know I would have asked to have it toasted but it would have been nice to be asked. Wanted to change an item in sandwich for another as didn’t like one of the items but was told would be charged extra which has never been an issue before and also being charged for a certain type of salad as didn’t like others. Also when asked to put one sandwich filling on the side instead of in the sandwich they tried to charge us for a side dish even though it was meant to be in the sandwich. When putting fillings in sandwiches didn’t even change gloves not even once or used utensils to put filling into sandwiches. Also fruit flies were all over chopping boards and was preparing food on them. Food was ok but not the best. Will never visit this store again. Also bag to carry food items was not practical just gave us a baguette bag not really helpful. To top it all off gave us food poisoning too.

The staff working there was very rude !! A man Asian looking… firstly he tried to take my orders while talking to another customer as he was preparing their order … I asked for a veg sub and he mis understood it for potato wedges and made them without me knowing… I was waiting to give my order and he asked me what sauce would you like and I saw a box of potato wedges infront of him , so I asked him politely that is that for me? He said yes you ordered wedges!! I said no you Miss understood me I asked for a veg Subway ! His behaviour got very aggressive and he started being loud with me … such poor staff and unacceptable behaviour! And he took main order with that rude attitude and didn’t even gave me a bag to carry my takeaway order!! Very disappointed

Great delivery time. Nice delivery guy. Order not right. Lots of items which were ordered missing from the salad. Disappointing.

The food was over an hour late. I am not happy about this, but the food was nice but barely warm. Delivery driver was nice, but the food took ages to come. Would like some compensation on this as I am not happy.

Very disappointed. Meal ordered at 17.29pm, delivery changed 3 times, finally arrived at 18.40pm and cold, they had no drivers available. Have kept evidence as will be submitting a complaint.

The brudda serving me was the slowest don, looked like he had no clue what he was doing, asked for onions and this guy puts like 2 strips of red onion in, need new staff 100%

Bread and turkey was stale with the lettuce and cucumber needing throwing away. I couldn't bring myself to even finish the sandwich.

Missing requested salad items from both subs and missing a cookie from the order.

A very few items for vegetarians and only tuna is halal here. Service is incredible. Clean and tidy.

Driver 'lost signal' immediately after it said driver had picked up the order and was on way.....the driver 'lost signal' for over 20mins! It takes less than 5 minutes to get to my house. Driver clearly has a second account and decided he was going to pick up another order and deliver that too. But the time I got my food it was stone cold

Clean and bright if not a little bland and boring inside. Staff were quick and attentive. No toilets on site although public ones nearby. Some food options not available.

My wrap was not edible as it had been toasted despite being asked for it not to.. the wrap was hard and all together disgusting

The sandwiches were actually wrapped and presented very well. However I was disappointed we didn’t get the cookie flavour we had asked for and we only got 1 bag of cheesy bites, not the two we requested.

We have not received our order and yet it says ‘delivered’. You call Subway and they don’t answer. Just Eat is even worse.

Order placed with an estimated 35 min delivery time frame. Actually took 2 hours! Driver equally annoyed as was left waiting at the restaurant for almost an hour. Tried calling restaurant 8 times, but no answer. 3 out 7 subs ordered were incorrect. Writing on wrapper impossible to read.

Orderd hot food for it to take over an over to arrive, before it was delivered the driver pressed the delivered button when it wasn’t, I had to walk around my street searching for my food.
