This KFC is incredibly fast, with a wait time of only a few minutes. The establishment is also very clean.

Didn't turn up but said it was delivered, can't get hold of KFC - You get Justeat for convenience, I'm working & I shouldn't have to hang out on my road to wave down a delivery driver who cannot read a satnav/house name.

Lovely chicken, not greasy and very enjoyable.

Never arrived. My husband has gone up to the restaurant to get them to remake up the order and bring it home.

As usual they forgot to put something we ordered in the delivery. It’s becoming common mistake what needs to be sorted

food was freezing cold, some of the chips were black, soggy and no flavour. chicken on the bone was tiny

He saved the day, but missed a top bins

I ordered food from this store and it went to the wrong address, and was rejected. The driver called and I told him it was the wrong address, the correct address was 10 mins away. I asked if he can re-deliver and he said that he will speak with Just Eat and call me back. Next I saw the food has been marked as ‘delivered’. Had he called to say he can’t redeliver we simply would have driven 10 mins to collect it. Just Eat have refused to refund and have no clear complaints process! Poor service.

No Vodafone service in the area so couldn't check in on the app as their guest WiFi also doesn't work.

Freezing cold food. Driver questioned if I actually ordered the food. Also dropped Pepsi can on the floor.

Ordered kfc, was told delivery time then got a notification saying delivered enjoy your food but it never came, phoned kfc said they didn’t have any drivers available and I needed to contact just eat but we can’t prove it didn’t come and according to just it was delivered

14 piece bucket contained 7 drumsticks & 4 wings. Seems they put all the junk chicken in the Just Eat orders.

Received my order if you call about 30/40 baked beans from a tub ok sorry I don’t wasn’t even a spoonful, tub full but of just bean juice these beans are from the boneless box for 4 people

There is mistake with gravy which we received instead of two corn cobs

The barbecue chicken burger is not as it’s advertised so don’t buy it pay for your ingredients?

Unfortunately our order was only partly delivered and four portions of chips were missing. The restaurant advised us that we would have to collect the chips ourselves as they do not have their own delivery drivers.

Nice and hot and fresh delicious

When I ordered it came up with delivery in 20 minutes it then kept changing and was almost an hour

Was nice and early only complaint i got is my baked beans were over cooked they were hard and no sauce dried up

food arrived hot and lovely just wish there was not quite so many drumsticks. delivery driver was great, rang as soon as he parked and said he was there. all round good thanks

Our food was cold, had to put it in the microwave, didn't eat much or enjoy. Will not order again.

Pepsi made it rather cold and the beans leaked all over the chips.

Awful experience as usual. All the orders were showing as ready and none were for ages. They were giving wrong orders to people. Useless.

Food is as expected it’s KFC, you go here knowing what it is haha! However whilst waiting we watched a staff member wash all the tables with a green bucket and cloth, then proceed to clean all the trays at the serving area with the same Cloth and then put the bucket and cloth in a cupboard and use again 30 mins later to wipe down table legs / base. Unbelievable to be honest, Hygiene levels need reporting. I have a video of it in progress.

Once again, the driver didn't follow the instructions given.

I was missing to items from my order and they were a can of tango and 2 pieces of extra chicken, the delivery driver was trying to tell me something but I couldn't understand her as she was speaking in a foreign language

food is good as always, but never remember the gravy, and always missing an item!

food was not great, it didn't live up to usual standards. it just didn't taste as good. both my son and I said the same.

The website said that the Courier was ready to deliver but it took the best part of an hour for the food to be ready for him to deliver. That timescale is dreadful. I have experience this at the Maidstone Express site before. The term ‘Express’ is a joke !

Food came quickly and on time - delivery driver very pleasant. Food was hot and very tasty. Best KFC chips I've ever had. Crispy and fresh. Salad with rice box was portioned separately so remained fresh and crispy. Everything else was hot and extremely flavourful. Highly recommend this KFC!

Delivered over 30 minutes after latest delivery time and cold. Driver was "at the shop" for about 25 minutes and then took ages to arrive. Why do they send the poor guy out with too many to deliver. Not impressed.

I ordered this meal at 6.32 pm , the order said it would be 25-40 mins that should have been 7.15pm , our order finally came at 7.53 it arrived at the house i also rang to ask where it was and they said they was busy. this is not really good service at all and was very dissapointed.

More than one hour late , cold food. One persons food incorrectly provided. 2 hot wings instead of a piece of chicken. Considering we live just down the road from you I was disappointed to say the least . Will I use you again?
