Food was late and stone cold £26 waste of money

The staff at this KFC are fantastic. They listened to my order request and followed it to the ‘T’. I have had a lot of trouble with the weak street restaurant but, this store is by far the best. Good quality food and hot when delivered. 5 stars to the restaurant

nearly 3 hours for delivery, food inedible and stone code, refund received, was out for delivery for over an hour

Fast delivery but the food was cold, or sat out for a while as it was moreso chewy and undesirable, the burgers were cold, I think the only good thing was the pot of beans.

Order was not delivered I want a refund and compensation for waiting for an hour only to be disappointed

Estimated delivery time was 27 mins when I ordered, it took an hour and 20 mins to be delivered. Was cold, cookies not in the bag, chips soggy, none of the chicken crispy. Horrible to be honest

Bottom of the barrel leftovers, not one freshly made item. Complete waste of money didn’t enjoy one bit of it. For £40+ for a box meal and a few sides I feel like I’ve been scammed.

it took 1.5hrs to deliver just 2pieces of chicken and chips. the delivery time kept changing. not happy at all. food ordered at 7pm, delivered 20:26 and very cold. im deleting the app.

Went to get the chicken zinger burger 🍔 it was very bad wasn’t look like fresh at all customer service is very bad everyone looks like disrespectful and unprofessional!

Delivery was missing items, cold and over 1 hour 30 minutes late. We ordered a Family Feast and all the chicken was tiny drumsticks. Terrible service.

Chaotic! Parking is atrocious and quite dangerous with just a couple of spots servicing a number of outlets on a very busy road. It's a very busy outlet absolute chaos when we arrived. The number of Uber eats drivers etc was absolutely insane. A long line of drivers waiting for orders along with people waiting to eat in. The poor staff were under a lot of pressure. Which reflected in the cleanliness of the establishment. All the bins were overflowing and food/mess on the floor You also have to be let into the toilets should you need them. I felt quite uncomfortable with eating in. The place is too small for the footfall

Honestly don’t ever come to this place. Staff have terrible attitude and MOST of the time forgets one thing in ur order. Don’t know if they’re doing it on purpose or not but this has happened to me on numerous occasions where i had to check and my order would be partially complete. Sometimes i even noticed when i got home the main meal was missing. If i spoke to the staff they gave horrid attitude. Don’t know how this place has found these people

Not delivered to my address and can’t get hold of anyone!!

So good to finally be able to get KFC delivered. Food waa lovely plus hot, which had we collected and bought home, it would not have been.

The driver didn’t respond to my messages, I was standing out side for 15 minutes waiting for him. And he would not turn around. My address clearly says 7A and he went to 78. I called shop and they said it was lost, then to come in, then he delivered it and all the chicken is freezing and he didn’t say anything. Awful

Food was good quality but cold when it arrived. Delivery was over an hour late, should have been 6.30pm but arrived at 7.40pm. Really disappointed, as previously hot food delivered on time.

App said delivery would be 5.35, however status showed still prepping and time kept changing, delivery was 6pm. We live 2 minutes away and food delivered was just warm and chips were cold

Food is just like all other KFC’s, edible but mostly too oily and not properly soaked while being slightly undercooked.

Was disappointed in KFC today Tuesday 4th March at 5.15….No1 Chicken was very small and very dry. No2 Chips were VERY SOFT. No3 Wasn’t till i got home to find my bottle of drink MISSING. This unfortunately ruined our dinner with our friends, i wished I’d cooked my self, will not be going back.

What a joke cannot get near the counter yo collect due to delivery drivers when j ask them to move you get an attitude. The food was cold service was poor check your order as there us always something missing and when you get them know you get a attitude from the staff.

Like other delivery providers the drivers need to be more polite and also acknowledge the tip. I always tip generously due to fuel costs.

I was waiting for 1h for my delivery, and after 1h it was cancelled ( I placed my order at 6.30pm Saturday night) just really disappointing... never going to order from them again!!!

All was cold. Driver went the longest way to my house. Watched on the map. A 10 minute drive took an hour. I checked google maps and no problems on the direct route. Delivery driver is thick.

I really wonder how the manager of this restaurant works. He prioritizes his acquaintances. He ignores other customers and doesn't even care. How did this man become the manager of this place? I've never seen a restaurant that is so disrespectful to its customers. He does the same to Delivero drivers. He looks at those he knows and doesn't even care about others. He never smiles. I wonder if these people are forced to work. You won't smile. Don't stand at the service desk. Learn to be respectful to people. If you don't know what respect is, ask your family but learn to be cheerful

Usually very quick delivery. It was terrible today.

The service was exceptional; my order arrived promptly, handled with care, and delivered by a courteous representative. Extra bonus points. My food was still hot and nothing was missing from my order.

Initial time for delivery was 15-25 mins turned up an hour later than initial eta was left on food preparing for 90% of the time then last 10 mins was delivery. Called the store to ask where my order was and at the time they said that the order wasn’t in store. Order arrived roughly 15 mins later cold. Only time from this KFC after ordering from them multiple times that this has happened but still not overly impressed.

Very poor chicken, 2 drumsticks, a wing and a thigh in a 4 piece, no breast! Greasy and cold. Soggy chips. All in not nice.
