I walked into a Subway restaurant with my support dog, expecting to grab a quick meal. However, I was stopped and informed that I couldn’t have my support dog with me. Despite explaining the situation, they still refused to allow him inside. Feeling both upset and unwelcome, I had no choice but to leave without getting any food. It was a very disappointing experience, especially since support animals are essential for many people and should be accommodated under the law.

I have been in Subways in the past and asked about gluten Free products only to be met with a confused reaction. But today. The guy behind the counter who also owns the franchise was so happy to help us. He had a pride in what he was doing which was obvious. The food was good and the service too.

I asked for a chicken salad…they put a few lettuce leaves and three cucumber pieces in there. The staff act like the cost of salad is coming out of their wages, and they are the only subway that make you pay for a paper bag! Don’t understand or speak English and the owner is very rude

I ordered from this subway on 27th June at 3:30am and my subway turned up and it wasn’t toasted like I put in the order, it had the wrong chicken in it and there wasn’t any bacon in it that I had paid extra for. So disappointing to not even get any where near what u ordered and honestly have no idea how whoever made my order has a job

You’re NEVER able to use your subway points here. Their scanner is always “broken”. Seems very convenient to not allow customers to use their own subway points in an actual subway. This has been an ongoing issue for several months now. Very sketchy.

Just ordered through Uber Eats. My order was not sent properly with EVERY single one of my meal deal additions missing (6 in total), must've been another bag that they failed to give to the driver. Uber driver was kind enough to give them a call when I pointed it out to him and the manager, unknowingly thinking he was the customer, was blaming the same driver for not picking up the bag. Mindless and shamless lying. Disgrace of a customer service. All he said was "ask for a refund" Order was delivered 10 minutes ago, for traceability purposes. Same name on it as my Google account. Hoping this gets dealt with. Thank you

A friend and I headed to this Subway a bit past 12 AM to take away. I ordered the most basic sub to exist: the Veggie Delite - the bread was unbelievably crusty and I could not bite into it at all. All the filling had slipped out onto the wrapping paper. My friend ordered a footlong chicken tikka - he was not enquired what sauces he would like but the staff themselves chose the Garlic and Herb mayo and put only that for him. I was a huge Subway fan and we are disappointed!

This is the worst subway in brighton, the system alsways has the issue and the points cannot be redeemed although it can be redeemed on the store just few yards on the back but specificly this store has issues. The staff is very very untrained, diesnot know how to create a sub, i was astronished when the guy put vegetable over sauces [ bun>cheese>sauces>vegetables] my sub was a mess. The staff doesnot know the names of all cheese/ vegetables and it was a hectic task to make him understand. Never Never visit it again.

Was really good customer service. The staff were friendly and on point with what they are doing. The sandwich was tasty and they put everything inch perfect. The store was clean and fresh. They even asked if I wanted to buy anything else which I thought was very good service, and welcoming the customer into the store making me attracted to the place. The coffee machine here is very good and much better than most coffee places. Highly Recommend.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve had to go (due to lack of options around) , I’ve had the worst experience. “Rewards” never working and always asking me to pay cash, when I want to pay points. Asked what they’d do with my food now because I couldn’t pay as I needed to use my points.. because it’s THEIR fault and he looked at me and said I’m going to BIN IT. Wasteful. Staff always have AirPods in/always on the phone. Very rude. Need a lot of training..

I ordered chiken wrap for my mother, and the wrap was so dryyy it wasnt even wrapped up because it was so cracked it was awful, my mother couldn't eat it, so i asked the staff for the money back, he said unfortunately we can't give you money back, so he called the owner and he said the same thing. Instead of giving the money back he offer to make another chiken wrap. He refused to give the money back. No wonder why this place is always empty. The owner was soooo Rude not wanted to cooperate with customers at all.

Horrible! Got a chicken wrap, barely any chicken in it, and wrap was dry and cracked up in small pieces when he wrapped it up. When I mentioned it, he just said its just how they are.. And because of the cracked wrap, it was impossible to eat without getting half of the wrapping paper in my mouth since all spilled through.. Just avoid this place, there are PLENTY to choose between in this area!

Likeable guys, but tiny dip portions when you order delivery and they do oven heating until 3.30 in the morning (I would avoid ordering after that time as they use microwave). Still happy with the service because the people that work there are nice. I also have to mention I don't like standard Subway policy of "selling up", same as other fast food places that suggest extras..

Terrible experience. POS was not working, so when I turned up with my collection number the staff had no idea about my order and couldn't find anything on the system. Staff then forced me to hand my phone over so they could see my order and then left it behind the till Out of my reach whilst serving another customer. I spent half an hour stood in the store whilst staff facetimed someone to try and fix the problem whilst acting as if it was all my fault, and not apologising or being remotely polite to me. I used the app because I had to be quick, and now I wish I hadn't bothered ordering at all. Even when my order was eventually made, hygiene and allergen safety was not considered at all, my sub was toasted without even asking if I wanted it toasted (I didn't), and I was ignored when asking for some ingredients.

Very unfriendly behaviour from a staff on 28 May at around 1 pm. I wanted to use my points and she was acting weird with it. She told me hesitantly that my point doesn’t work in her outlet. I am not even sure why she did that. She was not checking my points properly. Later on, i went to an outlet near to railway station and the staff checked it nicely and i could utilise points. By the way, I could use my point few days ago the same outlet (western road) and there was another staff who was very friendly. Outlet reputation suddenly drops just for few unfriendly staff.

Hi everyone!! I am Michel, and I have a very special relationship with Western Road Subway. First, I started as a sandwich artist, then as a supervisor, and finally, as a manager. Now, however, due to some personal and business reasons, I became just a custumer. Yesterday, I went there and the tretment from the subway team was excellent. The lady and gentlemen there (very young both) had a really good attitude to me. The service was absolutely amazing and the store looked spotless: very clean everywhere. Nevertheless, and regarding the owner, he banned me to come back there as a costumer. It shows what he is like! Congratulations to the team for their patience and their excellent job despite the conditions they are subjected to.

The food was as per usual and what you expect from subway, but the staff were made to work while evidently and unhygienically very unwell. Not fair on staff or customers as both of us came down with flu within 24 hrs of our visit, the staff member was visibly struggling to manage their symptoms and obviously needed to be resting at home. Management should do better.

Tomaz and Joel... After a long night filled with many shenanigans I find myself walking home dreaming about food, moments later I had stumbled across a shining Subway with food glowing inside. I take my first steps inside to be relieved with the cool air conditioning, walking up to the food station I was greeted by a gentleman named Joel who knew I was going to be a hard customer. He started assembling the unique creation with a fine delicate touch, strategically placing a selection of meats, a light sprinkling of fresh cheese. Then into the toaster. It comes out piping hot with steam rising from all over. I was ready to eat it then but there was more to be added. Then I was greeted with another man Tomaz who asked the question 'what salad would you like' I looked back at him and said 'everything'. with his two hands and ten fingers he chose a variety of salad and toppings being extremely precise with my pickiness asking for precisely two olives, not two slices but the equivalent of two slices. With a fine eye taking the time to find the correct slices and weight to make sure this creation would be even and well balanced he completed the task with accuracy. I knew he was talented so put him to the test again and asked for 1/5 of an onion. Again, he completed the task seamlessly. 'Sauce?' he then asks promptly. I replied with 'you chose' I felt like I was putting my life on the line but as this point I had clear evidence that I could trust him. With perfection the sauce was laid over the feast and wrapped up in an impressive 1.8 seconds (it was definitely not his first time). the transfer of money was made, a handshake to seal the deal. I quickly unwrap and bit to counter the craving. An explosion a flavours, spices, herbs and love. I look down again only to shed a tear as I have my last bite ahead of me only to realize I have another six inches to go! The pain of knowing that this would never be made again I savoured every single bite. It was the perfect end to a perfect evening. Tomaz and Joel I thank you for a moment will never forget. Just remember, not all heros wear capes.

We entered subway with great anticipation. I preemptively thought I would get delicious meal, how wrong I am. First, i ask only for cheese bread with herb. But no. My comrade and I ask halfhalf. But no. Treated to great dismay at service. Staff do not give good sandwich. Staff treat customer like bin bag full of trash. I ask only for sub with long inch. I receive long inch but no cut. Yes it’s true. I’ve got more!!!!! They salad only a bit and no majonese. Strange range flavour of sauce. Even when complaint come to the mind and mouth, no. I have faith that one day normal service resume.

After being a faithful customer to this branch for many years, I went in today and the staff was incredibly rude to me!! Refused to serve me because I had my small dog tightly leashed next to me and was ordering to take away, which I've done countless times over many years in this exact branch!! Suddenly today they decided to lose me as a customer instead and be insanely rude in the process. Will not be returning, would not suggest anyone else visit either. Very pleasant at first but then after paying the staff claimed we hadn't and advised that as they have an economics degree it made them qualified to decide whether the payment had gone through... one would question that with such a degree why they were still working in in subway....? Do not go here unless you wish to pay twice for poorly prepared, unhygenic food, touched with bare hands.... disgusting and unfair. Do not visit.

I ordered a pizza, 2.5 hours and many many phone calls later it still had not materialised. I could have walked to the shop, purchased ingredients, prepared the pizza dough, proved the dough, baked the dough and had a leisurely, enjoyable meal and it would of been quicker and easier than ordering food from this ridiculous establishment. Cannot comment on the quality of the food as I never received it.

Pedimos el desayuno de 4 a la que el servidor dijo habrá una espera de 10 minutos. Esperamos casi una hora para la comida por venir. Nos pedía el servidor para la comida a la que él respondió que llegarán en breve 3 veces y el lugar no estaba lleno. Desde donde estábamos sentados podíamos ver los servidores de broma, comiendo, escupiendo. Nuestra comida llegó quemado y fría. Nos quejamos y pedimos un reembolso a que el grosero propietario/gerente disminuyó y dice que no hay nada malo con la comida. Nos fuimos inmediatamente. No puedo creer que este tipo de lugares donde existen en brighton se supone que tienen un buen tiempo en vez de una experiencia horrible.
