Subway in Bristol, City of

COLD and contents I did not ask for were included. bread is burnt. I asked for sauce and there was NO sauce! Unacceptable although the receipt clearly states what was requested and paid for

First time I have had a Subway and was not impressed. Served by a guy who didn't look like he wanted to be there. My Sub was nothing like the advertised photo and I only went as I got £3 off. No way is it worth £8.25 and definitely no garlic!!! The eating area was grubby and the server was cleaning tables with spray mist going everywhere. First and last time. Not impressed.

I visited today and the guy who served me was very selfish with the toppings, he literally added 3 peppers and barely any sauce. Previously workers have been generous but he literally added the SMALLEST amounts ever - acting as if it’s coming out of his fridge.

I experienced very badly serval times . I ask veggie sub and some extra things but he said we don’t do and they don’t change gloves whenever made veggie and non veg . This is not a professional work and I recommend don’t visit this store never. And the guy who work on counter he think customers are fool,he behave very rude and he don’t know how to communicate with customers.

time of delivery was good but the food was cold.

I was promised a full refund of £15.50, due to false advertising, within 24 hours. It has now been 4 days and still no sign of my money. Would not recommend this location

The guy who made my sandwich deservs a pay rise! He was on his own at the end of the day,yet still went above and beyond. He was working alone and deserves better .

I would like to give 0 star. But its not allowing. Unhygienic, used same gloves for vegan & non veg orders, same knife for all, breads seems to be not fresh.

Wrong crisps and ice cream food very soggy

I came here before work with my partner for a quick snack and it was horrendous, not only did they mess up ate orders but it so unclean. I hade to wipe the tables myself, I decided to ignore all of this and sat down and started eating my sub and there was some sort of fluff or hair DISGUSTING! Won’t be going back

Not toasted, cheese not melted, not tiger bread.

Choc chip cookie instead of macadamia nut, blackberry Tango instead of Pepsi

Went here today for lunch with my 9 yer old son after a trip to the dentals hospital the lady was very rude told me how i was to have my sub wouldn’t let me have salad in it even though I said I’d pay extra she said no it comes like this I can’t cook it open it has to be closed I said I don’t want it closed cook it open and I’ll add the salad my self no you can’t do that . I told her if I couldn’t have my sub my way then I didn’t want it . She was very rude no customer service skills what so ever .

Driver didnt follow the instructions and neither did the restaurant

Brought me totally the wrong order, I noticed straight away from the weight but the driver didn't want to know!!! 48hrs to refund is ridiculous!!!

My sandwich wasn’t toasted and some vegetables were missing but it was okay

Usually good but not this time got the order all wrong didn’t cut the sub in half not much filling stale cookie and they have never once put the cheese in my sub

I ordered Doritos chilli heat wave but received ready salted and ordered 7 up but received Mountain Dew and the food was over cooked

I really don’t like this team because they don’t care about Hi Jean hygiene and gave me dry and brown sandwich.I really like subway but they disappoint me.

They sent the wrong drink and cookie in my meal deal with no explanation.

Always says they don't take cash but they do. and because they cleaned up over a hour b4 they shut they said takeaway only and a very rude assistant really i didn't think she wanted to serve anyone ...

Food arrived on time, but with no drink or cookie. Also one of the meat balls was rock solid, nearly broke my teeth on it!

The subs was all destroyed and all over the place after waiting nearly 2 hours

They are the most hardworking team, I am a subway regular but girls in the Gallery subway are so amazing, they give you the best attention and customer service.

Once again I ordered regular Pepsi and paid the extra and for the third time I got Diet Pepsi so not happy also got delivered early nearly couldn’t go outside and get it luckily ran out just before it was delivered to another house as the driver was outside a different address

Only place inwill way when shopping

There was a few too jalapeños but otherwise the food was to a good quality and my extra instructions followed, just a shame it was cold on arrival. The chicken bites should come wrapped in something other than a box as they always escape. Just had THE WORST experience with the driver I've ever had though which is why I'm reviewing.

A staff here was not polite today.

Lovely sandwich and the staff were pleasant.

Food was horrible. Frugal with the vegetables, spinach tasted bitter and only put a drop of sauce on my sandwich. Word of advise - do not eat here!

Went to subway merchants st. Bristol they over toast my bread and gave it me I couldn't eat it it was so dry and crunchy

Overly aggressive staff member ordered me to get to the back of the queue after I mistakenly thought a colleague had called me forward. Not everyone will react as graciously as I did. Perhaps some customer service/assertiveness training should be provided/refreshed.

Good Subway where you can sit by the balcony and watch people shop.

What you would expect but service is great
