I made an order on the phone and the guy charged me wrongly,I called back to sort it out and he was very rude. I have to drove to the shop to talk to him and was not listening to the word i I saying. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

This was a nice takeaway but recently gone downhill. Card machine apparently "broken" for months now, prices have gone up but the attitude I witnessed has gone down.

Ordered pizza here today and I now feel sick

Do not pay by card. They take your money and do not give you your food!!! Disgusting behavior still waiting for bank to sort it. They then called the police and lied!!!! Rats?

Been coming here since opened always been very good lately food is not as good as used to be ,kebabs used to be 1 of the best about nice thick juicy cuts now thin translucent and no flavour such a shame

Food ok but the portions getting smaller if it carrying on last time me or my family will bye no more

The food is great but one of the two people working there is very rude and angry he also doesnt wear hair covers and entering the shop instantly hits you with an unhygienic sort of vibe

I have been here many, many, MANY times and every time I was never disappointed with what I was served. The food is good, the service is good and they make you feel welcome when you step through the door.

I’ve had food from there it was cold and taste horrible and also found a hair in the food they’re not wearing a hat while they working absolutely horrible

First time order as leaflet put through the letterbox. The order placed online at 3.54 pm was delivered at 4.30 pm. The food was piping hot and very tasty! Pizza meal 2 £14.50 any 12" pizza, 10" garlic cheese, fries and can of drink. I ordered Vege Supreme added pineapple for extra £1, and Garlic Cheese, Fries were perfect, but I love that wasn't covered in salt as I don't like it and if did could add my own at home, a can of Rio. I also chose a pot of curry sauce for an extra £1 (this was tasty but in a very tiny dip pot, not polystyrene as in the screen image). So a total of £16.50 cash on delivery and fast delivery within 30 minutes. I live alone and the deal gave me 3 meals over 2 days. Will order again!

I rang up the restaurant and ask what goes onto the chocolate pizza but wasn't very helpful all he said was chocolate.... 🤦‍♂️

Well from my experience I believe that pizza plus has a lot of potential but there is still a lot to improve on like the chicken very poor it’s need better flavour very dry the chips was very poor but the pizza it self was great but the menu needs some improvement

When this store first opened i came and visited to try it out, i got chicken and some chips, The chicken was terrible,unseasoned and soggy. Being disappointed i was buoyant to try the chips. The chips also disappointed me lack of salt and it tasted boiled. The only thing i enjoyed from the meal was the drink that came with it. This chicken shop has so much potential if they manage to get the chicken right and the chips right i would probably buy from here alot. wish this chicken shop the best and i hope to one day come back and have it be actually good.

Don’t waste your money here. Fast delivery cause I live close but found hair in my food and food was stone cold even though I live so close and I was no satisfied with the quality either way defo for the price

Gentleman on the phone helped me order as the online system wasn't working. He was very helpful. Quick delivery (on a Sunday), delicious pizza (hot and spicy, make your own, garlic bread) and 2 very satisfied customers! Thank you very much

First time I ordered today and was very impressed. I ordered a 10 piece chicken deal, chicken pieces were large and succulent and loads of chips, give kfc and miss millies a run for there money. Service was great and my order arrived in 30 mins also I did not realise it came with a bottle of drink, but the driver knocked on door 10 mins later saying he was sorry he forgot to deliver. Most places would not of bothered well impressed thank you we had great meal.

Absolutely gone down hill. Disgusting barely cooked pizza. I have had better rustlers burgers and that Is saying something. And the guys attitude stinks.

This place as nice food.. But we had a burger not to our standards we phoned to explain and got it replaced with a pizza but when collecting pizza my partner got a man going nuts at her she couldnt get a word in and was spoke to like complete rubbish.. Defo need to brush up on you customer service shocking!!!!
