My favorite place to go when I’m hungry

Ordered a pizza vai Just eat. They delivered the wrong size pizza. Then the restaurant wouldn't pick up my call, and the delivery driver wouldn't either. In fact I think the delivery driver blocked my number as the first time i tried it went through, but the second it didn't. They also didn't update the status on just eat despite having delivered it to me. Presumably to make it more difficult for me to file a complaint. However I managed to do so regardless and am expecting a full refund. Do NOT order from here.

Was a little bit late. Probably down to the fact it was peak time Saturday night. But the food was still hot, lovely and delicious 🙂🙂

We weren’t very impressed by the food, the bbq pizza lacked bbq sauce… the garlic bread was rubbery and chip portion was tiny.

6.50 for a giant pile of greasy meat, doesn’t get any better

This particular take away is open late handy when you are on the night shift like myself. Mr Ihsan is a very cheerful man and good at his job. They make the best cheeseburger 🍔 I've tasted in a long time ⌛️ Check this space out you will not regret their food.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and some chicken bites both were hot and tasted amazing and the top it off the delivery was early happy days

so these people never actually delivered my order but they told just eat that they did so what happened was I called maybe 10 minutes just before they closed and I placed my order and unfortunately JUST EAT doesn't provide tracking for their delivery service so I waited for the guy for a good 40 45 minutes and then when you finally didn't show up I rang up the restaurant and they happen to be Keenan up and closing at the time which just happens to be convenient.

some of the freshest and best pizza and chicken wings I've had.

Pizza was really nice loads of topping and also came quicker than the given time on just eat so that was a bonus

Our food has not been delivered this is false and we have still been charged.

The restaurant was extremely rude, even told me that my order had been cancelled and it hadn’t, was waiting and waiting for it for an hour before I callled and they told me it was cancelled, when no one had even cancelled it

Food is always lovely and very good portions. I have ordered a few times now and only had it pretty late turning up once but the food was still lovely and hot.

Had a large kebab pizza and some chicken bites. Food came piping hot and it taste delicious.

I'm not sure if this is reviewing Just Eat for service or not, but if it is I've knocked it down to 4 stars because deliverers (including this one) don't read the notes I put about what Flat block I would like it delivered to. If it's just the service of the restaurant I'm reviewing then it would be 5 stars.

a fee mintutes late that I'm fine with as it'd a Friday night, food was Stonecold, food is normally good but on this occasion it was definitely a miss

Food was nice, but was cold had to fetch it as they couldn’t find me, had to ring up a few times as I have work in the morning, got it in the end 2 hours later, might consider ordering from them again.

I love cooking I always have done so I know good food and this was delicious, amazing pizza and ingredients and I'm pretty sure even the burger was twice the size !!! Thank You Very Much !!!

Called the restaurant twice (11 pm and 11.20) as website was not showing any delivery update. On both occasions , same staff member told me that I would receive my order within 25 minutes. The second time, he got upset because I called to check the progress how my order which was already 20 minutes late. I do understand restaurant may be busy but they cannot blame customers chasing their order due to missing delivery updates.

Zero zero zero stars more like worst fast food delivery place I've ever ordered from!!!! Everything Cold and up to 4 hours waiting time ... I wouldn't recommend this place not even for a dog

terrible food tonight. was stone cold. nuggets were like rock hard so was chips. most of it went in the bin even the kebab was hard and like rubber. food from here not normally this bad

Normally great pizza but today it was 35-40 minutes late we waited since 4:30 when it was accepted to 6:55 and it was cold maybe it was just an off day but disappointing. Otherwise they are normally great and fast!!

Driver didn't go to correct block of flats (even though in notes I explained where it was). 3 times we had to go to the Flat block downstairs door; on the 3rd time I rang him, only for him to say he was going to leave. He, however did come to the correct address eventually.

Waited an hour and a half for my order, with no updates from the restaurant. Burger was practically inedible and I shall not rest until I receive a refund.

I didn't receive notification that driver was on way until literally 1 mins before they arrived. Think this is a Just Eat things instead of M.I.S. Maybe its the signal surely it would let them press on their way button ... I was ringing the restaurant, did not realise driver was on way at the time .. it was delivery time and app said the restaurant wasn't even preparing food so thought it had been 45 minutes I'd better cancel so tried calling restaurant. Good quality, friendly driver x

The driver got the wrong address and wanted to charge me 5 pounds cash. Never got the food

Not a big fan of mayo and didn’t expect any on my burgers when specifically asked for no sauce on burgers. Usually happy with the orders but lack of choice of sauce is killing it.

First time I went there food was great but this time around it was terrible the kebabs was hard and cold, the burgers were burnt, with the buns being hard, hopefully next time I order hopefully it will be like the first time!!

Excellent service - Delivery was missing the free gift (bottle of drink) and when I queried it with driver, he initially suggested calling the restaurant to flag this, but he actually contacted them himself, picked it up and delivered it later with an apology of their behalf - what a lovely guy and superb serivce - thank you so much

Driver arrived before it even said he’s on they way, food was ok, usually it taste amazing but now it tasted like the pizza was under the heat lamp for some time

After walking past this takeaway for years I decided to give it a try as I was craving pizza and I was very impressed. I've been back too many times to count and the pizza is literally spot on - not greasy/sloppy or overloaded. I prefer it to the big chains that are always swimming with oil and double the price. Excellent customer service and on occasion I've had dips for free. I'm shocked about the bad reviews but I wonder if the issue is takeaways. Well worth popping in and waiting for them to cook your order fresh

Without doubt the best takeaway in Bristol. The pizzas are always really tasty, their potato skins are scrumptious, and the salad is incredibly fresh. Even their veggie burgers are nice, which says something. Always a good choice.
