Pizza wasmt cooked when arrived. Tried to phone 4 times no answer. Have to drive the pizza back. Argue that this pizza is always like this. Ive had it 4 times and never like this. Asked why didnt answer phone. Explained always answers phoen and suggests i havent called so i show call log on phone. Had to argue to get the delivery fee refunded. No apology just utterly rude. Uodate: the guy lied to me when he said the delivery fee would be returned. A bare faced lie. I have contacted the team following the response below. They confirmed the refund was a lie. They are also refusing to refund the delivery fee!

I orders off of the online app the trio deal with added cheese dip and only received the medium pizza when I called the store to enquire about my order he told me on his end I only ordered a pizza even though I have proof I ordered more when I asked for a refund he told me he can’t do it and there was nothing wrong on his end as he doesn’t know what deals are online so can’t see. He then hung up on me when I asked who o needed to talk to in order to get a refund. This is the worst service I have ever received and it’s a shame. I don’t normally write reviews but this has really annoyed me because why would I order one medium pizza which cost more the deal of one pizza a side and cookies

I continue to make the same mistake of ordering from this domino's thinking it will be different. I've worked at domino's in my 20s and I know the process. The service here is next level bad. I order the same pizza everything and each time I get the same problem despite complaining. I've made this pizza for years as a staff member so I know the standard in which it should arrive. Paying More for a double decadence then now getting any cheese in the middle is ridiculous. When phoning the shop they recommended phoning ahead and reminding them to put chesse in the middle. What a joke. I'm done with the ordering from domino's.

I had a good time ordering from here a couple of weeks ago. I went in to order and the guy behind the till was great. Although he seemed really busy he said he would be right with me and he was really friendly. You can see right into the kitchen and everything looked well kept and clean. It was quick and the food was great. The guy working seemed to really care so good on him

I just wanted to write about my very positive experience with ordering pizza from the Westbury Hill branch of Dominoes today (11/05/2024). I ordered two large pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 margarita) and 3 sides (potato wedges, cinnamon dough balls and garlic bread). I rang the shop directly (as had a couple of questions to ask about ordering) to order and the staff member who answered the phone was very helpful. The pizzas were delivered very quickly (within approximately 20 minutes) and everything was piping hot and fresh. It was a birthday treat for my child and their friends, and they really enjoyed it. I can't give an 'official' star rating for the atmosphere as I ordered delivery, but our whole experience was 5 stars all round. Can highly recommend, and will definitely order from this branch again in the future!

They've got cookers in there but didn't use them on my pizzas. Gave feedback and photos through the Domino App but they don't care

Pretty solid dominos branch with hot, good quality pizza and prompt service offering the usual range of offers. It gets pricey pretty quickly unless you collect your own which unlocks the best deals. Slightly unimaginative veggie range- wish they’d update the menu more often

Delivery driver called and asked me to contact him privately on whatsapp to confirm my address, I refused and told him to deliver to the address on the order. Called to find out what's going on an hour later, and he just cancelled the order without telling me.

Went into store to order with my friend. Straight away i noticed that the member of staff on the till looked extremely miserable the entire time we interacted with her and came across very rude. After my friend ordered she walked off to make his pizza and ignored me. I tried multiple times to grab someones attention to order but was ignored. It wasnt until my friends Pizza was done that she returned to the counter to hand it over and i managed to place my order. Then we had to wait for my pizza to be cooked as well while my friends pizza was getting cold. I ordered the meatball marinara and after getting back i opened up the box and noticed i had basically been given a margarita as half of the meatballs were missing. I’ve been to many Dominos all of which have been good but this one is dreadful. Who hires their staff?

Honestly as a household we used to order dominos fairly regularly from the Filton branch but as soon as this branch opened we were forced to order through here. Where to start? They consistently get pizza orders wrong adding or not removing specified ingredients, submitting that the pizza has been 'delivered' on the app when it's not even in the oven so that "Their score looks good". The worst offense was when they rang back after an order had been placed to say they had no delivery drivers and we had to collect - Fine. What's not fine was not refunding the delivery charge or giving us anything in exchange for the collection. Honestly just avoid this branch at all costs, the sooner it goes bust and people can order from Filton again the better. Dominos HO are no better also for not responding to the tickets about how bad this branch is.

Ordered for work with a few colleagues, nearly £100. Taken much longer than it said, I got a call to say outside, when I walked outside the driver was nowhere to seen. I called the west bury branch and they said they would contact their driver and call me back, 10 minutes went by with no call, so I called back again, and she said that nobody had called me and the driver wasn’t here yet. When I asked to make a complaint the woman put the phone down. Very unhappy experience

Comparing to other large fast food company's and larger branches of domino's this one does well. The takeout part is to no surprise a little on the worse due to its small size. Food is always perfect temperature and have ordered small, large, and medium pizzas on multiple occasions This place is local to me, amazing little place to go in and order there. I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I’ve always had a bad experience with this Dominos store, however it’s the one the most local to me that delivers to my home. On just one particularly shocking occasion out of the many poor experiences I’ve had here, I ordered 3 medium pizzas and they all came squashed to one side of the box! When I called up due to all 3 pizzas being inedible, they said I’d have to wait another hour at least to receive replacements because they were busy! By this point I had already waited an hour and a half for my food for it to have turned up in the worst condition I could have imagined (baring in mind it had almost cost me £40!) I then had to collect my pizza from the store because my family were so hungry and didn’t want to wait another hour at least to eat and only was offered a free side. Sadly I’ve had one too many bad experiences with Dominos now and won’t be eating from you again- the quality of the food and wait times is very very poor. To say food is ‘quality checked’ is an overstatement when I’ve previously found hair in my food and served raw dough on top of this latest event. I used to love Dominos and would get a takeaway from you every week but this store I highly would not recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, The staff couldn't understand me on the phone the refused deals that were online and made me go online to order, put down the phone on me and said they did pick up only finally got a delivery from them it arrived cold barely any cheese on it tasted foul ate half the pizza gave the other pizza to my dog which didn't eat. Waste of money. This needs to be shut down asap !!!!!

Workers need to be sacked they don't answer the phone, when they do they put the phone down when you mention a deal. They try and say the prices are higher. Bunch of useless spunk stains.

Cold, Half the order was missing and to top it off there was a hair right in the middle of one of the pizzas. Rang up to complain and similar to others got offered a voucher which is collection only. Took them almost an hour to send another pizza out, which surprise surprise was cold again. I believe they only have one delivery driver most of the time, place was half decent when it first opened but they haven’t trained or hired enough staff to keep up. The ones they have left don’t care par from the one delivery driver they have who was apologetic. I don’t know how this place still has a 5 star hygiene rating.

Over an hour for it to be out for delivery on a Monday evening. Then apparently it was delivered when we hadn’t had a knock at the door and nothing was outside. Called 20 times for someone to pick up the phone. £35 on pizza for it to not show up

Possibly the word experience I have had with dominoes. Waited over 1.5 hours for two medium pizzas, when it did arrive the driver had not properly read instructions and was on a different road and I had to go out on the street to find him. The pizza was stone cold and I have had stomach issues because of it….

I am disappointed I cant choose zero star. By far the worst experience I have ever had. My order took about 2 hours to arrive and received it cold and uneatable. Also one pizza was missing. When I called them to ask about my missing pizza, the response was sorry we can’t do anything about it and they hung up the phone. Please avoid this shop as they are a fraud.

I've travelled extensively throughout Italy and can honestly say that nothing comes even close the the Pizzas served at Domino's Westbury. Bellissimo ❤️

Our catchment area used to be the Stoke Bishop dominoes and couldn’t fault their pizzas and service. Unfortunately we are now covered by this branch. Pizzas both times have been dry, overcooked, hardly any topping and huge crusts. Literally bland and taste of nothing. We will go and collect from the Stoke Bishop branch next time.

I've never had a bad Domino's experience until now. If you want a Domino's you'd be better off giving this one a miss and going to one where the driver isn't incredibly rude and the food doesn't arrive 45 minutes late.

Online order placed which arrived after 45 minutes missing an item. Spoke to the delivery driver who said to call the store. Third time of calling I spoke to someone who offered me a nonsense voucher that works for collection only. I won't be wasting my time ordering from here again.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza in this new Dominos. Was really well prepared and tasty!

Waited our order for an hour, did not arrive. Rang the shop 4 times until someone answered saying the delivery guy just left, waited for another 30min and just when I was about to call again the delivery turned up. Too late, my visitors waiting for the pizza had left already. Embarrassing! Avoid this shop, absolute useless!
