The delivery never arrived. Tried to contact and no answer just kept ringing and ringing. Really put me off ordering from here again.

Nice pizza - fresh and well cooked. Friendly service.

Cold and the dough is very tough I advise checking if your transport devices and logistics are upto scratch aswell as the freshness of the dough. I will not be ordering here again

I ordered a large pizza either all the meats and wat I got was just the extras I ordered so basically plain with chicken ,peppers and tomatoes which I ordered as extra topping on my ALL THE MEATS PIZZA 🤬

They sometimes don't have what you order online (through their app) but don't know or get told until it's too late as you've already paid &, apparently, it takes a week(?)... anything other than instantly is too long... to get your money back so you can't really cancel your order, you just have to choose something else!

Hi! The pizza and the giant cookie was cold because the driver was late 1 hour and 15 min!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was called Papa Johns many time and they said the driver had a problem with the map!!!! When he arrived I realized the food where cold and 1 item was missing!!!!!(The missing item it was a potato tots) When I asked him about the missing item he didnt answer and he just walked away!!!!!

Tried to place an order via telephone, after 15 minutes on and off hold was then told they didn’t accept cash, complete waste of time.

Food arrived hot and on time it was lovely we both enjoyed it

Had a lovey experience with a collection order. The girl serving me was so friendly and really make the whole experience highly enjoyable helping me out with suggestions. The food tasted really nice and they were generous with the toppings. Will be making another order very soon.

Not only was it 15 minutes late the pizza was freezing cold and for compensation just eat refunded £1.61 for a £10 pizza which was disgusting…… don’t waste your money cause you certainly won’t get it back

Where ever I order from, unless its Dundree Inn, its always late and cold. Because its cold the quality is poor ice creams melted, its not arrived yet but coz I know the drivers are always lost I can predict it coz it happens every time. Its also expensive so unacceptable.

The pizza was alright but all the toppings kept falling off everytime you attempt to pick a slice up. Also, the dips weren’t very nice. But overall, the pizza tasted good.

Said it was delivered when it wasn’t, food finally arrived but with no drink and all the food was cold. Burnt sides and undercooked food too. Really upset with the experience I had.

Half my order was wrong only received one pot of Ben and jerrys instead of 2 and was a vegan flavour. Cookie was nice on the other hand but not happy with the ice cream issue

Flavourless pizza, had bbq base but only by the crust and was charged twice for the order and still not received the money back from them. was waiting for days for a manager to ring then was told ofter contacting them for days that I had to send a email and now wait a further 5 days for a reply to my email then I'm guessing they will want me to wait a further however long for payment will not be ordering from this place again and never from the papa john website stay clear

The pizzas and sides were delicious — we particularly loved the jalapeño poppers and All the Meats. I’m not usually a fan of vegetable pizzas because they often lack flavour, but I really enjoyed the Garden Party and I’d highly recommend it. Delivery was swift too, especially for a Saturday night. Everyone was very happy, thank you!

My order was over an hour later than the latest expected delivery time. 2 Hours after I ordered. My children had fallen asleep and missed out. Very unhappy family meal.

That was the worst Pizza I've ever had. Why didn't I read the reviews! The bacon sticks had 5 pieces of thumb sized bacon 😂 the pizza just tasted awful and even the brownie didn't taste great. Never ever again will I order from here.

Really bad service, made an order just after 5.30 yesterday was tracking the order said it was out for delivery, 6.30 come and it said enjoy your food as if our food was delivered, are food had not been delivered so I rang the restaurant and the said they hadn’t received our order that’s why it’s automatically said preparing and out for delivery witch didn’t make no sense, they finally found our order in the just eat portal and said it hadn’t been sent to them, so they said they would make our order up as soon as possible and get it out to us as soon as possible this was just under £70 worth of food, they said it would be with us with in 30 minutes, time was passing so I tried to call the restaurant to see what was going on with our order my children was awaiting on their food for their Friday take away night & had been waiting long enough at this point considering I made the order just after 5.30 and we was now on 7 o’clock with no food, i managed to get through to them and they said the food would be with us shortly, we’re now on 10.30 at night nearly 3 hours of me ringing there phone & getting my mother I law to ring them as they was putting me on busy and still no food or no answers to where our food was or what they was doing, 3 hungry unhappy children, absolutely disgusted in the customer service & the no sign of our food.

One of the best quality pizzas out in Bristol! The prices were a little high, but the taste and quality was worth it. Highly recommended

I have bbq base with no taste and gave me wrong sauce and the cheese on my pizza is soggy not melted needed to be cooked longer to melt the cheese

Lovely pizza and cheesy garlic bread slices followed by one of the nicest warm chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted.

Food was quick hot and delicious.

Got a pizza Good Friday, never been to papa johns before but I was delighted that has to be the best pizza I’ve had in years full off flavour perfectly cooked and served with a smile which is very rare these days I will definitely be going back.

Ordered tonight, 1h later the tracking says it has arrived and it hasn't at all, number given for the restaurant says invalid when try to call, and no other means of contacting them directly. It is now 1h 30mins since ordering, no sign of it. Expect a refund today please, I have emailed customer services and given feedback regarding this already. Be warned anyone else that orders this evening and in the future!

This store is in Hartcliffe not Bedminster yet still doesnt deliver into the rest of the bs13 area. Disgusting…

Too good to go..... XXL Pizzas for less than £5. Sounds great, except they ran out of toppings and it was just a cheese pizza. Nice, but would've been better with toppings.

Been here twice and both times they've said that you can't order in there you have to order online. The manager kept saying it's a problem with the system but I don't understand how it can last over a week without being fixed. Obviously it's down to poor management

Ordered on the 20th October. Food took forever to arrive and was luke warm at best. The garlic bread was so dry it gave you instant hamster mouth. The pizza was pretty flavourless and definitely not worth 20 quid by itself. You can get better meat feast pizza in lidl for £2. First time ordering and definitely my last, dominoes is far superior.

Delivery driver was nice and food was good but took an hour and a half to arrive and on two of the pizzas the toppings were incorrect and put in the wrong boxes (the wrong size). Won’t be ordering from this store again.

Lied to me about allergens, i understand they can't guarantee Gluten Free but the lady i spoke to said the side order was GF however website says otherwise?? you could make someone really ill

Food was good but I placed my order online and when I walked in over 30 minutes later it wasn't even started yet so I wasn't impressed and had to wait a further 15 mins with no where to park outside for my order to be done I would suggest walk in and order rather than online personally

When they first opened, they were great but these days the pizza is greasy and horrible, they always forget the extra dips you order and are never on time even when you order for a specific time. Seems like they were being taught by senior members at the beginning and since they left it's just gone downhill. Ordered a single pizza tonight, they delivered the wrong pizza. Rung up and let them know as mistakes happen but the sequence that then happened is a joke. They then put my new order in the queue so I had to wait another 45 minutes for delivery instead of handling a mess up promptly. On arrival the second pizza was also wrong so I rung up again and once again was just stuck in the queue so had to wait another 45 minutes. I complained to Papa Johns HQ who told me the store would be in contact, they never were so HQ said they will deal with it and gave me a code for a free large pizza. Safe to say I won't be using it.

Friendly staff, excellent phone manner, best tasting pizza's, with plenty of choice, including desserts and side orders, good value for money, plenty of toppings, friendly and polite divery drivers, will highly recommend.

Waited for our ice cream for over an hour and the app said it had arrived. Phoned up and they claimed to have phoned us and sent a driver to our door because they didn't have the ice cream. We received no contact, phones were left on and we were watching the door. Ended up getting a refund. Don't think they could have lied more out of their back ends if they tried.

Just had a pizza delivered. No tomato puree on it atall. About 4 pieces of pineapple. It was disgusting. Took it straight back as it was delivered. Manager told me chef was not there. It was complete slop. Manager didnt seem surpries either

Ordered pizza but vegan toppings weren't available. Website didn't update and we weren't told about the issue until we rang up 30 minutes after placing order. Staff had no clue at all. Not offered any money off for completely messing up our evening.

Terrible experience ordered a lunchtime deal, they had no drivers this was fine told them to just cancel theses thing happen however I was still charged. I would of been fine with this if the had given me my refund but 2 months on still no refund. Everytime I ring seem friendly but not really they should learn how the hold button works if im ringing to complain you shouldn't stop to chat about pizza dough from other shops! Don't order from here they will take your money and give you nothing but grief.

Honestly really disappointed in this place. Me and my partner have attempted to order from here on 3 separate occasions without success so today we placed an order at 10:30am for delivery this evening at 6:30pm. The order was accepted almost immediately. I recieved an email to say it had been accepted too. You'd think this would give them enough notice right? Wrong. At 6:05pm I received a phone call to alert me that due to being extremely busy our food was going to be an hour and a half late (again, we gave 8 hours notice, so shouldn't be that difficult to prepare for this). I was given the option to either wait the time or take a refund. I've been working all day and have no food at home so I couldn't afford to not accept the late delivery. Fast forward to 6:30pm and I recieved another phone call to say they'd run out of vegan cheese (both me and my partner are vegan so we couldn't eat anything else on their menu). At this point it's far too late to go to a store and other vegan options are limited or too busy to accept orders. We're now left very hungry with no food and I still haven't even recieved my refund. Papa John's, you're gonna have to think of some way to rectify this situation otherwise you've lost mine and my partners custom for life.

Amazing pizza, great selection of sides and the staff go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I just want to say a massive thank you for your hard work and dedication, especially so during the times we're facing at the moment.

Just had a pizzas delivered they were so good a really good deal with sides and drinks. pizza was so tasty and hot my Grandaughter said she gives her pizza 10 out of 10 so it must be good would recommend papa john's took a bit longer than I expected but was a good pizza

Ordered at 6.45pm, still not arrived at 8.45pm. Emailed and phoned multiple times, but no response it just rings out till cuts me off! I'm annoyed as they got my money through PayPal and now I have wait 20 days for decision. Oh well I was regular but now have lost my custom.

I have ordered the first deals buy 1 get one free big 12" Margaretas very tasty well cooked in a timely fashion. Charged 18 pound for both. Kicks off pizza shop war best pizzas in the cliffs community only one place beats Pappas Jones is Burger Van @hartcliffe community centre Best cheese Burger in&around the Cliffs. Papa John's was a great experience for the walk in order counter.

Fast pizza but manager could do with smiling

Managed to get 3 orders on 3 different days incorrect. Even managed to get the replacement wrong on one occasion. Claim not to have the correct staff to handle complaints or refunds. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

After spending £27 pounds of my hard earned money I was very unimpressed , bland pizzas blands chips , not a touch on dominos,never will be. Was forced to eat a few slices due to being so god damn hungry .

So as usual Dominos patrons we got a papa John's menu in the post and thought that we might as well give them a crack seeing as there was no 50% off at dominos. I wish I hadn't bothered the Pizza was the same quality as a pizza from a JustEat 3am "we're all wasted and the group can't decide between Kebabs Burgers and Pizza" (you all know what I mean) At least the Dominos in Bedmister has good tasting pizza to justify the price tag (although granted Dominos Bedmisters customer service is appalling!) The Papa John's pizza was terrible me and partner got 2 slices in and the rest went in the bin. Credit to the sides they were pretty good, however that might be down to the fact we like Marmite and only a serious spazz could mess up chicken wings! The fact this review is so long should give some idea just how poor this pizza was. I hate waste, especially expensive waste so I couldn't see the harm in giving my Labrador a cheeky slice before it went in the bin.... she sniffed it and after all of the begging decided that after all she wasn't hungry. A Lab. A f*cking Labrador ate less of the pizza than I did. Papa John's you failed. Sincerely Mike.
