Subway in Warwick

Missing my sprite , both sandwich was not toasted and was cold

there was ham in my turkey sub, i don't eat pork. cheese garlic slice was inedible. was missing items also.

2 meal deals, no drinks. No cookies. A bag of crisps missing and half the amount of the cheese balls. £35 I spent on this!!!!!

Not a good shop the meat was very dry and the bread had mold strongly wouldn’t want to go to the shop but fast line and the workers got a attitude

beautifully wrapped - makes all the difference when the sub doesn't leak. and thank you for labelling - avoids the need to open the sub up and figure it out! 😆

Order was wrong, I ordered a BMT not toasted and no cheese, it arrived with cheese and toasted. Not happy about that but the rest of the order was fine.

The driver made me walk 10 minutes to meet him even when I told him I had given the right instructions! Even his app did not let him insert the code because he was not at the delivery adress. I had to walk 10 minutes for him just to then drive to the correct adress and insert the pin. I then had to walk 10 min back with the food getting cold. I’m extremely unhappy

The portion size had become terrible here. I paid £7 for a chicken sandwich and there was barely any chicken in it.

Great choice of lovely fresh food, sub's and salads are all lovely. Cookies and crisps, what more could you want. How about decent tea, coffee and a big choice of pop.

I visited this shop with my family after my short trip to Warwick castle. The staffs are kind and service was great. I ate the Mumbai chicken tikka foot long bread with spicy sauces. It really tastes good.

Food was horrible. Cold, no cheese or salsa on nachos, pretty much no cheese on the CHEESE and garlic slice. Horrible

Sub was missing the cheese and sauce, no apology from store, was told to contact just eat.

Sad to see them closed down. 10/10 on their salad boxes and their subs! Friendly staff

The store has advertisements showing you can claim your points and get a sub. When I went in today, the gentleman serving there says they do not have a scanner to scan the code. Even after I repeatedly said my friend works in subway, so I know we can enter the code manually to the system and claim points, the gentleman got rude and said no, we cant do it in this store! Then why do you have such advertisements in the store at first place? I was so hungry and thought of paying and buying a sub, but after seeing the gentleman’s behaviour, I chose not to! Very bad customer service!!!

Soggy food but what can ya do 👼

Food was horrible, tasted like it had all been left out overnight. Tomatoes were white the mayonnaise tasted funny. Staff wasn’t very polite although it was empty. Overall would not recommend Not wheelchair friendly

The complete wrong order turned up aka I got someone elses order. Delivery driver didn't care and left told me "You handle it". Couldn't get through the store as there telephone line keeps going to an automated message about message "Unable to leave a message" having hang up. Requested a full refund

Needed lunch whilst working. Remembered Subway. Great ham salad sandwich with salad and cheese. Such good value, perfect

Delivery time was changed 3 times. When it eventually arrived the food was disgusting.. I am so disappointed in subway.. The bread was so dry it just crumbled .I wish I had taken pictures to send.. is it your policy to cut a 12" sub in half to make 2 x 6"? I would recommend you look at your staff in this particular branch and the way your food is being represented.. we are shocked ..

didn’t toast sub even though it stated on receipt to be toasted

The food was over an hour late and was cold. We had ordered the food to be toasted. Never again. I had to just wait because there’s no option to cancel. No good at all

So disappointing and annoyed 1 HOUR late! Wasn't allowed to cancel the order afterwards as well! Never happened before with JustEat so disappointing never going to order again! Need to update how you can cancel orders such a waste!

Loos always out off order yet some staff allow certain people to use it

Unfortunately, this store has massively gone downhill over the years. The place is riddled with flies. I've witnessed staff swat a fly away that was walking on somebody's sandwich and didn't offer to replace it. It was still sold to the customer. You have to be very wary of your sandwich as it's being made to ensure a fly doesn't crawl all over it. It's also one of the only spots I've encountered that attempts to refuse salad and sauce on a breakfast sub. Bare in mind, I didn't ask for much, it was onions and tomatoes - two VERY common items found within breakfast sandwiches. They do this despite a sticker on the glass above the salads very clearly stating as many toppings (salads, etc) and sauces as you like free with a six inch / footlong sub. I've been coming to this branch for 10+ years and it's such a shame to see how badly managed it is now. Over the years, many decent staff members have worked here, many managers I've got on well with and even been given free cookies, etc. due to being such a regular customer. However, it is becoming a place I'm very hesitant to purchase food from. Partly due to the cleanliness of the store, and partly due to the unfriendliness of the staff. UPDATE: I forgot to mention the hair that was holding the cheese onto my herbs and cheese bread. They are listed on the participating stores list for certain offers, but refuse to give you the offer.

Waited an hour and half for the food to come

They gave me all the wrong things. Instead of jalapeños in my Nachos they put PICKLE?! The Supremo ended up to just be a sandwich with multiple sauces and tomatoes inside. The only 2 things they got right with my order was a cookie and the drink. DO NOT recommend ordering from Subway

The subs were fine, but the cheese bites werent cooked. It was like they were thawed out and thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds. They arrived soft, wet and room temperature.

Cold food was lovely, but the hot food was barely lukewarm, not very nice at all really

Even I specifically put a note for the driver with the gate code, how to enter in the building, he allegedly rang the intercom for about 10 times...very loud and he wake up my little son who was very poorly all the night until morning...very dissatisfied by the service!!!

Not a great service. I requested for garlic cheese slice and they initially didn't want to give me it on brown bread. Which they said it's their policy. I never heard of that before. Then they put barely any cheese on it. They are also as usual stingy with the salad

The toilet is out of order, the staff (a lady, ) was sitting all the time at a table, talking to somebody over the phone in her language, I presume Pakistani or Indian. Time of doing the review is 11.28 am, 02.01.2023.

Slowest delivery service I have ever had!

All 3 subs were freezing cold. Meatballs were rock solid not even my dog would eat them very poor quality and just looked a complete mess.

Very happy with the delivery and food. The driver was very polite and friendly.

Service was quick, often very quiet. The staff seem nice & helpful. Only negative, toilets were out of order.

We ordered 2 6 inches and 1 footlong. When they arrived, all came as 6 inch. We called the shop and they informed us there was nothing they could do unless we were driving past the shop to collect the other 6 inches… well there was a reason we ordered it for delivery!! Disappointing.

It's OK.. usually looks clean and tidy . Good for a breakfast stop , bacon 6inch and a coffee ☕ for under £3

We ordered an Uber Eats from this Subway to Warwick Hospital and most of our orders were messed up. We ordered a regular and large wedges side and were given two regular instead which was frustrating. On top of this they extremely soggy and cold which is unusual because the Subway isn’t far from the hospital. We also ordered cookies and were missing two with all our deals. Some of us were also missing cheese in our subways. I thought I’d ignore the rumours about the chicken nacho bites not being good, but the rumours are definitely true! They’re soggy and the chicken tastes like plastic. Definitely do not recommend, I had to remove them from my sub. Overall very disappointing as simple items were missed and the food quality was very very poor.

Food was great, hot, plenty of what I asked for, and there was a decent amount of sauce. Only negative being they gave me the wrong, but similar, drink.

The nachos in my order are so stale they went in the bin

Our salad and sauce options were put on the wrong sandwiches. So the one of us who hates spice had theirs covered in Siracha sauce and jalapeños and the one who hates mayo had mayo. Both sandwiches ruined 👎

There were onions in my subway when I specifically only put lettuce in my sub

Only wanted cucumber and lettuce in it but there are peppers and onions in it as well for some reason
