A really nice subway shop near haymarket metro, with all the deals and more. A few tables to eat in. Generally great customer service and the food is always fresh and of great quality. 4/5

Food never came but says delivered

The young man in this shop named Yousuf is very friendly patience and very help full I'm very much impressed with his service

I went 5 minutes after opening time and no one was there. Came back half an hour later and the gentleman informed that he could only give me 3 veggie options because he wasn’t done setting the salad out. He didn’t seem willing to take the time to put out more for me, so I left. The female workers who take afternoon and night shift are always really sweet and accommodating though!

Sandwich was very good however the worker was very rude and impatient, they did not ask if I wanted cheese they just instantly started putting it on when they are supposed to ask if you want cheese and toasted, this could have been a serious incident if I was lactose intolerant. Then coming to pay I asked if I could scan my subcard and asked for a meal deal, which then I got interrupted and was spoken to in a rude manner to ‘scan your card then’ in a raised tone when I only asked about 2 seconds prior.

Very small amount of wedges which were also soggy. And also given the wrong drink.

Ordered my food at 12:00 and watched the estimated time of delivery change as each time frame wasn’t hit. I tried to call repeatedly once an hour had passed but there was no answer. I wanted to request a refund as it was coming close 90 mins and decided to leave it for the time being as couldn’t get through. My delivery came TWO hours after I ordered my food, which at this point I had already ate. The delivery was only accepted because I was in the shower and my house mate was unaware of the situation.

Placed an Order through Deliveroo at 7:50PM since restaurant was stated to close at 9PM. They accepted the order and locked the restaurant behind them, I never got my food. Worst staff I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely disgraceful. Food took 2 hours to be delivered, restaurant didn't answer any of the 10+ calls and when it did finally arrive, they sent the wrong cookies and the food was stone cold! Will not be ordering again!

everything was just abit sad. nd my sandwiches weren’t made correctly nd my nachos weren’t great and they forgot my dips hahahahaa. def wouldn’t order from this subway again😅😅

Please do not use this Subway!! Recently every time I have ordered from here the sandwich is made wrong or completely inedible in rock hard bread! They don’t answer the phone so you can’t speak to them about it and Just Eat do absolutely nothing to help. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else!! Delivery was fine but I was delivered and inedible sandwich.

To echo the previous review - the "Junior" manager here appears to be on some sort of ego trip, refusing to add any or minimal extra salad which I havent encountered in over 20 years of visiting subway, even more comical when you consider the other staff here are very nice and have no problem in adding a little extra. Consider that the cost of an iceberg lettuce is less than £1 and your level of stinginess has caused this review and 1 less customer. Can management please have a word with him please! On top of that the card machine is always "Out of Service" - I'm not gonna say any more about that - but needless to say I'll find myself another subway now.

Oh, where do I even begin with Subway's nachos? I must say, I've had more satisfying portions from a friendly neighbourhood squirrel during a backyard picnic. If you're in the mood for nachos that are priced higher than Elon Musk's rocket fuel but smaller than a crumb, then you've come to the right place! Upon receiving my "nachos" (if I can even call them that without laughing), I couldn't help but wonder if the chef had decided to embrace the philosophy of minimalism to an extreme. It's like they summoned a tiny, starving artist from a remote village in a third-world country to delicately handpick each nacho chip to achieve an unparalleled level of scarcity. Bravo! And oh, the price! I was prepared for a slightly inflated cost, considering Subway's passion for overpricing everything, but I never expected to pay for the honour of experiencing "nano-nachos." They should have a warning sign: "Proceed with Caution - Nachos May Disappear During Consumption." I must say, the hilarity of it all almost made up for the lacklustre taste. Almost. But I digress; let's not venture into the realm of their flavourless cheese and salsa that seemed to have lost its way in the labyrinth of microscopic chips. In conclusion, if you're in dire need of a good laugh and have some extra cash to burn, give Subway's nachos a try. It's a unique experience that will have you questioning the laws of food physics. However, if you're looking for a satisfying, value-packed meal, I suggest you look elsewhere—perhaps under the couch cushions or in the pockets of old jeans. You might just find more nachos there than at Subway. Bon appétit!

Order two sandwiches and both made completely wrong!! One was just plain chicken in bread and the other a breakfast sandwich with southwest sauce and salad! Impossible to get through to the restaurant on the phone and two wastes of sandwiches, if you can even call one a sandwich.

was packaged badly so all the salad was mushed into one corner. I ordered double meat but only a little bit of tuna was on the salad

Gave me meat free meatballs and no sweetcorn. Gave me salt and vinegar crisps, instead of cheese and onion crisps.

Didn’t have any gluten free bread left. Although I appreciated that a salad was made instead, a phone call and notifying would have been nice. Cookie included as a sorry, nice touch but kinda worthless when it can’t be eaten due to an intolerance and on an order with a gluten free request.

Popped in for a foot long. Store and displays were immaculate, and I do mean immaculate. All ingredients were clearly freshly stocked and looked great. Was served immediately by a pleasant dude who followed all handwashing procedure. Great visit all round. Only criticism is that I asked for double tomato and cucumber and he put 8 pieces of each instead of the 'regulation" 12. Not sure if that was a mistake or if the franchisee is telling staff to short salad. Either way., I told him to out more so it wasn't an issue lol

Stood in the store as we speak and the young girl stood behind the stall couldn’t have been more annoyed that me and my boyfriend walked in. Gave us the dirtiest look ever as we walked through to her mate sitting in the corner but then proceeded to not ask if we wanted anything on our subs just stared at me blankly. She continued to talk to her friend as we stood waiting to order going “I’ve got everything to do…” moaning and complaining. If I’m honest I’m abit disgusted to say the least and I will not be going back to this subway. Any man or women walking in together would be asked if they would like to pay together and as she served myself, my boyfriend stood there blankly staring at the oven waiting to order his sandwich. Since getting home we have looked at our sandwiches and they have been absolutely obliterated and it looks more like a piece of roadkill. Not happy at all…thanks Millie 😡

Was ok food but dissapointed that it was cash only and they didnt even have sweetcorn available. I dont normally do this but how can they give us a option of what we want when they dont even have it in there store when every other subway does ?!?!

Well I have had bad experiences here. I have givin them a few chances to be sure. They have got order wrong a few times. They always have stuff not in stock. The staff have been short a couple of times.

Ordered some sandwich & cookie platters from Jordan, he was so helpful. Sandwiches were perfect & ready to be picked up at the exact time I’d ordered for, would definitely recommend ordering from this shop again, can not fault the staff, thanks again

My order was incomplete. I did not receive the meal deal cookie drink or chips which i paid for.

Delivery took way to long, food was cold so it had to be thrown away! Also I was given tang cheese Doritos instead of cool original.

Im a one legged man and the delivery guy refused to bring the food to the door, even though it says on the order the food must be brought to the door, because i cant walk, plus my bottle of cherry coke was missing, plus the attitude of the delivery guy to a disabled man was dispicable

Requested and paid for extra cheese and had to search for any cheese at all. Also no sauce on either

Can’t get through to the store after ringing for hours. Requested something on the notes as no where seems to provide any allergen friendly options and they don’t even bother to read it. What a waste of £6!! Still can’t get in touch to ask about it because no one answers a phone.

Order was not complete. No cheese on my sandwich and was missing other small components such as crispy onions. However was not bad and still very much edible.

Not so much the 5 minute lateness of my order but the fact a delivery driver doesn’t know how to get somewhere… topped with having hot food that I received cold and then receiving the wrong order in my crisps… heads up subway..: walkers ready salted are not the same colour bag as cool original Doritos!! And no one wants to put ready salted crisps on a tuna sub… thanks for ruining my lunch!

They didnt cut my 12 inch sandwich in half 😔

All orders came incorrect, there was missing items from each order missing, either no cheese when this was ordered or wrong meat. Delivery driver was unable to deliver to the appropriate place, even when a note was put on the order as to where to go and numerous phone calls which the driver ended up hanging up on me which resulted in me having to ring back and waste more time waiting around when I should have been at work.

Missing half the items I asked for on it came cold and soggy absolutely embarrassing

Placed an order that had extras such as steak and cheese bite as well as hash browns and don't receive either but get an extra bag of 89p crisps. Doesn't feel like a decent trade honestly.

Usually disappointed with subway salads but thought I’d give it one last shot. Came on time, a couple of minutes early in fact. I held my breath opening up the box, ready for the disappointment but instead I was delightfully surprised. The perfect amount of tuna. I doubled up this time as usually there is no where near enough. However this time i probably didn’t have to double up. Every ingredient was in the box that I’d asked for and the perfect amount of every item requested. The best salad I have ever encountered. Incredible work subway.

I have been at the subway in Ridley place this morning asked them to give me a sandwich with a different cheese but the gave me a wrong chera and when I came back to work to eat my food I've seen it's a wrong chees and when I went back and told them they said we can't do anything about it and I had to leave the food and they didn't even refund the money,😡😡

Ordered a 6” tuna and cheese Italian sandwich and received a toasted bite, not impressed as now I can’t get through to the restaurant to sort it out so have no food and can’t get my money back. Absolutely disgusting how can you even confuse the 2 like the thing I received is tiny!

Really poor customer service, understaff... the girl working spend most of her time complaining coz she had to answer phone or mobile... she was snapping at customers can’t really blame her as there was only two girls on and long line of customers waiting tables were dirty due to being understaff....

I ordered two Gatorades and only one was delivered. I asked the delivery driver and he says he doesn't know what I ordered, he picks up what is there for him.

The staff absolutely didn't care about the order. Was just thrown together, not heated, asked for the premium cheesy garlic bread and got charged for it and it just came cold with out the garlic butter. And still was charged the full whack so I'm defo due money back. Asked for double pickles, got maybe 3 in it. Over all pretty Shan. Arrived in good time. Shame about the food.

i am most disgruntled with my recent order experience. As this order was for a large corporate company we shall not be using your service again - the order was 45 minutes late - the order was placed 2 hours prior to requested delivery time. Furthermore the order that was placed was not the order i received - i requested sandwiches with lettuce only and got all the salad - what would have happened if some one had an allergy? i would be very grateful if someone from management could call me back as this was a substantial order at £44 and i am most dissapaointed.

I ordered Italian herb and cheese bread but it a brought me a plain bread and I didn’t want jalapeños but it had some in and the wrap didn’t hardly had anything in, it was mainly bread

There was no extra cheese, no jalapeños, they didn’t deliver my drink and they sent the wrong crisps. I can’t get hold of them but would like a refund.
