Burger King in Newcastle upon Tyne

Food was nice better than maca dees fries are really nicer burgers are tidy.

Originally stated 24 mins but ended up being 34 mins. However guy delivering the food was polite and helpful

Ordered six chicken nuggets got a burger instead?? Staff aren’t really happy or friendly so I tend the avoid the place.

Ryan was extremely helpful and had great customer service. Food was also fresh and provided with fast service. Will definitely be back as the restaurant was very clean and spacious also.

Worst place ever, drink dispenser was broken and only coke available in other. No salt and pepper. Have to get staff to put in door code to use toilet.

Restaurant so clean and tidy, staff lovely and welcoming. Was served by a lovely young girl called Lucy, service was absolutely amazing and received my food in no time. Brilliant experience, will definitely be returning.

Extremely hate crime happened here. I said I'm allergic to milk but they still give me cheese. There is NO cheese in double whopper but they insist on adding them. It's totally hate crime to people with allergy and I can't trust such discrimination can happen such in public

The food was not delivered the driver sat at the end of the street and did not drop it off and when i rang burger king they did not help

Continuously proves to be the best Burger King in Newcastle. It’s the only place with enough space for you to actually go and get some food sit down and enjoy some peace and quiet. The central station Burger King is constantly full in the event that it’s not full. You have the entirety of the station looking at you trying to eat a burger and the one on Northumberland Street just serve slop I can’t stress how good this Burger King is in comparison

The driver was really disrespectful and kept on raising his voice on me when i just asked him politely to be respectful and to not shout on the phone

Great experience 👍. I was helped with those Machines to put order through. The manager had a smile all the time and was very happy to help. He advised me to get bacon loaded fries which was delicious. Thank for the positive experience. Order came our fast as well

No order delivered, took the money and left before collection the order

The food we received certainly didn't look like the menu photos suggest, the bacon double cheeseburger just looked a mess, it and the chips were cold..to the point you would think it had come from a fridge. Sent it all back to be replaced or reheated, what ever they did.....Great shame as I always rated burger king......We won't be back.

The service and atmosphere really good. The guys working there are attentive and friendly. Very neat toilets and clean everywhere.

Place is quiet, self checkout only on machines, if you go to the counter if any issues prepare to be ignored, foid is ok and fairly quick, signal is poor so delay trying to use phone on self checkouts, should have WiFi as even staff acknowledge poor signal

Absolutely disgraceful I have watched the driver on the map leave the restaurant and go to Eldon Square shopping centre where he has spent more than ten minutes (clearly picking up from another place) then my food is cold when it arrives. Never again

Me and my daughter Pop in here when we go to the cinema nearby in the Gate. The last time the food was fine but the drink choice was limited. My daughter wanted the coke zero but there was only regular coke. She just left it as she wasn't used to the sweetness.

Absolutely fantastic as per, this Burger King stands alone in being the best I’ve been to. The service you receive, especially manager Ryan, is top tier and cannot ask for a better experience

JustEat has said that my order has been delivered. Nothing has arrived. I waited over 2 hours for my order and nothing. I’ve been charged, no refund, no contact from anyone. This is ridiculous! £20+ out of pocket for nothing.

By the end of the day it’s a bit dirty (but that is thanks to all the “people” who eat there) and service had no fizzy drinks but sandwich was alright. So, meh

Ordered a coke. A single coke. Which I have to fill myself. Took over 10 minutes for someone to give me a cup. I could see the cups, it might be the easiest order to put together beyond maybe asking for a ketchup sachet. They’d got the cup ready. And yet it just sat there on the counter, out of reach for me to take it. There were conservatively 10 members of staff. Somehow I couldn’t get a cup delivered mere feet to me. It finally arrived. Was it everything I hoped for? No. Because I had to do that final bit myself at the self serve drinks machine. Not sure this experience was worth £3

They were so busy with deliveries, tbh our order took 5 minutes as well. But they kept apologising and explained me the reason why the food was late so nicely Thank you.

Staff where very rude and acted very childish and laughed at me because i ordered on the burger king app when i asked for my collection order which wasn't done when i arrived for the pick up time over 30mins so they had to hoy it together which was disgusting, whopper burger tasted like it had been boiled in water. Deleted the app and never ordering again.

Delivery has not arrived , I do not have the delivery

The 4 burgers we ordered were very dry and lacked cheese in what yous market as being a cheesy melt burger. A more appropriate marketing title would be more along the lines of powdery dry burger. Plus, we waited an extremely long time to serve our food from time of ordering yet only 3 customers were served food prior to us and we counted 12 members of staff 'working' behind the counter. On a positive note, the fries were fresh and well seasoned. We are so disappointed, even to the extent we won't be visiting BK anytime soon.

Classic BK. Used the phone offer to get a large Whopper meal for £5.99 but a sugar tax was asked for until I said the total price should be what the offer specifies. Also I hadn't even chosen a drink ! The staffer said he'd take off the sugar tax and then gave me an empty cup as you get you own drink away from the counter. So I celebrated with a full strength and sugary Coka-Cola. Ha ! Don't mess with a senior.

The store was incredibly hygienic considering it was a fast food establishment and the service was really officiant. I ordered a halloumi king burger meal along with 20 chilli cheese bites which were all delectable, couldn’t fault it.

Very nice service ngl. It was massive but well maintained. The staff were very helpful, no idea what I was doing with them machine- we had to use them to order but one of the staff helped without me asking. Thanks

Ordered a family party with 20 chilli cheese bites. The 20 chilli cheese bites completely missing. Second time in a row this happens! Food itself tasted quite old, as if kept on a hot plate for a while.

I waited over 15 minutes to pay for an order I placed on the kiosk. One other customer in front of me waited almost 10 minutes before he was served. A member of staff took his payment then walked away from the till leaving me to wait at least another 5 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes to collect my food, 3 staff serving food but none of them had a clue. Finally got my 2 whopper meals and sat down. Self service soft drinks machines were almost empty no cherry coke, no diet, no Fanta zero etc. The only option was full fat coke then I finally sat down my food. The coke was flat, went back up to refill from the other machine all the drinks were flat. Mentioned this to a staff member who got someone else to change the gas which took about 10 minutes and whatever she did with the machine didn't fix the gas issue. We ended up with cold food and flat drinks. We are definitely avoiding this store in the future
