Really nice delivery driver and always reads notes and very early!

Man put cheese in my subway which i didn’t ask for and do not eat. Refused to send me a new sub due to the delivery car breaking and now i can’t even be processed a refund as just eat only responded after 2 days asking for evidence

My order was incorrect never came with no sauce and items were missing first time I have used this and won’t be using again

Good service but food was cold

Food was cold, hash browns and waffle fries under cooked and had the appearance of someone kicking them up and down the street. Extremely disappointed

they didn't deliver my order completely. they are cheat, cookies & crisps from meal were missing. I separately ordered 3 cookies they only gave 1

Food was nice it could have been warm for the meat though, eggs also hash browns as that is what is meant to be warm in a breakfast like footlong.

Ordered a delivery and the food was freezing. In one of the sandwiches it was missing the cheese, so we called up and says politely that that one of the sandwiches was wrong and all the food was freezing, mainly cared about the cheese bites being freezing than the toasted sandwiches. Customers service was not great at all, their time of voice was not professional. They said they put the cheeses in the sandwich and they were going to check the cameras and call us back in 10 mins, which they failed to do and we had to call the back. They says the camera showed them putting cheese in the sandwhich, when clearly in the sandwich was no cheese. We have asked to send them pics, which all they could reply was, we will call you back when our boss comes back from a delivery. Still not call. I know it’s only cheese and the cheese bites but when you spend £40 on sandwiches , I expect it to come how we ordered it or at the very least to get good customer service. The food was cold, one sandwhich had barely any meat. Won’t be ordering again.

Everything was great apart from me not recieving my drink

Ordered every sandwich with cheese on, one with EXTRA cheese. None of the sandwiches had cheese on at all

Really good it is a bit overpriced A 6 inch sandwich is 4.00 (rounded up) But with a deli deal it is 5 pound (rounded down) where you can get a 6 inch sandwich and crisps + drink that I this is sort of overpriced since I could get 50p hot cheetos or takis (from Nisa )+ sandwich for 4 pound. Some people might not like takis or cheetos to be fair but there is some cheap stuff still and I think they should open 8.00am because for me I need to be in school for 8.30am-8.35am and sometimes I need to pick up lunch I don't know about other people. Over all tho subway is really nice and it has lots of options. I would recommend.

I ordered tuna salad but no tuna in salad

We did not recieve one of the footlongs we ordered and are awaiting a refund on the item. That aside, the food was good but unfortunately lukewarm.

Delivered to wrong address, neighbour ended up dropping it round - even after expressing it wasn’t ordered for that address. The address was correct on the delivery address but still delivered to wrong address

Ordered via just eat. Arrived quickly. This is what the Cheesy Garlic Slice looked like though when it turned up. Not even close to the advert. Wrap was nice though.

Forgot the crisps, and no meat was put into the salad.

Great place - my only reservation is my bacon footling ended up costing nearly £9 - I didn't realise the potatoes were extra and not just another filling.

Honestly every time I order from this subway Amie serves me with a great smile and is always happy and the food is always fresh and tastes brilliant 🤩

Initially one sub melt was missing, phoned and they apologised and missing was sent out. Love this subway and first problem we’ve ever had but this was immediately rectified.

Food arrived an hour earlier than the selected time slot. The hot food was cold (pigs in blankets and meatballs on the salad were both stone cold). On top of that, both salads were incredibly meager portions - one of them didn't even have enough to cover the bottom layer of the box, you could literally see the bottom of the box as soon as you opened it. Less than half what we normally get in them! And I paid for double meat and only got single meat - easy to tell with meatballs. It costs an extra £1.29 for double meat so I am not impressed! Worst service I've received in a while, we were really disappointed and considered calling to get our money back in full. It's not always like this though so maybe just a bad day.

Slow service but fresh an tasty food

Had to call to chase as was so late. Was told they were busy but was the fault of just eat as they advise wrong time period!

I was concerned about ordering food to be delivered out in the sticks but this place has been absolutely fantastic.

Will keep this review simple. Lovely staff Fresh food, Plenty of seats, clean toilet. Quick service. Good food. Can't go wrong with a Subway!

Today 19 November 2023 at 13.15 pm I decided to take my children to eat a subway sandwich because it was their first time and they were excited and curious to try the sandwiches first of all as soon as we entered there were two people behind the workbench and none of them bothered to say hello, in fact they looked at us very annoyed one of the workers was a fairly young blonde girl with glasses and as soon as I started asking about the menu she looked at me very badly Every time this girl stuffed the sandwiches and looked at me she used a really rude tone of voice and attitude and spoke in an arrogant and hasty way as if she couldn't wait to send us away, my children and I enjoyed the food but the experience with the staff was shocking. I didn't want to complain because my children were there so I wish anyone who goes there good luck with the staff I have already written a letter of complaint to the Subway General Office in this world there is a lot of anger so let's try to avoid useless situations

Only pop in occasionally, but my half a Hearty Italian is always good.. 👌

I requested to have our subs double heated as was double meats and don’t always heat all the way through. It was the best subway we’ve ever had. Thank you kindly to the staff at subway. Absolutely delicious!

Waste of money food was disgusting

Food took longer than usual, which was not a problem, and I received a lot of apologies when it arrived. The only negative is that the salad was really hot. I burnt my tongue on the cucumber and tomatoes. Im unsure why it was hot at all as it was a wrap.

When I purchased the food it stated 25 mins to 30 mins for delivery. As soon as i placed my order I got a message saying it’s been delayed… it still turned up after the ‘delayed’ time. Food was freezing like it had been sat there for ages. Not happy at all

I didn’t get the order I wanted

It was the first time I had ordered on the app, so when it said to be expected within the next 45 minutes, that’s what I thought it would be, but was happily surprised when it turned up early because I was very hungry! Everything I ordered came, and it was all fresh and my sons sandwich was nice and hot. Will definitely order again.

Always something missing whenever I order from here, don’t bother and just go to a different subway whatever you do

Got the completely wrong food toppings in the meatball sub. I am extremely allergic to olives and they put olives in my sub!

Food was delivered early but items were missing from order. Added additional salami to one sub, that was missing and cookie was missing from meal deal. Crinkle wedges were soggy but subs and nachos were great.

Only used once but had a very nice experience - staff were friendly and welcoming. The dining area was clean and tidy! Food was good and a staff member went out her way to ask if every was alright with our sub when we had finished.

Usually great. I was notified of the delay which was fine but the meat in the steak and cheese sub was massive chunks rather than having a shredded texture like usual. It was so chewy I had to spit the meat out more than twice and then ended up just removing it all to make the sandwich edible. Therefore I spent £20 on a salad sandwich meal deal.... Plus cookies because I had to spend enough for delivery.

We ordered three salads, one was half full, tasted nice but there was nowhere near enough especially compared to the other two. And one had hardly any sauce and too much lettuce so was very dry. Quite disappointing

Cold and the hashbrowns tasted like they gone off

Really good experience. The order was accurate and the food was fresh. Previous comments about gravy spillages were taken on board by the team and this time proper precaution was taken to keep the pot of gravy upright, ensuring no spillages. Very happy customer and will be ordering from again.

Not very warm and some of the meatballs were really hard.

Multiple errors with the order - one salad was missing it's dressing completely. The vegan cheese was on the turkey and bacon salad instead of on the vegan salad! with no grated cheese on the turkey salad. The gravy was spilled into the plastic bag again (third time in a row) making a horrible mess. They sent mountain dew instead of 7up - the extra dips were missing entirely, the salad boxes were less than half filled... problems with this order go on and on. We love to order from here on a regular basis and have been proud to support our local Subway because it used to be amazing, but recent orders over the last month have left us more and more disappointed and I'm honestly getting tired of having to claim refunds for missing items every single time.

So many lettuce and just little bit meat.

Food quality was awful - an item was missing, and the pot of gravy had been put in a bag then tipped sideways, so the gravy just emptied out into the bag (there was plenty of room to stack the gravy upright). The other hot iteams were cold, and the pigs in blankets were just sausages with some bacon next to it rather than wrapped around it. The salad and wedges boxes were only half filled. It was an awful experience, but usually the service is much better so perhaps it was just a bad day.

Very helpful staff rang when something was out of stock to find out what we wanted as replacement, even though we ordered just before closing ! Thank you 😊

I ordered a subway to be delivered to my house. We had two notifications to say it would be delayed. In the end I phoned subway to ask to pick it up instead. I still had to pay the delivery charge. When I collected the food it was f ready and had no apology from the staff members. We buy from here many of times but this time was poor.

I order the food with an origion delivery time of 13.10-13.30, it got to 13.15 and was delayed till 13.35-13.55, it then got to 13.55 and was delayed again to 14.00-14.20. My meal then arrived at 14:10hrs.

Great service but on this occasion I had requested extras which I had paid for but were not put on the sub. The sub contents which was a very minimum amount was all bunched at the fold of the sub and the rest was empty. The actual bread was very dry and definitely past its best.

The food is very nice, however they often are out of stock of the vegetarian options. Wait times vary both for being served and when waiting for it to be grilled.

2 items didn't come with the meal

Usually no complaints however on the meatball sub, several were burnt, hard and inedible which was a shame.

Nice food but sauce was missing from nacho chicken

This is the 3rd time I've ordered because I keep saying it might have changed but every time the food is stone cold, hard and burnt and taste awful.

The food was cold and late, no sauces were delivered that we ordered, no seasoning on the wedges, and the portion sizes were alot smaller than usual.

The food was ok but both of the subs were missing a lot of filling (steak in the one and tuna in the other) 70% of the filling was lettuce. Not happy, I shouldn’t be overpaying for lettuce subways. Would like a refund but I can’t see that happening!

My order was cancelled ONE HOUR after I placed the order, outrageous!!!

Order was cancelled by Subway but Just Eat should have refunded the full cost of the meal and delivery immediately but 2 weeks and 2 emails later I still have nothing, not even a reply.

For those prices I expected some fresh toppings! Olives tasted 3 days old and both sandwiches arrived cold when I wanted them toasted.
