Food is first class good friendly service

Nobody there to start had to bang on the door. Flies on the cheese, chap serving was argumentative and had terrible attitude. Wont go there again...didnt purchase either

Don’t order the vegan cheese if you don’t want dairy it’s contaminated with real stuff and the guy didn’t seem to understand the problem

Same as all the other Subways out there... but it's the healthiest option on the road.

Terrible customer service. I would not recommended ordering from here at all, but particularly if you have any allergies. They contaminated me with gluten which made me very ill and when I called to speak to them, they did not apologise or show any accountability. Disgusting attitude.

Apparently they sell sandwiches, very nice ones. However this isn't an actual subway station so don't go here if your looking to catch a train

Great service, order was correct and no issues.

Ordered on UberEats so probably partly their fault, however we were waiting over an hour and a half for 2 sandwiches due to them not being able to find a driver for our order. When it got to around an hour of waiting I tried to call and had no one answer and then tried to cancel or contact on the app and still couldn’t (which is obviously Uber Eats fault but still) Ended up beginning to walk there from home due to not being able to contact them, and as soon as we left they delivered the food. The food was okay, cold but tasted good.

Shuts 30 minutes before closing time. The picture was 8.35pm. Best avoid head into town one.

The Leatherhead Subway is of the best Subways I have ever been to. This location has an amazing set of staff and management. They’re all wonderful, friendly and efficient and are always working so hard! Even when the store is super busy the quality of the service and the food is always 10/10. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Not too bad for a garage based subway, ingredients are usually fresh and the counter clean and tidy. Never have the bites in stock though 🤔

Woman working there has clearly never made a subway salad. Salad had literally no lettuce and too many gherkins also so much sauce that it felt like eating sauce. And also horrible sub. Where’s the Steak in it??? Tiny row squashed at the front. Also sub tastes like plastic. We always get sub from here never ever been this bad.

Worst experience in a Subway ever. Some of staff members are rude, they don't talk to you at all. I had mine with all the salads, but I could barely see any in my sub. They should replace staff immediately.

Rude, threw the sandwich together then handled money before serving the next customer without changing his gloves. Also cash only. Go elsewhere

Consistently good. The leatherhead esso team are always friendly and welcoming. Bread choice has always been plentiful, salads always fresh. And meats plenty stocked. Highly recommended and all round better than the high street store.

Staff not particularly friendly. It is rare if they have the veggie or vegan patty in. It seems silly to consistently run out and not great for non meat eaters to have such little choice and then that little choice is rarely there. The last time I went the server made no apology they didn't have the patties. Disappointed with the lack of customer service we have received here for 3 years.

Fresh bread, regular subway sandwiches. Fresh and delicious.

Poor communication with customer. Gave me small portion of meat. Smaller than the spoon they using.

Service can be patchy, sometimes really slow. Food as per usual subway. Small area as part of a petrol station shop can get really busy.

Some of the staff cannot speak english; don't understand when you give order, not sure what happened to the very nice polish lady

Waited for 10 minutes from giving order to complete sub. It was only me and two others in the queue. Noone ahead of me in the queue. The server triple checked with me the bread I wanted. They forgot one of the meats in the sub and had to be reminded. The time between toasting and me getting the sub was so long that my sub was cold. Was told they ran out of cranberry sauce so I had to pick something else. Which wasn't true, they just couldn't be bothered to go and get another one from out the back. All the staff need training again on creating the subs and customer service. They also need proper supervision. Avoid this branch and travel a little further to the Subway on Leatherhead highstreet.

First time I ate here I felt slightly ill. Second time I got food poisoning. Clearly there is a hygiene problem. People I have mentioned it to, have felt the same before and I do advise to stay clear of this particular branch. Disgraceful.
