I stop here about twice a month for lunch and have been doing so since it opened a few years ago. Regarding negative reviews, I guess not many take time to say good reviews about a fast food stop! So..the service very much depends who you get! 2 members of staff (one lady been there years and one gent) go above and beyond to help and are fast, efficient and lovely. If you catch the younger lady (not a local accent) then you wait forever, get a rude reply and very much the can't do attitude! Luckily only caught her shift twice! The food service are is kept clean and hygienic with little to no salad items in each others bins like you see in some. Am pleased it is now open longer hours.

2nd class customer is how I felt. Walked after a long drive 🚗 and stood waiting to order. The girl eventualy acknowledged my presence and looked up and in some east European accent stated " You must wait I am doing delveries" WHY open a shop that makes customers wait and wait and then wait till they lose all hope and walk out as I did this is ridiculous and I won't return

Stayed in the Travelodge next door. On New Year’s Eve, I passed and asked the staff member if they were open on New Year’s Day. ‘Yes, 10am’ was the reply. Wandered down at 10.30am… both Burger King and Subway in darkness. Closed. Checked online - New Year’s Day opening times showing as 10am to 5pm. Nope. I wasn’t the only one who turned up. Other customers turning up and leaving too. Had been busy the night before with Deliveroo/Just Eat drivers, so they must be losing ‘post NYE hangover breakfast’ orders by the droves. Can’t recommend as couldn’t eat the food !!!

No me sirvieron, no había nadie allí, así que fui a Greggs a comprar un rollo de salchicha fría. ¿Gracias metro? Estuve esperando allí durante 10 minutos mientras todos se apilaban en Burger King, pensé que iban al metro. . ¡Muy mal!

You'd think in an establishment like this hotel, the restaurant would match... It does not. Food was disappointing, it was also late. Surrounding us were unhappy customers who had all been waiting far too long for their food. All we could hear the staff say around us was "sorry the food is late, it will only be 10 minutes" for it to then take another 30 before it arrives. Apparently there's a great place just 15 mins away, I recommend you go there instead.

Went in to McDonald’s at around 11pm last night, as soon as we walked in one member of staff said “I’m not serving them” loud enough for us to hear. We then stood at the till for a couple of minutes whilst the 6-7 members of staff who were all standing and chatting at the tills all disappeared and pretended to be doing jobs so they couldn’t serve us. They did the exact same thing when another group of customers came in. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Myself and my two daughters came for lunch i can say enough about the staff out of this world ....brilliant customer service and the food was just brilliant....i was so impressed with everything i asked who served and she said her name was cecily ....i will definitely be coming back to this little gem.....

I think this is a shame but it is probably the worst cafe I have ever been to. Firstly the menu is covered in green blobs indicating that the items marked are suitable for vegetarian or vegans this is a choice people make. My partner is gluten intolerant which is a medical condition and there is no mention of it anywhere. We had to ask and the choice for her is miserable. We however ordered our food and waited ages for it. I became aware that they were short staffed but it probably wasn’t helped by one of the team having lunch at 1.30 and another leaving with her coat on not to be seen again. When the food did arrive it was obviously not hot but we had no cutlery, I went to the counter to find that the trays were empty. After eventually finding someone to fill the trays I waited for quite a few minutes before someone came out and said that the cutlery was in the dishwasher and it shouldn’t be long, it was long, at that point we returned the cold food and got a full refund. This is the first time I have ever done that, I’m not normally fussy but this was very poor. The one good thing was the bottle of Fanta.
