Subway in Leicester

Regular customer here as its really close to where I live. Convenient and generally friendly staff.

Normal subway food decent, but terrible staff looked like they are forced to be there.

Cookies are stale and burnt, churro also was chewy

Best place to have a good sub. I have visited this place often. The girl name Drutika is such a good sandwich artist. She helped me to choose a great vegetarian option. she also advice me how I can install subway reward application.

Amazing place to satisfy late night cravings.... Specially when employee named Love is present and serving. He is such humble and easy going chap, I absolutely adore his service and help to choose right subs for Us. Thank you.

I went in on Midnight to have a snack. Ordered for a tuna foot long and Abdullah did an effective job in preparing it quickly as I was in a hurry and he was polite and handled very well.

Went in store to get a footlong veg patty. Placed the order, asked Prabath to wrap it in 2 halves. He refused and said I would have to pay for 2 6 inch if wrapped separately. I go in regular and its always done. He was really awkward, very bad customer service. I ended up leaving without the sub. Never been dealt with like this before. Really disappointed.

Very good subway The staffs are very nice and trained.

Staff needs training. Sub was not prepared properly. Also, cheesy garlic slice was stuffed half. Cheesy bites are waste of money.

Broken Toaster. Ordered on app. 3 days already and Still waiting for a refund. To all- don’t order on app for collection in this store as they run out of stock and most of the time toaster is broken so you never know if your order is ready or not until you visit.

Been here quite a lot and never had service like this, got a foot long and watched the server (abdullah) do less the half a scoop of of the chicken and when we mentioned he claimed there was 2 scoops even though I watched him do less and then continued to give me attitude, terrible service and not worth going to!

I have been a regular customer at this store for the past 6 years, visiting at least 2 to 3 times a week. Every time I walk in, the Subway team, particularly Kokila, Jamila, and Urvashi, greet me with a smile. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and it's always a delight to see them. Despite having other options, I choose to come back to the Sandringham store because of these wonderful ladies. Not only do I always walk away with a great sub, but I also leave with a smile on my face after speaking with them. It just goes to show that people buy from people, and their excellent service makes all the difference. I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10

So I recently visited...Got a veggie patty, been told its now vegan...Asked if its any different to what it usually is...was advised slight difference. It is definately different. Tasted horrible. The bread was gone off for starters. Not fresh at all. It was HARD. one thing I do not understand is..when he was cutting the bread...can he not feel that the bread is rock solid? Staff need to be more attentive. Paying over £6 just for a sub to be dissapointed when I get home is not right! Im going to stop going to subway from now.

I was served by Pavan and he made the Subway with love, by far one of the best Subways I’ve ever had.

Would have given 0 star if I can. Breads are not fresh at all. This happen 2nd time now. Last time before year spoke to manager but they don’t care at all. Tried them after year again but same result. Staff require training on products as well.

This is a Joke shop, refused to accept voucher even though its valid, then became very aggressive and extremely rude, ended up walking out telling the Asian guy who could barely speak English to eat the sub as I'm not paying for it, never again, Subway need to get rid of these people and get there act together, Also messy counters, half the fillings missing

Last 3 times I've been I've not been served, 1ST too EARLY? All the fillings are out but you can't have them for another 10 mins 2ND Sausage still frozen? Last time breads too hot, can't serve you for 20 mins, NOT GOOD ENOUGH

My favourite subway in Leicester the staff put care and effort into making the sandwiches and to make sure its how you want it. They work the best deal for you aswell.

Tuna sub was nice, bread tasted fresh.

One of the cleanest subways ive been too also very very polite people always changing gloves .. i love the people here although do not get confused with the bp workers they are not quite so pleasant

Good selection of freshly made warm vegetable patty or vegan rolls with a very good selection of toppings and sauces. Yummy! Selection of meaty fillings also available.

Bad customer services on night. They have to do something about it.

Very much dissatisfied service People who make subway is completely untrained and don’t know how to make sandwiches. Even after so much of instructions they don’t put stuff in it. I have attached picture simple veg subway they don’t even put salads after instructed it is so annoying when you get kind of food after spending £5.60 for just veg salad no jalapeños no sweet corn no spinach and many more things are missing. Would like to go to subway franchise and tell them to train the staff. I don’t want to give even a single star but there isn’t any option for minus ratings.

Generally ok but yesterday they were not working efficiently. Staff moving customers along counter too fast, not allowing social distancing. No apology when I pointed it out. Seemed surprised at my observation 🤷🏾‍♀️

Went to try the new vegan meatball marinara sub, service is brilliant they are friendly and fast.

This place is great and the sandwiches are great. Late night could be a problem sometimes in regards to waiting but cant complain

24 hours open always stops here for midnight carving. Gave 4 stars because of veggie patty discontinued from menu.please bring it back

Standard subway. Not usually a wait. Not happy that they charge 5p for a bag when no other subway does.
