Weekend staff have attitude they behave disgusting and refused to scan my code very disappointing roopa the manager sort your staff out seriously

My one of the takeaway. Love it.

Raw food (potatoes) , dirty shop and hair in nachos. The entire order went in the bin.. Never again

Could do with a toilet but other than that good.

I normally visit this subway but on this occasion I was very disappointed. I bought 2 footling but the staff didn't recommended the offer on the 6 inch. Also I asked for big bombay but the staff started off asking what I want in it. Needs staff training.

Best one because this branch is HALAL and the people serving are really polite and quick

2 stars only because the lads in there do a proper job. There's a specific woman who works in there which is very rude and clearly cutting corners. I've been ordering the V.I.Brie for the last 2 weeks regularly, I remember one of the lads 2 weeks ago explaining to another how to make the V.I.Brie and there should be 12 pieces of turkey in it. I watched this lady only put 7 and when challenged about it her attitude was I know how to do my job rather than accepting she made a mistake, I could tell the other workers didn't agree and one of them took over. Nonetheless I continued with my order paid and knew I'd come home and wrote you a review. 👍

This Subway branch has been here for over 20 years with fresh food.and great service.

They rush the making of a subway just dashing the veg on there and not even putting the meatballs in properly absolutely disgusting who ever worked on the 21st September 2024 19:00 shift needs to be fired or trained to the standard

Best for a healthier option in a sandwich, and then some.

Very cold food. Chicken teriyaki practically frozen. Small portions of meat, 90% salad. Previous order took my money from UberEats and did not deliver the food, despite the worker answering the phone claiming was out for delivery. Made order 30 mins before closing. This time round , food came but so cold and awful portions. It likely depends on which worker is there at the time, last two times have been awful.

In a very busy area with not much parking Decent side store tho for the location and it’s very clean Staff where friendly and helpful Food was decent. Tbh what you would expect from a subway. Haven’t been to many that are rubbish Keep up the good work guys

Tried to go in today at 9.45pm. Closing time clearly states 10pm and they turned around 5 of us away saying they were closed already!? 15 minutes before the closing time?

I've not had a subway for a long time but enjoyed every inch of a footlong sub

Food is amazing and so is the service but it’s a little cramped up in there , lack of space when the shop is busy.

Service was underwhelming! Wasn't asked which bread I would like also was not told the ingredients which would be in my big cheese steak and to top it off they didn't even ask me if I wanted it toasted or not so they left it so. The two staff members today 02/02/24 @ 18.00 didn't care for my family as customers here at this location. I will still to city centre as they are really informative and customer caring. Rather than feeling like a treat felt like we bothered them by entering the establishment very gutted today

Cannot read simple ingredients for a sandwich. Ordered double ham, lettuce and cucumber. Received no double meat, god knows what the meat was and cheese, which I can't eat. Staff tried to tell me that's what their ham looks like because it's halal. I order from here most weeks and it's normally good, but whatever was on that sandwich was not ham, unless it's extremely gone off. Weird, pale grey colour. Whole thing had to go in the bin.

We placed an order online, it was confirmed and they took payment too. After going to collect the staff said the store is closed and the order wasn't accepted (but they took the money). Absolutely useless, wasted our time.

Slightly below average Subway, the shop is quite cramped. Service staff were dismissive and uninterested during my last visit. The subs were decent despite the low level of service.

Excellent food and friendly staff

I used to visit this subway when they were run by twin brothers and one of the petite staff. Until the staff was replaced by female staff. they are a bit strange and unfriendly.

This store doesn't participate in the offers on the Subway app, also they tell you it's £18 for 3 footlongs but on the receipt it says £15 for three footlongs and they add the additional £3 as "sides" on receipt.

I will highly recommend this subway, and it is حلال

Overall I had a good experience. Sub was good and nachos are good as well. Not like other subways wer u just get 1 scoop of salsa.

Heard a advert for pigs in blankets sub but my local didn't have it!!

Very poor service,waited ten minutes before my sub was made,staff member did not change gloves after handling non veg products and no greetings from any member of staff.

Deeply disappointed with latest order. Sub was poorly put together with the fillings falling out all over the place. Order took close to 2hrs to arrive.

Never had any issues with this Subway store. It’s the closest one and I order ahead most of the time with app. They’re always on time! They did get it wrong once because of some confusion over the order but they corrected it quickly! Great customer service

Food was very nice, the assistant was not friendly at all. Very blunt, no smile on her face. Didn’t even say hello. I asked for her name and she said it was (Geeta/Gita) I kindly asked if she would wrap my subs individually as this is never an issue normally but she refused to do it. Definitely think she needs some more training or a different job.

Great service, just a real shame that they don't participate in the best offers on the subway app, they simply say we're not doing that offer. Check before you go to this branch if they will let you redeem offers. Real shame as the staff and service is good.

This subway was just declious as hell.

Absolutely waste of time, i would give them negative 10 star if i could. Called them up as they delivered incorrect food, chap could hardly speak English and had audacity to claim it is the driver fault, which it is but surly they are responsible, tut tut, shame on you for poor cust serv.

July 4th - Great service! Two guys' on shift were super polite and accommodating. Wore masks and changed their gloves super frequently, so all is good!

Its covid 19 and there's no social distance its says by the window of sub way 2 people allowed in at a time and there's 15 people inside what happens to social distancing

Nice convenient location and it's also halal so caters for all if going for meat options.

They forgot the hash browns and I had to ask for double cheese 3 times. They toasted it and still hadn't put double cheese on there! So they had to toast it a second time... But they did forget to charge me for the cookies so I'll give them 3*.

WORST SUBWAY EVER - the Indian woman who works on the counter is just sad. Paying £6.50 for a footlong sub and asked her to wrap the 6inchs separately, she replies and tells me she counts the papers. If I wanted that service, I would have to pay for two 6 inches separately. STAY AWAY, DIABOLIC. SAD SAD PERSON.

Always come here for a quick bite or when I am eating healthy. The staff are very friendly. Subway is always improving their services and always adding new items on the menu.
