There’s a young lad who works here Cyrus I believe his name is, I came in this evening with my partner to grab something to eat, and I’m use to a bad experience from this place but this lad was lovely friendly and very patient, he made our food perfectly and tasted fantastic too, even went out of his way to check for more turkey when I asked, couldn’t have asked for a better service.

No interest towards the customer wearing amazon logo black jacket while working on subway. Dude he wasn't showing any interest to working there chatting and making fun with his colleagues. Why company don't provide any feedback to these members of staff don't know. Awful experience.

Ordered lunch for me and my family (4 adults and 2 children) waited an hour and a half for the food to arrive. Had so many missing items from our order 2x Pepsi bottles, 2x fruit shoot, 2 cookies, box of nachos and every foot long had the wrong bread and no cheese on!!! Seems like no effort or care was taken in to making the food, perhaps they were busy but we would have preferred our order cancelled if they couldn’t coped and then I could have spend my £60 elsewhere and had a half decent meal.

What a awful place the eastern european member of staff tallish woman was shouting at delivery drivers that orders were not ready it was so rude situation.I was shocked somebody in Subway needs to give this lady some serious feedback.These drivers looked as shocked and surprised as me avoid avoid due to staff bad attitudes.

Sub had barely any cheese, none of the salad I requested, wrong crisps and missing cookie. The ONLY thing they got right was the drink. Tried to call to rectify the issues, but the telephone number listed for the branch (and the BK next door as I guess the franchisees are the same person) is wrong. And the subway national website? Contact us page is broken. Complete scam... stay clear

I’ve had a lot better and a lot worse….. the restaurant is large open and clean, the staff are friendly, but service is slow. The food was a small portion and was a little inconsistent in the way it was cooked…. Sausages both totally different, one burnt and the other a little under (but ok to eat) Toast was a little soggy. Mushroom was cold and very watery. Egg a little rubbery. Beans OK (but you can’t really get beans wrong) Bacon good. Hashbrowns over cooked. For the price and other available places locally, I’d only recommend if you are already in Sainsbury’s, don’t make a special trip. Better local options are Spoons and Tesco.

Ordered a takeaway for my 60th birthday. The most awful Chinese I’ve ever had. One of the dishes was supposed to be duck in plum sauce. I think it was chicken and was covered in soft batter. It had been microwaved and was so soggy. Avoid this Chinese at all cost

We ordered two large pizzas including a half and half. When delivered, the one half of the order was wrong. We called the store, was told a replacement would be made and sent out, but we had to keep the 'wrong half' to return to the delivery driver. Half an hour later we called again to be told our pizza was with the driver for delivery. By this time everyone else other than my partner had eaten...she was still waiting. Half an hour later we called again to be told it was still out with the driver. I asked if we could eat the 'wrong half' and was told no. The guy on the phone couldn't have cared less. He blamed it on new staff and actually said 'why are you blaming me, you do know I'm not actually Papa John'! The driver arrived as we were on the phone an hour and 15 minutes after the original delivery. And he didn't even want the 'wrong half' back!! Shame as it's great pizza when they get it right but the service and urgency to put mistakes right is lousy.
