Went for sandwich lunch. Long wait line as usual with only one member of staff who was polite, but struggling to keep up. Had only one choice for bread. Customers after me were told that the store would close at 1pm so the single member of staff could cook some more. I asked her why she was alone. She told me that the manager was due to come an hour before but had decided not to come to work that day. My experience has been similar each time, long wait lines due to too few staff. Clearly badly managed.

I came in on 29/2/24 and was served by the loveliest lady called Nicole. She was very friendly, very chatty and it was probably the best service I’ve ever had at subway and I go to subway a lot!! I only got a salad but it was absolutely lovely! Thank you very much Nicole xx

I have eaten at Subway several times and I’ve been served by Sebim a nice person very polite and friendly .I m going to get some food the other day around 6.30 pm and there was a girl coulda’t remember her name. I asked politely if she still takes orders and she was very rude ignoring me and making me to wait several minutes on front of the till and complaining that she works by herself and is very late to take my order. 2 subs doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete. I understand that she is working by herself and is hard but there is a way to deal with your customers and not leaving them with a bitter taste.

I was the only customer when i arrived at 5.30pm on Monday 5th Feb 2024. Waited for the assistant to finish counting the crisps out the front. She then finally acknowledged me and said it was "going to be a while" before she would serve me as she was doing her crisp stock count. Really! Crappy customer service. Won't bother going there again.

always friendly staff, apart from once when one of the employees forgot the bacon and put it on after it was toasted so it tasted abit funny, but overall it’s a good spot to get a quick bite

Awful service, waited over 5 minutes to start to be served, when the two young ladies just did everything very slowly and chatted. When ordering my food the young lady took no care and didn’t listen, to the point that she ruined the sandwich by drowning it in sauce when I only asked for a tiny amount. Terrible, I would avoid this place at all costs. Also noticed other customers after me having to wait while they prepared orders for Uber instead of serving customers waiting.

This subway is in a garage. Don't let that put you off - it's everything you'd expect from a subway without the seating area. Had several good subs from there.

Me and my friends made an order from this domino’s and what a disappointment. Poor quality food and late delivery. Called up numerous times and finally got through and spoke to a rude unhelpful manager. I think this store needs new management. The attitude on the staff and their lack of customer service needs looking into.

Admittedly it was busy this evening but the staff on the counter were just terrible. They were bagging up food almost ten minutes before they were actually calling people so that by the time you got it everything was cold. The drinks had been made up ages in advance. I get trying to get ahead but not when they’re sitting there for 15-20 minutes at time. Why not get those people off the drinks counter and serving the food! The screen letting you know food was ready didn’t seem to be working properly. After waiting for 20 minutes for my number to come up, it finally did for it then to disappear completely from the screen before my order was called along with several others, causing confusion amongst lots of people waiting. It was chaos, the people on the counter didn’t seem to have a clue and were too busy flirting to actually try and clear the back log. After a 5 hour drive I just wanted a quick hot meal, should’ve gone to the Beefeater over the road. Hugely disappointed, won’t go back

Disgusting, like beyond disgusting the worst Chinese I have ever eaten the beef was beyond palatable, the prawns in bland runny chow mein were raw. Physically made myself sick to get rid of them thro fear of poisoning. Calling tomorrow for refund yuk yuk yuk avoid at all costs ! Oh and to top it off massively over priced!
