Wild Bean Cafe in East Hampshire

Admittedly it was busy this evening but the staff on the counter were just terrible. They were bagging up food almost ten minutes before they were actually calling people so that by the time you got it everything was cold. The drinks had been made up ages in advance. I get trying to get ahead but not when they’re sitting there for 15-20 minutes at time. Why not get those people off the drinks counter and serving the food! The screen letting you know food was ready didn’t seem to be working properly. After waiting for 20 minutes for my number to come up, it finally did for it then to disappear completely from the screen before my order was called along with several others, causing confusion amongst lots of people waiting. It was chaos, the people on the counter didn’t seem to have a clue and were too busy flirting to actually try and clear the back log. After a 5 hour drive I just wanted a quick hot meal, should’ve gone to the Beefeater over the road. Hugely disappointed, won’t go back

Me and my partner went into eat in mcdonalds Petersfield and we already ordered and the order took ages for it to come to our table once it arrived it was cold and it was sent back to them as it was cold and we received the a cold one again we was not very happy with the food we got.

I don't know I you can tell by the photo, but cheese bites had been cooked to long so the cheese leek out , as when me the customer when to eat my meal, the cheese was not there. But you think they would of done something bout this. Awere hard earn money for this. Rubbish. A monkey wud do better. I'm a chef and normally don't review or rant or complain about must mistakes IV seen. But my cheese bites , which is impossible to mess up . Just so very disappointed that, they think this ok to service for awere hard earn money. On the bright side the other 4 burgers were normal delicious but still missing my cheese bites , (crys)

Whilst eating our lunch in the car park we saw three enormous rats in the shrubbery and brazenly sniffing around the bins. Totally grossed out and couldn't finish our meals. Really worried about disease now, I know you can get plague from them but can you get rabies from rats? Don't go to Petersfield McDonalds until they have the pest controllers in. Personally we won't ever go back, totally traumatised and disgusted.

1) Whilst we waited in the queue i was a tad put off watching a server keep wiping his eyes with his hands and scratching the side of his head, ---YUK 2) A large area of the floor was awash with urine around the toilet pan in the disabled toilet also it was on the seat rendering this toilet unfit to use 3) The WC in the gents toilet had a cardboard centre from a toilet roll on the floor among scraps of toilet tissue lying in the rear corner the only way this could have happened is that the last staff member that fitted a new roll to the dispenser could not be bothered to clear up afterwards

So, I am a regular to the ‘McDonald’s’ chain restaurants, but this stood out for a bad reason! It all started as we drove up to the drive through window where we were greeted with a blunt and rude worker! After being reflected from various offers such as the McFlurrys, milkshakes, cheese bites and even ketchup! We all found something on the distantly places menu to eat! When collecting the food we asked for some sauces for the chicken selects and we’re not so kindly turned down! After driving off from the establishment we tucked into our out waited meal, that outweighed the banking accounts as well as our expectations, only to find that on my FIVE chicken select meal there were only FOUR selects in the cramped box! With no sauce provided this left for a rather unpleasant eating experience, due to the dry texture of the highly anticipated ‘chicken’! We then proceeded to tuck into a ‘chicken legend’ that, to my disgrace, lacked mayonnaise and other sauces in the description! Also leaving him with a unpleasant eating experience! I wish I could say finally, but this isn’t isn’t even the penultimate issue: my friends ‘chicken legend’ (a different friend!) was shocked to be delivered a unbunned burger! I call that a chicken not so legend! We’re now coming up to our penultimate point and it’s a big one! One of my friends ordered a ‘cheese burger’ however we failed to revive the goods, and finally this is also the same for one of our ‘diet cokes’! So I will clearly suggest that Ronald McDonald has a word with his staff, and puts some stars on their badges! After all customer service is key in this day and age! Overall the lesson to be learnt here is: GO TO KFC! Where you will revive a at least full burger and have the options for further dips and iced goods! I hope you all take this into consideration when pulling up with high expectations for this low working establishment that so boldly claims it’s high standards that have been rapidly demoralised by this shameful experience we have received!

Walked over from the Premier Inn to have basic burger meal in the evening. Ordered on the computer terminal in the restaurant; amazed to find that it accepted our promotional vouchers cut out from Metro paper, although these say no drive-thru validity.No problem at all, different from bad experiences in these Reviews. Followed up our burgers with ice cream enriched with Cadbury choc flake.Very handy for Premier hotel patrons who do not want Beefeater meal on the same site. My wife obtained a free bag of ice here for cooling our milk and drinks in the hotel room - nice gesture by MacD.

After a long drive we wanted to stop for breakfast - queued for ten minutes in the drive through to be told they had run out of breakfasts !!! What a joke.

Midweek visit around 10pm. Called in for late meal during road journey. Food not particularly hot. Dirty tray, dirty tables, food residues on chairs, food on the floor, waste bin rammed full. There was a guy walking around with a cloth and a spray bottle but he seemed not to see what needed doing. Place was very busy with drive through business. Management could do with a wake up. And - that incessant peeping and beeping from the kitchen. It goes on and on. How do staff keep their sanity. Wont be back here next time I am passing.

Slow and uncaring staff, spent a lot of time shouting at one another and not paying attention to the customers. Car park strewn with litter. Not recommended

This resturant is terrible, I live local and I dont think they've ever got an order correct. Feeble amount of cold chips and they're always asking you to park up! Seriously poor.

On arrival you have to fight for a parking place, once inside either the self service machines or order at the counter. Food is the same as every other McDonald’s. Generally good experience there, but if you order a cheese and bacon flatbread and just want the cheese variant they pull the bacon out..... should really make it fresh, so tell them what you want.Good for a quick visit.

Nowhere to park either on the forecourt or the main car park. Only one toilet, which considering this is a busy place on the A3 is pretty bad. The gents toilet had NO HAND WASHING FACILITIES. Is that even legal?

Very rude staff, poor service. Nothing more to say but would most certainly not recommended. Other than that, food choice isn't bad for a stop over.

Nos alojamos en el Premier Inn que está justo enfrente de la estación de gasolina con el Wild Bean. Decidimos tomar el desayuno aquí. Yo tenía un rollo de salchichas deliciosas y mi pareja tenía un precioso huevo y bacon bap. No hay ningún sitio para sentarse y comer. Pero como estábamos en la carretera nos comer nuestra comida sentado fuera del hotel en el sol. Muy agradable.

Called into the Petersfield Wild Bean "cafe" expecting to find a CAFE. However, it turned out to be take-away only. To me, calling it a cafe when there are not actually any facilities for sitting and eating the food is totally misleading.
