Restaurant busy, burgers lukewarm, staff not helpful when I missed one item off a large order

Apparently open 24/7, drive through and insise closed.

Very slow at the drive thru, thought maybe they were catching the cows

It is what it is....fast food and great filler !

Went in with a big order and they forgot 1/4 of the order. Including all the fries. Check your bags even if it takes time. They didn’t even offer a free burger as apology unqualified manager just said drive the 30 mins back and we will give you the stuff you paid for earlier that we couldn’t manage to pack in the bag for you and your kids couldn’t eat with their meal. (The ones that got a meal) this is the worst McDonald’s on the planet trust me

30-minute turn around to get the food, but they were extremely busy. With driver though and foot fall customer's.

Long wait for dolls house sized burgers. Why did I bother?

Food was very disappointing, not bad per sé just disappointing... My cashier Rachel happily cleared a table for myself and my friends to sit at - was very impressed by the quality of service and the response to how busy it was. My order consisted of a Big Mac meal and quite frankly I've never had such an underwhelming burger, fries were fab however 👍

So so slow - always getting orders wrong.

Burger looked like set of stairs

This McDonald’s is next to a lovely small green setting with a huge tree. Very nice. The fries were very hot. The only part that let this restaurant down, was the litter outside spoiling the lovely setting. Needs clearing up.

Found a thick greesy hair in my child's food after having to wait another 12 mins because they forgot her meal the staff were out right rude and there was rubbish overflowing from the bins Would NOT recommend

10 past midnight, and the entire place is closed! Employees hanging around inside and shaking their heads and tell nothing! Awful service!

It's nice that we could eat the food outside the car, in the fresh air, at cool tables.

Below average. Slow service. Things are always missed including napkins and condiments. Sometimes food is cold. They never add ice in drinks. Restaurant is always dirty with rubbish and leftovers covering all tables and floor. Also, they falsely advertise they are 24/7 when very often at night the restaurant decides to close down.

Petersfield - Winchester Road : first visit through drive through. I realised rather late I can use the mcdonald’s app, Leon at the counter helped me to order my food on my app and he was an absolutely amazing guy. Took time to explain me how to use the app, apologies for the slowness of the app and was very confident and professional. He made my visit a great one. Thanks Leon.

Overall, fast service, food was tasty, but they forgot the bacon in my burger.

For a 24 hour restaurant it's never open after 23:00, have arrived on multiple occasions just to find that despite saying it's 24 hour it is closed.

Sat in the car park for ages waiting for our food, 5+ orders went out for home delivery. Before we got ours as well as loads of drive throughs

Our nearest McDonald's and we use it for the drive thru mostly. It's 50:50 whether the queue is very slow (I have been stuck there 20 mins) or they don't have what we want, or the quality is poor, ie bun looks like some of it is missing. Occasionally we like a makkies breakfast, so we keep using this branch in the hope we catch them on a good day when everything works. Sometimes we're lucky.

Great staff Burger acceptable.. Served with prematurely cooked chips !! COLD AND DISAPPOINTED ☹️ Ruined the meal. Certainly won’t be returning customer.

It's maccys! You get what you get and usually it's the same in every franchise. No complaints

Half the restaurant was closed, with no clear reason. The half that remained was covered in rubbish. The bins were not being emptied and tables not cleaned.

It's a McDonald's - food is what you'd expect, location is nicer than many.

I received the wrong meal and when my meal arrived it was cold

Hottest day of the year, so far and yet again.... Their Ice-cream machine and Milkshake machine isn't working... Don't advise McFlurrys, then .... You seemed to be thicker than your milkshakes .. With all your millions ££££s and you can't buy or sort out a decent machine..... Didn't bother getting anything in the end. Staff member didn't even apologise..

V.slow service, despite the screen saying 'Order ready for collection', then I had to wait 10mins more! Good food, they just need to display correction information.

Quick and easy. Good value, service and food. Good location, easy access,plenty of parking.

After ordering my food at 22:22 I was made to wait until nearly 23:00 before my driver told me that they needed the house number which I sent them and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t find the house in which I offered to stand outside. After no reply since then I got a message that the delivery had been confirmed and delivered after receiving nothing I sent a call and only got the message that all steps had been followed. I hope you enjoy my meal

An OK store, a little rundown feeling and not the cleanest but it's a McDonald's

I have never seen a grilled chicken salad like the one I got today, boiled chicken breast, one cucumber slice, 2 slices of tomatoes on a bed of almost wilted lettuce! No dressing, this is bad.

This Hass to be the worst McDonald’s! I waited 10 minutes in the drive-through queue for my food only to pay for it and for it to be completely cold.

Slow service, missing items, incorrect orders, hour long wait times in the drive through due to serious under staffing. This is truly one of the worst McDonalds branches I have ever been to, and it's been this way for years and hears. Avoid like the plague.

My first visit to a drive-thru. Inside you order via a touch screen and if you choose to eat inside you have to choose your table at point of sale . My order was a bacon roll and ketchup and had to remove the ketchup at payment. White coffee finished the order at £5.85. Arrived quickly and was piping hot. No complaint. Except maybe the stark plastic seating, no atmosphere. I read a couple of pages then continued my journey to Utila bowl

Ordered through drive, they made sure had fresh hot chips. So good job. Bumped into harry and said hello

Clean, tidy and quick service. Fantastic lady working the table area wa a complete diamond asking how the food was and clearing the table for us. A++ for service.

I personally could not rate thus McDonald's enough. Well organised and happy to help. Nothing was ah issue. Judith on table service was amazing and certainly helped us where possible

Outrageous! I’ve have never been to a fast food restaurant where I have actually walked out before ordering before. First of all the self service did not accept payment then which we went to the till to pay for the order. We waited at the till for 10 minutes without being served, there was no one on the till and we caught the eye of multiple staff member some of which were just standing around chatting. I wouldn’t say the restaurant was very busy at least not peak time busy. One member of staff which I presume was a team leader by the uniform he was wearing, mocked another staff member it was absolutely disgraceful! That was the point we had enough.

Stopped at this services on the way to the coast. I have not eaten in a McDonald's for a few years. The restaurant was clean and well laid out with ample seating. We ordered online to collect in-store. I went in to collect. The collection monitor was not working so you had no idea how you order was doing. The assistant placed a meal on the counter and walked off, I walked forward and caught another assistants eye and asked if that was my food, he checked and said "oh yes, sorry" The food was hot, however both the hamburger and the chicken burger were squashed. All I can say is it filled a gap. The carpark is small and compact but it does have a drive through. Handy place to stop if you need a rest stop as more reasonable and cleaner than the Petrol Garage Services.

Toilets were all shut. Tabs weren't working.

It's Macdonalds, kids love it, I try to avoid it.

Ok , basically , the coffee was dishwater , the toilets were filthy , the staff were standing without much going on , the tables were un wiped and the drive through looked like it had priority , shan't be returning .

This has to be the worst mcdonald's in the country no matter when you go in half the menu is never available the waite time for the food to be served is ridiculous and if you customise your order the staff go into melt down and the delivery time is even longer this place is a complete joke

Car park gets very busy and spaces are not ideal as they change size as you get further back. Restaurant itself is fine. Busy but still less than 5 mins wait.

Incredibly long wait for the most simple of orders, very disorganised behind the counter and once the orders did arrive they were incorrect.

Terrible, bought the new vegan burger and all I got was a salad roll. When I complained I was told " you need to come back tonight to get a refund"

if you go through the drive through is very slow at times and the burgers are hit and miss same with the fries. go in and its try and find a clean table and the toilets seriously need a look at.

Poor customer service today. It seems that it's a too much of an early start for the server today.

This McDonalds wants to get its act in order. Very Rudely told cannot give order at counter only touch screen, also no table service given. Why only franchise that doesn't. DIRTY IN AFTERNOONS, EVENING.

Very slow service, over 10 minutes for a breakfast wrap which was good tho would of been lovely if the bacon was there but was missing!! But it was not busy and going inside to order was a mistake as drive through were apparently a priority as rushed tho and the few inside left waiting and no apology for it taking so long a very casual attitude seemingly

For years now we keep trying this branch again and again cause they’re the closest to where we live. But sadly both burgers and fries are always stale, dry and horrible as if it’s been re-heated multiple times, even when you do a custom burger so it has to be made to order. Any other McDonald’s will serve exponentially better tasting food. If you’re craving McDonald’s, an extra 15-30 minutes drive to Chichester is worth it every time.

Bleepers of various types have been going off almost the entire time I have been in here. It's not very relaxing!

McDonalds located alongside the A3 near Petersfield. The Drive-Thru is fast, and the food was of excellent quality. Molly was very polite and informative. Keep up the good work.

Walked into a mess at 8.30 on a Friday night. Tables covered with empty food container, dirty floors. All the bins were full to overflowing so nowhere for people to empty their trays if they wanted to. Asked if anyone could clear the rubbish and was told, by an employee, there isn't anyone there to do it in the most smug, disrespectful manner. Waited nearly fifteen minutes for food, which then was nearly cold. Will not be visiting again, disgusting.

An average run of the mill Mac D Given the wrong order first... Long wait for the correct order, which was served with lukewarm chips and burger Bit of a shame, really, as we were a bit chilly after a rather wet ride around the back roads of Hampshire 🤷

Waited to be 'noticed' at the till, told to use the screen to order. No condiments available, had to wait to be noticed at the till again and 'order' condiments from the staff member.

Saturday evening, so was expecting it to be very busy. Was pleasantly surprised to find it busy, but not overwhelming. Placed customised order on the interactive board. Staff were efficient, calm and very much in control of the situation. Food arrived quickly, hot and best of all, no mistakes!!
