Don't order for delivery always cold. They take on multiple drops. Stone cold by the time you get delivery people don't care and rude.

was a horrific experience. Waited a hour for our food then we had to go collect it when we ordered table service. Then didn’t give us any of the dips we purchased and forgot the milkshake. Food was cold and dry don’t recommended going here ever I would of rather starved

Visit regularly on Saturday before 8am always takes over 10 mins for a single McMuffin meal despite being dead. It’s supposed to be fast food!!

Place is so dirty. Bins are overflowing with rubbish. Service is so poor. Waiting time is almost 30minutes. Rubbish all over the floor. Tables are not cleared, cleaned and sanitised. Disgusting to be honest!

Sadly, the worst McDonald's I have been to. I am local to it and use it regularly. However, food presentation is hit and miss, wait time to order at the drive-through can be quite long, staff generally seem unhappy.

The food is astonishing honestly you need to try it the milkshakes are absolutely fantastic clean and enough for everyone to enjoy a day there or if you want breakfast just order using the mechines in the McDonald's building

me and my friends have been here the past two nights around 12-2am after our shifts. i don't usually write reviews, but the curly-haired woman who we’ve had serving us has been amazing! super friendly, efficient and overall just great at her job! the food was great too. thank you girly 🫶🏻

McDonald’s so what do you expect, was busy tables weren’t very clean and to be honest this place could do with a refurb

It's as good a McDonald's as any other. Just disrespected by some of the younger (children) clientele who created an unpleasant atmosphere. That said, one's expectations are of fast food, so a culinary feast in a refined setting would be misplaced.

Absolutely fed up of the drive through. I don't know how many times I've come away asking...is that everything? Bored nod...to come home and have something missing. Today it was two raspberry and white chocolate pies. I can only advise people to go through the bag before driving away. Terrible service!!!

Almost never leave a google review but this was far and away the best quality food I’ve ever had from McDonalds. The drive thru queue was horrendous so parked up and walked in to order the food. Fries were hot and crispy and actually cooked, unlike most busy restaurants that seem to rush them out of the fryers anemic and not crisp. Nuggets were great, also hot and crispy. The burgers all had a generous amount of pickles as per the request for extra pickles and even the buns had a lovely golden brown colour and sheen to them. Felt like the McDonald’s you grow up having and long for every time you visit that generally leaves you disappointed, but this was generally incredible. The place was heaving and obviously being half term it makes sense but the staff were very pleasant and were working through orders very efficiently. Couldn’t rate this high enough and would travel to go to this specific location again.

I drive to Chichester to get my burger made correctly because Bognor won’t make the amendments like extra sauce etc. I don’t mind to pay extra for change, they’re always happy to do it. Thanks guys

This was a visit through the 'drive thru'. What can you say about McDonald's food? Not a lot. It's meant to be 'fast food' but quite frankly it is not, you can spend ages in the 'drive thru' queue, it's sometimes easier to park up and walk in. Service is hard to measure with young indifferent people sat in window boxes, but eventually you get it in the end. NEVER EVER drive away without checking your order, I have often got home to find the order is wrong.

Such a shame this is our local McDonald’s. Has been terrible and mis-managed for years. Had to write a review as last night was the last straw. 15 minute wait in the drive thru, ordered at the first order point, guy at the second order point seemed confused that we already ordered. Then we get to the payment window, no one there, sat there waiting for 5 mins, staff looking at us from the window where you collect the food wondering why we aren’t driving down. Eventually the disinterested teenage staff member turns up for us to pay, we pay and move to collection point, we check the bag as things are always wrong, lo and behold no sauces. Staff member has gone again, have to call through the window to get sauces ask for ketchup and sweet curry, gives us bbq and sweet curry. Lose will to live. Park up, new burger is Philly cheesestack, burger is so bad I cant even finish it, for some reason covered in this runny cheese sauce which entirely overwhelms the burger, it never had any of that before when the burger was last out. Awful. Thing is, it’s McDonald’s so expectations are low, but pertersfield is so consistently rubbish that we just won’t use it now.

The slowest McDonald’s known to man. The franchisee needs to appoint new Managers who are invested in their role. Poorly run McDonald’s franchise. Dirty inside and never any napkins or straws. Drive through wait over 15 minutes to order on a regular basis. Pathetic.

The most disgusting food I’ve eaten in a long time. I remember McDonalds being a place you could get an ok burger. Made me and my wife feel horrible afterwards. 100% the last time we eat this

The drive thru took so long to get my order that the burger and fries were cold, coffee was warm not hot. I would have turned around but had just got back on the A3.

Ordered table service, food turned up cold after 15 minute wait. Customers at counter were flying through with I assume hot food.

The food at McDonald's is AMAZING fast good and tastes great. Sometimes they get the order wrong and the restaurant is quite dirty with not great cleaning but ot is better than some McDonald's I have seen. The breakfast are especially delicious and the dinners are great too.

Good location, Food it served quickly and hot. Parking can be busy during rush hours due to the location but parking can normally be found. Drive though size is a bit tight but as many 4x4's have gone though with no issue does not look to be too bad. Interior is nicely refurbished with nice seating and atmosphere.

Waited over half hour in the drive through and when we eventually received the meals the burgers were cold. Very unimpressed...

29/12/24 Petersfield. Had excellent, fast service and the young lad that cleaning tables, I think his name is taylor..exceptional manners

A drive thru order of 2 fries and burgers took almost 1 hour. They didn’t seem to have a clue about what was going on. Tried to serve me cold food that had been sat on the side for 15 mins.

Been there several times and it's beeen closed. Advertised as 24/7, but this is clearly NOT THE CASE

Order today..collect it tomorrow.. It takes too long to get your food... Drive in is a joke

This McDonald's is situated just off the dual carriageway way. There is a drive through, table service with the app and reasonable parking. It does get quite busy but handy if you want to stop from the Portsmouth to Guildford route.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Food has always been served cold, no matter how long they make me wait whilst they apparently cook it. On my last visit, I waited at the order point of the Drive Thru, but nobody served me. Had to drive round to a window. I don’t know why I inflict this place on myself, but it’s convenient. That’s literally all they have going for them. Staff are rude and don’t want to be there too.

Dirty floors bored staff guy who was on drinks was pleasant very dead no reason that no one isn't sweeping the floor. ALSO I said no tomatoes😡!

An unruly bunch of girls sitting behind us on a connected seat bouncing on theirs, bouncing the entire row rather annoyingly

Always a terrible experience here. Hadn’t been for a while but thought it might be better now- it isn’t . When ordering the screen showed all the meals when we came to collect, one meal was missing and had not been put on the receipt so the person must have removed it after we confirmed it was correct! The attitude of the young girl was disgusting and just topped of the whole experience. We will be sticking to the much better one near Liphook from now on. Don’t waste your time here.

Hot chocolate machine was out of powder, had to ask staff member to check it and tbf he did,refilled it and gave a new one....other than that food/service was good

This Macdonald's often has something going wrong. I had a big tasty for the first time was nothing to write home about... Their fries taste funny here too... No receipts from the vending screen either.. hope they get it together soon. Update 20/11/24 ordered here all good or so I thought! Cold coffee.!!

It's McDonald's, but it is busy!

The chips are ALWAYS cold, not even tepid and the coke doesn’t have one bubble in it. Giving up with is McDonald’s. Very annoying to pay good money for rubbish

Second time when I realised this place just been unprofessional. I lost 2 orders in row . This morning I was just refused to be serv . What a same after I paid online because the app didn't work I can't pick my order . Shame , I never order anything from MC donalds . Hope staff are happy enjoying 2 free meals paid by me .

It's a McDonald's it's ok nothing to shout about and always check your orders as they get it wrong very often...

Wrong order waiting to long. Have mcdonalds forgotten it's supposed to fast food

Recently I believe McD's have changed their method of boiling water. Previously their cups of tea were refreshing and tasty. Now they are not. I think they have a hot water urn that is constantly rec-boiling the water which is to the detriment of the taste. GREGGS in contrast have a hot water tap and their tea remains refreshing and tasty.

Car park chaotic. Order appeared and then disappeared after 10 minutes on the system. Team appeared to have no direction or leadership.

Felt very unvalued as a customer. Although there were four people stood doing nothing, they would not serve me at the till saying I had to order on the kiosk. As I was paying cash I would then have to return to the till to pay. I know that McDonalds CAN take orders at the till, and in fact a lady served me at that very restaurant a few weeks ago. If McDonalds think so little of their customers as to not serve them on the till then I won't use them. Disgusted!

Painfully slow drive through. We waited over 10 minutes at the ordering window, and another 5 minutes for the food. There didn't seem to be enough staff on.

Called in to the Petersfield Mcdonalds late evening to get a quick meal. The meal was fine, what we expected from Mcdonalds, however, we were surprised to see that the free sauce dispensers had been removed, supposedly because clients misused the facility, only to be replaced by pots which could be purchased for 50p, admittedly not a fortune, but to our minds, just another surreptitious way of raising prices

Quiet rainy night after heading north after big European trip. Arrived by the ferry at Portsmouth and headed here. Didn’t think much of it as it’s like any other McDonald’s but bought a quarter pounder meal. Was given to us by a very kind staff member, and both my partner and I agreed the burgers seemed to taste amazing and if high quality. This was good.

Pricey. Ostentatious service. Average food. Sorry guys.

Meal was all ok. Just avoid 12:00 to 13:00. It's full of kids from TPS school, that are constantly in the way, rude and entitled to the staff.

Went for lunch on 14th Espt 2024, food quite pricey for what it is. Had the seabass and got poisoning from way too much saffron- the sauce was bright orange and tasted bitter, should have complained at the time but we were on a tight time schedule. Had dizziness, nausea, and tiredness an hour or so after and diarrheathe next day. Looked it up and all points to saffron poisoning. Not a good experience and hopefully this is a one off and no one gets hurt

We did a drive through McDonald’s here 3yrs ago on the way home from bath it was ok it’s McDonald’s.

I don't usually eat McDonald's due to it being thrown together and not looking nice. BUT! I was on a journey and wanting something to eat to keep me going for a while. My wife said we are having a McDonald's (happy wife happy life), so at Petersfield, we had an Almighty Muffin. WOW! Was this good, loved every bite, and would definitely give it another go.

I drove all the way to this McDonald's, like three whole miles, only to find out it's closed. And get this, their website and Google both said it's open 24 hours. What a waste of time, man.

Went in with a big order and they forgot 1/4 of the order. Including all the fries. Check your bags even if it takes time. They didn’t even offer a free burger as apology unqualified manager just said drive the 30 mins back and we will give you the stuff you paid for earlier that we couldn’t manage to pack in the bag for you and your kids couldn’t eat with their meal. (The ones that got a meal) this is the worst McDonald’s on the planet trust me

Long wait for dolls house sized burgers. Why did I bother?

Food was very disappointing, not bad per sé just disappointing... My cashier Rachel happily cleared a table for myself and my friends to sit at - was very impressed by the quality of service and the response to how busy it was. My order consisted of a Big Mac meal and quite frankly I've never had such an underwhelming burger, fries were fab however 👍

This McDonald’s is next to a lovely small green setting with a huge tree. Very nice. The fries were very hot. The only part that let this restaurant down, was the litter outside spoiling the lovely setting. Needs clearing up.

Found a thick greesy hair in my child's food after having to wait another 12 mins because they forgot her meal the staff were out right rude and there was rubbish overflowing from the bins Would NOT recommend

10 past midnight, and the entire place is closed! Employees hanging around inside and shaking their heads and tell nothing! Awful service!

Below average. Slow service. Things are always missed including napkins and condiments. Sometimes food is cold. They never add ice in drinks. Restaurant is always dirty with rubbish and leftovers covering all tables and floor. Also, they falsely advertise they are 24/7 when very often at night the restaurant decides to close down.

Petersfield - Winchester Road : first visit through drive through. I realised rather late I can use the mcdonald’s app, Leon at the counter helped me to order my food on my app and he was an absolutely amazing guy. Took time to explain me how to use the app, apologies for the slowness of the app and was very confident and professional. He made my visit a great one. Thanks Leon.

Overall, fast service, food was tasty, but they forgot the bacon in my burger.

For a 24 hour restaurant it's never open after 23:00, have arrived on multiple occasions just to find that despite saying it's 24 hour it is closed.

Sat in the car park for ages waiting for our food, 5+ orders went out for home delivery. Before we got ours as well as loads of drive throughs

Our nearest McDonald's and we use it for the drive thru mostly. It's 50:50 whether the queue is very slow (I have been stuck there 20 mins) or they don't have what we want, or the quality is poor, ie bun looks like some of it is missing. Occasionally we like a makkies breakfast, so we keep using this branch in the hope we catch them on a good day when everything works. Sometimes we're lucky.
