Subway in Bradford

I ordered sweetcorn in my sandwich but it came without and had onion in which I hadn't ordered :(

Spot on 2 delicious salads double meats chicken tikka n tuna mayo. So tasty and filling every mouthful was delish.😋😋😋

no sauce when asked for salad on one asked for plain watch delivery drive drive 10mins away and stop before coming to me when I live 2mins away from store

Think subway was very tight with the fillings. Hardly any salad put in to say it is unlimited. Also delivery driver quite rude. Demanding a tip because he had to drive around to find the address

They should open self-service counter so you can make the food yourself it would be quicker 😏

That's for the food nothing else waited a good 15 mins to be served as they were dealing with online orders no acknowledgement no apology just rude

Order never arrived. Delivery driver was so rude! Gave him directions, ignored me hung up and blocked my number. And marked as delivered never got the item

The food was really nice and prepared relatively quickly, although sometimes there is something of waiting period on the busy days I recommend taking the food away to eat elsewhere as the eat-in option is limited to just a few tables in a small area, but it's still pretty comfortable The staff were nice and polite and even gave recommendations on what to get with my friends sub

Just tasted horrible never again

No issue with the food as I order it regularly, however I have an issue with the delivery drivers who can’t find my address when it isn’t that hard, I always get a phone call saying come for delivery, why can’t their come to door or press the bell like any normal person, or their can’t open the gate so have to hand it over the gate. Silly really, but every time I order, I suffer same experience with the delivery drivers all the time

No update for over an hour absolutely ridiculous! Luckly I wasn't in a rush to get out! Food was cold and stale by time it arrived. Won't bother again

The service here is horrendous, the 2 staff working was clueless and don't know how to smile or hold a conversation for longer than 2 seconds, plus they made me a totally diffrent sandwich to what I asked for and wouldn't let me adjust it or add any toppings

Best subway sandwiches we’ve had in a long time!! The bread and all ingredients were super fresh and good quality. There was so much meat in the sandwiches that I had to take some of the filling out. All packaged really well so the food actually looked appetising when it arrived and the drinks were still chilled and the cookies were fresh. All items were delivered which is rarer than it should be. Fabulous service ❤️

Hundreds of olives on the sandwich, and gave me sweetcorn rather than sweet onion sauce. Hash browns cold and tasted odd.

Obviously not the whole thing was missing but the crisps and the drink was, plus items out of the sandwhich itself was missing like pickles, cheese, lettuce and peppers. The sandwhich was soggy and not toasted like I requested.

The food itself was fine, it was cold and a bit stale. My quavers and drink though were missing. I don’t usually do reviews but I don’t really think this is acceptable and would like a refund.

Gorgeous salad, always plenty of everything

It took 40 minutes even though nothing has to be cooked and subway is literally 5 minutes drive. My sweet onion sauce was missing and they didn’t put crunchy onions in. And they put sweetcorn in which I didn’t order.

Food was really good but cold, had to reheat in the microwave!

I ordered the box set of 12 cookies. Meant to be 4 different flavours, but I received a box with only 3 types. I only order this box for the white chocolate cookies and didn’t receive them

Driver was rude and food was cold.

Absolutely rubbish. Waste of money. Food is cold. Sandwich hasn’t been toasted cheese not melted. Hardly any chicken at all and 2 pieces of cheese in whole sandwich footlong sandwich! Cheese bites ice cold. Will not be ordering from here again.

Service is very poor always new staff that haven't got a clue what they doing! Place was filthy where they prepare sandwiches food bits sauce n crumbs every where, Always a problem sometimes not correct meat or amount of slices differ every time, bread stale, sandwich falls apart and cut sandwiches when wrapped in paper mine had clump of soggy paper in sandwich from when they cut it! Go to another subway this is the worse 1 around

This take away never gets your order delivered on time

Salad toppings need to be increased. When I ask for onions or lettuce etc I expect lots, really fill out the sandwich. Maybe add the option of light, medium and heavy to the salad and sauce options!

Toasted does not mean cook the bread gain until it's rock hard ! After visiting the USA, subway in the UK is mediocre at best.

Melt sandwich was soggy and tasteless. Wedges were soggy and flat cold despite being on time. Garlic bread inedible. First time I've ever eaten anything from Subway and it will be my last.

Hasbrowns were soggy Cheese bites cold, soggy and cheese wasn't even melted inside

Absolutely terrible the new menu is! Can't add any extra salad to the sandwiches that have names! Ridiculas I orderd the BALLER as it was simaler to the mega meat on the old menu and they wouldnt let me add any sweetcorn or extra salad, bare in mind all that comes on the Baller is peppers and onion salad wise. The old menu was much better as isn't subway about personalising your sandwiches and about salad? We will not be ordering again as its not possible to order what we actually liked from here previously. NOT FORGETTING THE BIG DIRTY HAIR IN ONE OF THE SANDWICHES TOO!

This shop can never get an order right in my foot long I asked for pickles not jalapeños so I had to sit picking them out before I ate it, and the meatballs tasted like they were a week old, and no cookies won’t be coming back here and the delivery is always late

I asked for crispy onions and got loads far too many sweetcorn, which I don’t like and took an hour from order to delivery

Cheesy garlic bread over cooked n rock hard it was for my 20month old aswell it was practically inedible doesn't take long to remake another one either I certainly would not send food out like that

Good service and excellent product

The taste was there generous portions of fillings but the bread was soggy underneath so the sandwich fell apart when I picked it up.

Food really good as usual but the marinara meatballs were ice cold. Always had them delivered hot, had to microwave the sandwich so a little disappointed!
