Gelato Passion in Bradford

Very appalling ordered a waffle at an expensive price and we got half a waffle . Milkshake was boring melted by the time I started to drink it. Wont order again 😡

Awful place, found glass in the drink. And when complained about, they didnt seem bothered at all.

Orderd through food hub took the order and payment never showed up , guy on the phone was rude told he didn’t deliver to that area and told had to pay extra 3 pound which then agreed to , driver still didn’t turn up and stopped answering phone

Placed my order, the restaurant confirmed it and then it didn’t turn up, called the restaurant to have the man on the phone speak to me like I was rubbish and tell me I’ll get my order when he’s ready, however it’s now 2 hours since this happened so I don’t think I’ll be getting my order, if I could I wouldn’t even rate this restaurant a star absolutely disrespectful. I definitely won’t be ordering here again.

Service was awful they took over 1 hour and 20 mins to get the order to us. The cookie dough was literally stuck to the paper and hardly could get anything off. The waffle was cold. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Don't use this place we waited 2 hours for our food came was flat cold lied to me told me it was fresh clearly wasn't would not recommend even my dog turned his nose up lol on a serious note try ICESTONE GELATO Over road much better.

I was happy with my cheese cake but my friend wasnt happy with his jam roly poly which turned out to be swiss roll .... big let down

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered a regular cookie dough which was the same price as Icestones regular, difference being that ice stone cookie dough are huge and these lots was literaly the size of my palm. It was bloody Tiny. Rang them to say it was raw because believe me it was nasty raw, the person on other side was damn right rude saying no it's not raw I cooked it. Well sorry you dont know how to cook a cookie dough. It was horrible. Anyone with nut allergies stay away because my brother had a major reaction to a milkshake that was meant to be nut free. Horrible customer service and horrible food. You have lost 6 customers. We will stick to our regulars..

Wonderful experience with family and a yummy hot waffle with a delicious vanilla Ice cream.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. The waffle was beautiful and the milkshake absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend this place.

Have ordered from here many times both on just eat and turning up once or twice to collect. The back of house staff are very on it and good with hygiene I noted (5 stars to them) Sadly, the front of house management was doing my order which he did not care much about hygiene, nor whether my order was prepared and cooked properly. Was even made to pay in cash without an offer of recpeit

Was sent burnt bubble dough. Rang to complain and he refused to think it's burnt and showed attitude. Very bad customer service wouldn't be ordering again. Wouldnt recommend them either. Wish it would let me add pic

horrible delivery driver giving us abuse because he wanted to keep my change! saying nasty words and swearing! disgusting

Took over an hour to be delivered and frozen strawberries. Sure they say it's freshly made as in fresh not frozen, bit of a let down.

I dont care what everyone else says but this place i really like they serve very lovely tasty thick milkshakes. To me the best milkshake there is probably the million dollar milkshake its so nice and its not very expensive right taste right price.

First time ordering from this branch BD3 - (only because icestone and berries wouldn't answer) having heard this is the DIRTIEST PLACE - just this branch. I still thought ide give them a try. As soon as I got the milkshake it had one thick HAIR in it. & RUDE STAFF! Cut the phone of on me when I complained! 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

Had a waffle from here which was uncooked from inside so I gave it back and what did they do? Gave me the same waffle dressed it up nicely and placed some mint leaves so I think it's a new one. Second time I just left it at the table and walked out. I did eat the ice cream but left the waffles.

This place is so bizzy but me and my sister went for the first time tonight and we was very happy with the cookie dough and ice we got so filling 🙂

Advertising vegan sorbet, it has on the menu in 3 different flavours), so you go down and guess what they say they have nothing milk free with am attitude. Maybe check the rules of fake advertising and hospitality!

Went there with family for desserts. The desserts were delicious. Well presented and tasted great! Good for a quick evening treat.
