My Desserts Bradford in Bradford

Staff are rude and don't care about customers, ordered two milkshakes and two doughnuts and one of the milkshakes wasn't sealed so it spilled completely and ruined the doughnuts. The delivery women knew about this and left it on the doorstep and ran as soon as I opened the door with it spilling everywhere. I rang and the staff kept ignoring me and leaving the phone and switching staff members to speak to me until one woman was screaming down the phone at me and saying how it's impossible for a milkshake to spill and I was accusing her of sabotage. I eventually got a new order delivered but it took 6 hours for them to make and deliver, with them constantly adding delays. I eventually got the new order at 3am with rude, aggressive staff.

Worst place ever. DO NOT ORDER! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THE ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE. Then you have to go through the hassle to contact Uber eats and they take forever. So basically you pay for desserts you never get and refund in 5 days time. What a headache.

Ordered through uber eats, Cookie dough was average nothing special about it. I ordered a chocolate brownie waffle as-well. Thee brownies tasted off and the whole dessert tasted stale, definitely not fresh, literally Would not recommend ! Wanted to call in before hand to fix this issue but there was no answer and I rang multiple of times.

Mrs loves this place. First time stuck on Uber eats deciding what dessert to order turned out to be a good shout.. Fudge cake with chocolate custard and the Nutella milk cake are favourites. Decent prices and friendly staff! Bonus - Open till 1am. Because it being in the centre your tight with finding a parking spot though.

Worst dessert places I've been to in Bradford not worth the money and it took 1.5 hours to deliver the food. When I called the restaurant the girl was rude saying my order should be there at 8:03 it was already 8 and the driver had just left. The driver showed up high, with cold food and laughable cookie dough.

i was originally apprehensive to place an order after seeing google reviews but i ordered as they had a deal on . can honestly say it was pretty good and it came within 50 mins .

Not ideal delivery based in Bramley, Leeds.. didn't realise where they was based when ordering on Uber Eats. Late delivering, arriving 40 mins after estimated time. Food not too bad once warming up in microwave.

Vile! The milkshake was sickening. Literally left the whole lot except for the sip I tasted. The crepe was soo sooo chewy and frozen cold! Cheap chocolate sauce used. The worst desserts I’ve ever had! Never ever going to order from this place again. It didn’t even deserve a 1 star rating but couldn’t give any lower! This place needs to be shut down for real!

Absolutely awful. Definitely not worth the price! Horrible cheap ice cream, soggy crepe with barely any filling. Unfair to customers paying so much.

Shocking. Won't be ordering here again! Cold dessert , took over an hour and I live 5mins away, called and they said on its way, still took half hour after that...

Took forever and a day to arrive and when it finally did it was cold. Won’t be ordering from here again

Opened the box to see my rubbery waffle swimming in strawberry sauce ,expected chocolate sauce , just like advertised in the picture below , utter disappointment. Will not be ordering again.

Awful service DO NOT USE. Order never arrived. Lied many times when we rang the place he said order had been sent out. After 2 hours after ordering he said changed his mind and said they were still preparing. Dont waste time with this

Delivery took around 1.5h and unfortunately food quality was poor.

Ultra fresh tasting milkcakes reasonable prices could do with processing orders quicker

Waited 2hrs for order to arrive so not too happy with the service. I understand that things can get delayed but we called after 1,5hr to ask for an update and there was no 'sorry for delay' or anything like that. We were told 'your order is setting off' and that's it. 0.5hr later when we literally had finger on 'cancel order' it eventually arrived... Food was good but the long wait ruined the overall experience.

Order and they tell you delivered around 45 minutes later , but in no nearly 3 hours we waited was nearly midnight before it arrived terrible service

Lovely deserts , fast delivery lots of choices

First time i have ordered from here and i am very happy with the fast service, some of the items i ordered was buy one get one free which was a bonus ;) the delivery didn't take long to come either and its 15 mins away, the driver was very polite, the milkshakes are delicous and the lotus cheesecake is something else! I highly reccomend i will be ordering from here again 😁

Thought I would give My Desserts a try tonight. First of all when I rang the girl Amina who answered the phone was very polite and professional. The food was absolutely fantastic fresh ingredients used and by time I got home the food was still hot. I would defo recommend My Desserts best in town trust me. Keep up the good work guys

Amazing phone and delivery service, staff was really friendly and did not leave any room for complaints, fast delivery and even got 20% off desserts were delicious made me want seconds. A great job
