I recommend this place. I know a thing or two about food and this Subway allows for good eating. Everything fresh. Staff looking like they wanted to feed you the best sandwich you ever had. Quiet - all the normies go to the Micki Dee nearby. I will personally visit again.

Wrong sauce on our subways. Meaning my friend was unable to eat her subway. Tried phoning restaurant but got no answer. Wrong crisps delivered also meaning I was unable to eat them due to allergies. Poor experience all round

I ordered 2 foot long subs on tiger bread and toasted. When they came they were both on Italian bread and not toasted. The side of crinkle chips were freezing cold. They also didn't deliver the crisps which were part of the meal deal. We tried to call the shop a number of times but got no answer.

I paid for a 1.5L Tango but I just got a 500ml bottle

Holy moly we got so much in our salads today! The amount is usually good, occasionally it's a bit lacking, but today it's absolutely full. My salad order only consists of lettuce, cucumber, cheese, onion bits and Italian bmt but they've chucked in piles of everything. Really appreciate today's salad assembler <3

Ordered two footlongs. Guy phoned from subway to explain the ingredients requested were not available. Instead chose two other fillings. No problem really. Very fresh when delivered.

Food was stone cold and hardly any filling in the sub Wrong items received

Ordered a sub at 3.04pm advised that it would be 35-50min, which was updated to be between 3.50pm and 4pm. The 'estimate' increased and increased so that when it turned up at 4.35pm it was probably only 5min after the 'estimate' but 1 1/2hrs seems a long time. Obviously totally cold but was ok enough.

I ordered my food at 14:21 it didn’t arrive till 16:04

Food was cold, nachos all burnt and driver 20 mins late, considering I pre ordered for my lunch hour. Its as if the food was prepped when ordered and just left until picked up by driver

Time and again parts of my order are getting ignored. The seed mix, crispy onions and cheese I've asked for have been left off the salad on this occasion. Seed mix and crispy onions are pretty much always ignored, but sometimes they miss the cheese or cucumbers and that just makes for a miserable salad. Really wish subway staff could read better. Out of this one, Malpas Road and Caerleon, this gets the better results, but they still always miss something.

I have submitted a refund request from this order, I have photo evidence I received the complete wrong order and I even rang the shop and the women apologised for sending the wrong order out as she put the wrong delivery receipt on the wrong bag for the man who worked there so I didn’t receive food.

Visited 1st Oct 2021. Stale bread ! Bought three foot longs, two were almost inedible. Fast service, staff were pleasant, great choices of fillings. Come on guys look after your bread - it’s very important

There was a mistake with justeat called the shop and they went above and beyond to send one of there own staff to deliver my order plus added a couple of extras to apologies. I think this is amazing service 👏

Normally when I order from this Subway it goes well, but in this case it was terrible. Its a shame!, I was missing items (Cookies), and the other items was either cold (or almost freezing) or missing source. And just silly mistakes which are acceptable.

I have requested a refund but it doesn’t allow me to select what was in my order so I’ve processed it for the full amount however they didn’t put my hash browns in so when I rang subway they said they forgot to put them in and I need to request a refund for them through just eat. So could someone call me to discuss please or process the refund for the hasbrowns. Thanks

Not only was my order over an hour late (I had to contact online help) but when the food arrived, one item that I had been charged for was missing and the drink was wrong.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub which was lovely, I ordered a kids turkey roll for my son which I asked for bbq sauce when arrived was covered in mayonnaise which my son can’t eat. I checked to make sure I had not put the wrong sauce but I hadn’t, so my son didn’t eat the roll. I have asked for a refund.

Had missing items all subs that were ment to be toasted came stone cold and the bread was even stale.

Don't pay for extras on the meal deal - have ordered twice from here once added an extra cookie never got it, this time added an extra drink never got that either. Staff don't read the orders properly so expect missing items.
