Subway in Cheltenham

The order was never delivered, and I've been unable to contact the driver, the restaurant, and Just Eat

waffle fries are awful unedible. Sandwich always 1010 tho

Delivery time kept getting consistently pushed back

Guri guri served me most of times I go in. What a lovely employee, always friendly and seems to love being at subway. He knows how follow instructions unlike another subway in cheltenham

Order was wrapped and each sub put in a box to help with delivery and kept them warm throughout delivery and an extra 10mins. Delivery driver was lovely and kept me updated with times and specifics location for drop off.

one sub had chicken tikka not chicken breast and wasn't toasted.

We ordered our food at 11:07 to be delivered for 12:30 as this was our break. The delivery time kept changing and ended up being just under an hour late. When I called the restaurant to find out what had happened at 12:48 I was told my delivery was ready and no driver had gone to collect it and it wasn’t their problem. I am shocked about this customer service and has really made me think twice about ever ordering from just eat ever again. The food quality was poor and poor standards.

The food was extremely late and my food was cold by the time it arrived, driver didn’t even apologise for the lateness

I had visited an aquatic center nearby and was about to pass the subway so decided to pop in. The lady who served me was friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. I mentioned my friend was vegan and decided to have 2 subs but with 2 different vegan fillings. She wrapped the subs individually just so I could share easily with my friend. She also labelled them. The only thing that bothered me is paying £18 for 2 sub meals. I thought it was expensive.There are 2 subways on bath road. The one I visited was on the same side of the road as pets at home.

My sandwich was great but also ordered cheese bites, they were freezing cold and not what they was advertised. I would like my money back for them was NOT worth the money at all.

Has forgotten items on our order 2x times in a row now! They need to double check the orders more.

my food didn’t even come & the driver rang me saying to call customer services then I proceeded to ask how do I find the link the app? he suddenly hung up the phone and said the food was delivered.

Ive been to a few subways in the Gloucester/Cheltenham area, and been disappointed with them all in the last few years. This bath road subway I’ve not been to before but I was blown away by the freshness and service. Just how subway used to be when I was in school and college, and the driver was friendly and early. 10/10. I tried the new steak melt and I would highly recommend if you want a nice hot sandwich!

Confusing pricing. 6 inch sandwich and a kids meal. Kids meal cost more than sandwich. I have no idea how that happened and they couldn’t explain.

Delivery Driver was pleasant enough Howe the food quality was dire again! The Manager here should be let go right away if he/she can’t Supervise staff correctly. There was microwaved sauce running out of ends over clothes. Last time I’m ordering from this incompetent place, the other Subways in Cheltenham obviously have better Managers as you won’t get this problem with food from them

Hash browns were cold and the subs looked weren’t wrapped tightly so fell apart. Disappointing

It's a bog standard subway. No trains were seen.

Unfortunately the quality of food from the bath road store is getting worse and worse. Footling sun with melted cheese which was so rammed into one end of sub it simply runs out onto floor and yourself, literally no sauce in other end.

The sub was not as good as usual.. not much chicken in it.. more cucumber and lettuce than chicken.. and had Gatorade when I ordered chocolate milkshake Very disappointing

Ordered subs and wanted them cold so didn’t tick the toasted box on menu they were put in with hot food but not only that both had been toasted not happy has I’ve nothing to eat now has I don’t like tuna and salad hot only ordered because we had them the other day and they were lovely why can’t people take more care waste of money

Ordered a salad 🥗 chicken was tender and everything fresh presentation wise 10/10 I was relieved has wasn’t holding out much hope it getting here in 1 piece the tuna sub was also very nice 👍

I placed my order for 2 sandwiches at 12:55 in time for my lunch break at work. My lunch break is from 1:30 till 2. I did not receive the said sandwiches until 1:50. Almost a full hour after ordering. Didn’t get to eat my sandwich nor did my colleague as well. Very very unhappy.

Both the sun & Pepperoni slice starter were thrown in bin as they had simply been chucked in box and were everywhere. Not eating a mess! Either the food staff made it that way in which case should be sacked or they made it correctly and the delivery driver swung the bag around his car in which case he should be sacked! He was too busy on his phone anyway!

You could tell a lot of care had gone into making the sub 😃 love those boxes they are delivered in too. Tasted amazing.

Didnt get any of the extras and wasn't toasted with soggy nachos because my 1.5L tango bottles had been clearly resting on top of everything.... really disappointed

The delivery guy rang my buzzer I let him in but I've not had my order have walked around the block of flats but still no food???

We always like a subway. Only issue is that they do not toast the sandwich when delivery even though requested. This has happened 3 times now.

On two occasions I have visited this store after receiving a promotion (the most recent to get a foot long for 500 points), only to be told they are not participating. The participating stores were not listed on the promotion so I think this was very misleading. Food was okay.

First time I’ve had a subway delivery and I couldn’t fault it. Every was perfect, from the ease of ordering, the delivery and the quality of food. Will definitely be using the delivery service again.

Where's the salad and quality control!?!? Two of the subs came without salad and extras that was purchased. and the crispers came without seasoning. Not happy at all

Used subway before but this time when ordering subs I asked them to only put a drizzle of sauce on the food..... Sadly it looked like they had tipped the whole bottle on my salad was swimming in it the bread had gone soggy it went into the bin

Usually pretty decent food, not today! Food was ice cold. Not slightly cold, ice cold. Worst ever. Refrigerated chicken is not nice, when you expect hot. If sandwiches had been toasted as requested, at least they would've had a hint of warmth, but that didn't happen either. This has completely put me off subway. Food had to be microwaved to even be edible. There's just no excuse.

I was disappointed with the size of the apparently large potato crispers, It was more like a small portion. £3.36 for what I had seemed too much money.

I love this subway and the salad is awesome. Just a little that you missed out crisps for the meal deal but we will forgive as we live your branch x

Food wasn’t delivered at all, after an hour and a half of waiting. Tried to call the restaurant but had no answer. Drove to the restaurant. The staff were instantly dismissive and said to take it up with JustEat. They then claimed it had been delivered at the same time I ordered it, after they “checked the reference number”. I showed them the app which clearly showed the Driver’s signal was lost and it hadn’t been delivered. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Unfortunately the cheese wasn’t toasted on our subs, which was frustrating but everything else was delicious and it all arrived quickly.

cookie missing, i requested no cheese but got it anyway and they didnt have tango so gave me something else, however they chose to give me cherry pepsi max instead of something more sensible like normal pepsi or pepsi max

would be cool if they didnt cut the footlongs in half. them wraps are a lot of food! otherwise good...
